Jennah: *frowns as Ramiel hugs her and gets his dirt all over her* Lovely, I just took a bath myself, Ram. *playfully shoves him away and begins flicking off the juices off her clothing* This is all a ruse to get me into the shower with you, isn’t it? Oh, *glances over at Seph* how do you like your big brother’s new look, Ram? We can get you good clothes as well instead of simply rags.
Seres: ~I hope that you are right, Father. I’m still afraid that one day she’ll just loose it. Don’t take me wrong, Father, I love mother and care quite a bit about her. I just.. I’m afraid of her in some ways…~
Sephiroth: *”Really? In what ways are you afraid of her? And how come you have never brought such an issue up with me before? Why is it only now coming to light?”* *glances out the window, seeing the sea of reporters down on the lowest level of Junon’s roadways as the plane flies out to sea* *”I think those media idiots were expecting something much more than what they got today.”*
Ramiel: *glances up at Seph also* He looks like one of those sneak-around guys that slink around in the dark and kill people.
Seres: ~Well, sometimes mother is a bit violent toward the younger ones when they cry. It’s normally when she’s left alone with them… She’s never hurt any of them quite yet, but.. I just don’t know if it’s a brilliant idea to leave her alone with my younger siblings. That’s why I normally stepped in and helped out rather than let her do things.~
Jennah: Well, yes, that sort of outfit is designed for infiltration type work. *nudges Ramiel* Now, come on, let’s get you to a shower so you can clean off your stench and actually smell half-way decent.
Sephiroth: *”What do you mean? When has she been violent towards the younger ones, Seres? This has never been brought to my attention before. I always assumed you stepped in to help because that’s what you wanted to do. But please, explain your comment in detail.”* *seems quite concerned with what he’s being told*
Ramiel: I can clean off myself, but that’s a good idea. *attentively glances around the area* So where is this house you’ve been living in?
Seres: ~Well, it hasn’t happened all that recently now… But there were times when she was left alone with say, Kether, she’d glare at him when he acted up then grab him a bit roughly. She never actually hurt him, but she wasn’t fully calm nor gentle either. It’s probably nothing though..~
Jennah: You’ll see it soon enough, Ram. It’s just a short distance away. *continues walking through the forest toward where Jenna and Sephy’s house is located* Be warned, there are a lot of children in that house. So, at times it can be a bit loud.
Ramiel: *pauses, coming to a halt* What? Did you just say there’s lots of children living there? *backs up, seeming quite apprehensive* I think I’ll just stay around outside here. I can deal with it easy enough. You guys go on ahead.
Sephiroth: *”Why didn’t you say anything before? I wish you had mentioned something. I could have easily dealt with the problem then…”*
Jennah: *quickly reaches over to grip onto Ramiel’s arm and shakes her head* No, Ram, you’re not staying outside. Calm down, they’re not going to hurt you.. In fact, over half of them have tails and other things. *mutters* So, it must have really been my blood that gave you that tail. *begins pulling Ram toward the house*
Seres: ~I just.. I thought that maybe you knew about it. I mean, how could you not know about it. You usually take care of the children yourself and there’s a distance between her and them.~
Sephiroth: *”I guessed the distance between her and them was because she did not want to involve herself with them as much as I do. She never wanted to become a mother and I do not berate her for that.”*
Ramiel: *frowns, but slowly nods* Alright, mother… *very hesitantly moves towards the house, like a predator on high alert*
Seres: ~Then I am sorry if I am transalating her actions incorrectly, Father. I hope that my doubts do not cause conflicts between the two of you.~ *shaks her head then plops down on her bed, quite content that she has unpacked all her belongings. Then, she glances over at the other bed, frowning* ~Hm, the other girl isn’t here yet..~
Jennah: Thank you, Ramiel. *pats his back* Everything will be just fine, trust me. *looks over at Seph* ~Do you have any idea why he acted so strongly at the mention of children?~
Sephiroth: *”She is probably at a class or something similar. I am more than sure she will be along soon. It would do you well in the long run to end up an ally to her. Otherwise you will not enjoy being in a room with somebody whom does not like you.”*
Seph: *shrugs and shakes his head* *”No idea, mother. It could be anything, from the loud noises, to the children themselves, to the socializing with lots of other people. You should really ask him, huh?”*
Seres: ~A class? There are classes already? Was I supposed to report somewhere and find out whether I had a class or not? You told me just to go to my room..~ *bites her lip, unsure as to what she’s doing right now. Still, she doesn’t bother getting up and remains on the bed*
Jennah: *shoots Seph a dirty look* ~Yes, of course I will ask him. Just sometimes he prefers to talk to you more than he talks to me.~ *snorts and leads Ramiel into the house* Here it is, the house of my dimensional duplicate. *ponts to the bathroom* You can clean up in there.
