Jenna: *blinks and narrows her eyes* You know of Seferia? Hmph.. Well, you might possibly be successful. *she looks him over* I would suggest that you go out and find her, if you want to try to enlist her help. She would simply bite off my head. We have had our.. *coughs* differences and transgressions in the past. Anyway, you’re clearly not human. You’ll definitely have a chance of being heard by her and her queen. *she continues to feed the infant. She then tilts her head as she finally looks into the girl’s eyes* Interesting..
Kalysto: *nods his head and walks up the stairs, leaving the base. He scans the island for Seferia’s life-essence, and then telepathically contacts her* *”Seferia – are you in a reasonable mood? Something has happened and I require an audience with you.”*
Sephiroth: What’s interesting? *glances over at Jenna again and leans over her to look down at the infant himself*
Jenna: Hmm… *snaps out of her reverie to look at Sephiroth* Oh. *shrugs* Nothing much, just the shape and color of her eyes. I suppose such things are to be expected. *She grins* They’re like yours, but the color… don’t know where that came from.
Seferia: *is deep within the forests of Halcyon. At the moment, she is guarding over her queen while the feline sleeps. She narrows her eyes as she hears the fuzzy telepathic message. However, seeing as she doesn’t recognize the owner, nor understand much of it, she chooses to ignore it*
Kalysto: *slips away from the base and begins to move through the forests, moving closer to Seferia’s location so he can garner her attention more effectively. He attempts to contact her again, this time sounding a little annoyed* *”Are you even listening, or are you deaf?”*
Sephiroth: Pardon? *glances at the infant’s eyes, and raises an eyebrow* Interesting. That colour is definitely not from myself. Maybe a recessive gene in you? Like the horns, perhaps?
Jenna: Or just some strange mutation.. *she shrugs* I cannot say a thing about my genes. I don’t know my heritage at all.. *she continues to look at the girl’s eyes. She then smirks at Sephiroth* Well, her iris’s do garner quite a bit of attention. Why not just call her that?
Seferia: *her ears stiffen a bit as she receives the second telepathic attempt. She then frowns in irritation* ~Who is this? What do you want with me? And do learn how to use telepathy.~
Sephiroth: *mumbles to himself, pondering the name* Iris? I suppose so, it’s an actual name isn’t it?
Kalysto: *”Why don’t you learn how to listen? You’re a dragon for godsakes, correct? You should be able to hear a pin drop a mile away.”* *scowls* *”It’s me, Kalysto. You know, the obnoxious elf whom you attacked and were pissed off about? I’m requesting your aid.”*
Jenna: *rolls her eyes* If we say it’s a name, then it’s a name.. *she frowns in thought* But yes, I am certain that it’s a proper name as well. It’s not common, or popular in human cultures, but it is a name. Anyway, do you have any better suggestions? *She then smirks and glances down at the girl* How about you, little one? Do you approve of the name?
Seferia: ~Elf? Ah, the one full of unwarranted insults. I am busy.~ *despite her proclamation, she isn’t really moving around much at all. Instead, she’s simply watching over her queen, who is immobile and asleep*
Sephiroth: *nods his head* I think it works rather well, to be honest with you. *pauses to think, then nods again* Yes. I like it. It’s a good choice of name.
Iris: *just looks up at her mother, seeming quite calm for the time being*
Kalysto: *”So if the creature of the Astral Plane consumes everything in the tangible world, it’s none of your concern? Alright, I’ll know better than to call on you in the future. Thanks for nothing. “*
Jenna: *her smirk broadens ever so slightly* Glad you agree. *she then gently pats the top of Iris’s head* You have a name now, girl.