Kether: *is sitting in the middle of the living room, playing with a few toy cars. He looks up as Ramiel and Jennah comes in, but doesn’t say anything.*
Sephiroth: *”Oh relax. I told you to go to your room because it is your first day there. Somebody else will escort you around and give you a rundown of the facilities later in the day. In the meantime just relax, explore and get used to the place.”*
Ramiel: *quickly looks around, eyes Kether suspiciously, then sneaks past Jennah, stealthily moving into the bathroom area so he can wash up. He shuts and locks the door behind him, and if undisturbed he would stay in there for over half an hour*
Seph: *sighs* Yeah, sometimes he talks to me, but not always. If something’s really wrong with him, he won’t tell anybody. He’s a strange one… I don’t get what’s up with him sometimes.
Seres: ~Oh… Thank you for the information, Father. I’m sorry for panicing, I’m just so nervous with this being the first day and all. That stupid doctor didn’t help to make me feel better.~ *yawns and pats her pillow* ~I think I’m going to sleep then. Have a safe trip home.~
Jennah: Yes, he’s the same way with me some times. At least I have you to twist his arm when he really refuses to talk. *shakes her head* I’ll probe him once he gets out of the shower. *moves to stand next to the bathroom door. She refuses to leave until Ramiel walks out of the bathroom*
Ramiel: *spends some time relaxing in the bathtub before he finally lets the water out. He dries himself off with a towel and heads out of the bathroom, rubbing his mess of rat-grey hair dry* Huh? *blinks and looks over at Jennah* What’s wrong?
Sephiroth: *”I don’t doubt that doctor was unnerving, we never really took any of you to them at any point. But yes, get some sleep while you can. You will probably have an activity filled day tomorrow no doubt. Rest and enjoy it.”*
Lende: *opens the door to the dormitory and sits down on her bed, tossing her gun belt onto the floor. Then she begins to casually strip down out of her uniform, grabbing something more casual to change into, not noticing Seres’s prescence at all.*
Jennah: *looks into Ramiel’s eyes, faintly frowning* I don’t know. You tell me. What was with you when I mentioned the fact that there are children in this household? It is not like you to show fear like that, Ram.
Seres: ~I definitely plan to. I shall sleep for a good long time. Oh… looks like my roommate is here.~ *glances up at Lende, but doesn’t say a word to her. She is more intersted in observing her new roommate and determining her purpose here than bothering her with small talk.*
Ramiel: I don’t like people. *shrugs* Nothing wrong with that. You don’t like people either. *shivers a bit and quickly tries to change the subject* You wanted to get me new clothes or something? The ones in there are almost falling apart. The only thing holding them together is dirt and a few strands of fabric. What do you want me to do now?
Lende: *mutters to herself and grabs up her gun belt again, pulling out a magnum like weapon. Then she reaches into her top drawer to take out a concealing waist belt and puts it on, tucking the gun into that before she leaves the dorm again*
Jennah: *sighs at Ramiel* Your clothing is that bad…? Well, we can’t go running off to get you clothing if you have nothing else to wear.. Hmm.. *looks over Ramiel then thinks* We’re going to have to take clothing from here.. I’ll inquire about them as soon as I see that other Sephiroth. For now, just dry off. *points to the guest room that she’s been using*
Seres: *narrows her eyes as she watches the girl, but doesn’t say a word. She is less than interested in why this woman is carrying around a concealed weapon. So, she simply turns toward the wall and closes her eyes to catch some Z’s*
Ramiel: *sighs and shakes his head* Huh? *glances towards the door, then walks towards it, shutting the door behind him. Then he resumes drying himself off completely before he moves over to the bed and pulls the covers back so he can get in and lie down on it, tired and wanting to rest from his ordeals outside*
*the sound of Zack’s plane can be heard in the distance as it approaches the house*
Jennah: *looks up at the sound of the plane* Well, I hope that is your dimensional double, Seph. We can’t have Ramiel running around naked for too long. *shakes her head then frowns and mutters* Of course that boy will probably outgrow any clothes I get him here within a week’s time. *Sighs and shakes her head* I swear you males grow too quickly.