Seferia: ~Creature of the Astral Plane…? What nonsense are you speaking of? For that matter, why do you keep on trying to come for me as if we have some sort of past? Is your brain defective?~ *her ears twitch as she hears the rustling of foilage. She then turns her head to look in the direction that Kalysto is coming from*
Kalysto: *”What the fuck? I approached you once. And once you made your point, I understood it. There is no “keep on doing it” because it only happened once. This is the second time I have approached you. There is absolutely no recurring pattern, stupid.”* *Scowls* *”I’m just asking if you want to help. All I need is a simple yes or a no.”*
Seferia: *keeps her eyes narrowed as she continues to listen to the elf’s approaching footsteps. She then snorts* ~Your requests are rather vague and, to be honest, barely present. I have no knowledge as to why you desire my services.~
Kalysto: *”I told you already. There is a creature of the Astral Plane active in the tangible realm that will consume everything. It needs to be destroyed. Do you want to help, or do I have to say the same thing a third time with different wording?”*
Seferia: *swishes her tail as she ponders over what the elf is trying to tell her. She then turns her back on him and kneels down to check over her queen. For the time being, she doesn’t give the elf any answer, at all*
Kalysto: *assumes Seferia is ignoring him* *”Thanks for wasting my time. See ya.”* *moves away from her, heading back towards the base*
Seferia: ~Elf, you are impatient and disrespectful. If you wish to have your request heard, you should do it in a proper manner. Or have you been defiled by the humans who you have associated yourself with?~ *gently nudges her queen, waking her up*
Kalysto: *”Blah blah blah blah, are you coming or not? Because if you’re not, let me know so I can prepare a big funeral pyre for you in advance. Because that’s about how serious this matter is.”* *heads back into the base, grumbling to himself* Stupid useless dragons…
Seferia: ~You are clearly a lowly commoner. I repeat, if you want yourself to be properly heard, you should not be a coward who simply makes broad comments.~ *begins checking on her queen’s wellfare, not bothering to mention the request made by Kalysto*
Kalysto: *”If you think I’m a commoner, you really don’t know me. At all. And you’re stupid if you think I’m a coward. Do yourself a favour and stop talking to me. You already made your stance clear, now fuck off.”*
Seferia: ~On the contrary, I made no stance clear. For you made your request unclear as possible. Also, you made your audience with the wrong being. If you want the assistance of our empire, you must petition the leader of it, not I. Seeing as you do not understand such simple protocols, you must be as lowly of a commoner as possible.~
Kalysto: *”You know, for a dragon, you’re pretty goddamned stupid. For one, I already told you, twice. Secondly, I don’t apply to your stupid rules and protocols, I’m not one of your kind. Thirdly, I asked you specifically, not your leader.”* *moves back into the base and wanders back down the stairs, looking for Jenna*
Jenna: *has finished feeding Iris. For now, she’s setting the girl down in her crib* Certainly the silent type… *glances at Seph* Unless you’re feeding her. *She shakes her head*
Seferia: ~If that is your attitude toward your own chosen activity, I must conclude that you are a failure on several levels. I cannot even comprehend most of your words. I cannot make out what you are saying. However, seeing as you don’t want to consider that a personal audience would have worked better than this static, then I must bid you farewell.~
Kalysto: *”You think there’s actually time to fuck around with this? I told you, that’s the end of it. If you can’t be bothered, then have fun getting destroyed. Least you can’t say you didn’t know.”* *snorts and shakes his head* I just went and contacted the dragon. It’s too haughty and wrapped around it’s protocols to be fucked coming to help.
Sephiroth: You can feed it if you want. I don’t object if you want to do that.
Seferia: *Sends Kalysto one last reply. This reply is a pure reflection of the transmission that he just sent to her. She is trying to prove that she can’t make out a single word that he is saying to her with this. Once she is done transmitting, she goes silent*
Jenna: *looks up at Kalysto and tilts her head* Glad that Seph and I weren’t copulating.. *she shakes her head then straightens up* Can’t say that I’m surprised by your news. Seferia does nothing without the go-ahead of her queen. And as I said, those two have their transgressions where I am concerned.
Kalysto: I don’t really care what you were doing. *scowls in frustration* Yeah? Well fuck her. She’s ignorant and can get blown up for all I care. Oh well, I did what I could. You want help, get me when you can actually be bothered. *moves out of the room and heads up to his bedroom*