Seph: *chuckles in amusement and shakes his head, walking over to Jennah* Well, he is nearing his puberty growth spurt. He’ll probably grow a couple of feet overnight or something. Expect him to eat pretty much all your kills too. *shrugs* But mother, there are lots of children here. Why not just ask to have some of their clothes for Ram-head? *smirks* Provided he doesn’t headbutt them for the suggestion of wearing hand-me-downs.
*the plane bumps down on the field just beyond the house*
Sephiroth: *slides open the door once the plane hs come to a halt, stepping out of the plane to stretch* Ah, much better. *glances up at Zack’s pilot window* At least you know your house will be built soon. That shipment will be here within the next hour. *heads towards the house* *”Jen, I am home again.”*
Jennah: *nods at Seph* Yes, that is an idea. I was considering borrowing some of these children’s clothing for him until we can get around to actually buying him some clothes. I’ll see what arrangements I can achieve with that other version of you.. *frowns* And Ramiel shouldn’t be too synsetive about hand-me-downs. Afterall, half of his clothing so far has been clothes that you were when you were smaller.
Dimitri: *is sitting on the front porch, enjoying the feel of the sun on his wings. He doesn’t bother paying any attention to Sephy or Zack’s arrival and keeps his eyes closed, quite content and relaxed*
Jenna: ~Hm? Oh, that’s good. Did it go well, Seph?~
Seph: I can go ask some of the other inhabitants now if you like. *shrugs* It is of no hassle to me to ask. *glances around the area* Where is Ram-head anyway? He was in the bathroom, and then… nowhere.
Sephiroth: *”It went fine. The press conference annoyed me so I walked out of it.”* *carefully steps past Dimitri and walks into the house* *”I left Seres at the training facility. She should enjoy her time there.”*
Jennah: Huh? *blinks and looks up at Seph* Weren’t you stand- *shakes her head* Nevermind. Ramiel went into our room to sleep. He’ll probably stay there for several hours, knowing how much that boy likes to sleep. And don’t worry about asking around, I’ll ask the “man of the house” as soon as I see him next. It won’t be that hard, Seph.
Jenna: ~Well, it doesn’t surprise me at all that you got annoyed at the press conference. You always hate the press or attention from the public.~ *shakes her head then gets up out of the bed. She yawns and stretches before moving over to pick up Chimera* ~The children have been well behaved this morning. They should be in their lessons at the moment.~
Sephiroth: *”I hope that they did not give you that much trouble.”* *heads up the stairs* *”I hate the media. No doubt they will churn up some lies about why I walked out of their stupid meeting.”*
Seph: *smirks* He was pretty tired when I found him. I don’t think he got any sleep when he was out in the wild.
Zack: *walks towards the house, stopping at the door* Hey Dimmy. You better wake up soon, there’s a boat coming with a shitload of building supplies on it. They’re going to build some more stuff here. Want to help them perhaps?
Jennah: Hmm… remind me to talk to Ramiel about that then. It’s not good for him to not have slept at all while trying to learn how to survive on his own. *quickly looks up as she sees Sephiroth pass by and rushes over to his side* Hey, you. Sephiroth. I wish to speak to you. We need a favor from you.
Jenna: ~No, they were well behaved. Or as well behaved as your children can ever be. I swear that your rebellious nature rubbed off on them the moment that they were born.~
Dimitri: *grumbles, quite irritated* Don’t call me Dimmy. I am not dim-witted or anything else like that. *flaps his wings in irritation. Then, he glares up at Zack, still sour about having his secret about being attracted to men being brought out to the open via his confession to Zack* Well, then I’ll remember to disappear when those people come by. I don’t need more people laughing at me.
