Sephiroth: I suppose so. *moves down the hallway, headed for the cafeteria. Once in the area, he immediately heads for the counter to begin ordering food. He chooses out some boneless fried chicken and lemon sauce, along with garden vegetable soup. He glances back at Jenna, then shrugs* *”Do you want the same thing? Or do you want to choose out something in particular?”*
Jenna: *gives Sephiroth a blank stare as he asks her about the food. Pursing her lips together, she lowers her head then shakes it, trying to cast off her irritation* ~Why do you always ask me those sort of things? I don’t know… Just… Pick whatever will draw the least attention.~
Sephiroth: *quickly nabs a roll and a packet of butter to go along with his soup, carrying his tray of food to one of the tables nearby. He sets it down and motions Jenna over, then rises to his feet to get her some food. He picks up a large double-beef burger for her, cooked rare-style. He also picks up a garden salad and a bottle of water, carrying them over to the table, setting the tray down for her* *”If there’s nothing you really like, we may as well go with similiar to what you would eat.”*
Jenna: *grins at the care that Sephiroth has taken in picking out food for her. Appreciating his thoughtfulness, she nods at him before sitting down next to him. At first, she just stares at the food though, trying to decide how hungry she is. However, she gives up after a bit of time and just nibbles on the food, though her expression shows that she isn’t enjoying it* ~Thank you, Seph.~
Sephiroth: *pulls a big chunk of bread off the roll he has taken, dipping it in butter before dipping it into his soup* *”You’re welcome. I don’t know what is so bad about that food though.”* *pops the glob of drippy soupy bread into his mouth and chews. He picks up the bowl and begins to drink from it, seeming very pleased*
Jenna: ~If I tried to share my style meals with you, I’d probably say the same thing.~ *shakes her head* ~Anyway, you’ve been in my body before and noticed that my sense of taste is different from yours, literally…~ *continues to nibble on her food. After a while though, she just moves to lean against Seph, resting her head against his shoulder* ~You’re quite the lucky man..~
Sephiroth: *”What makes you say that? I used to rule the world. Now I just am a slave to it.”* *plucks up the bottle of water, setting it down in front of Jenna. He continues to sip the soup from his bowl until he finishes it off, then sets it down so he can wipe the remnants of soup off the edges of the bowl with the rest of the bread*
Jenna: *Shakes her head at his words* ~Well, for starters, you have me. I should think that counts for something, hm?~ *smirks* ~Not many men would have even had the chance to try to tame me.~ *Shakes her head then pokes at the salad that Seph got her* ~You also know everything about your past… There are absolutely no questions about that anymore… I don’t even know what the humans plan to do about the traditional “father gives away the bride” part of our wedding..~
Sephiroth: *”I asked Zach to do it.”* *gives her a sideways glance* *”If that’s alright with you. Talk to him about it if you don’t want the ‘father’ figure escort down the aisle. I mentioned it to him recently and he said he wanted to do it.”*
Jenna: *lowers her head, allowing her bangs to slide over her eyes as she takes in what Seph said. After a moment, she simply nods* Oh… *she then takes another bite of the food that Seph has provided her*
Sephiroth: *”I doubt you would want your real father for an escort anyway.”* *picks up the burger he bought for himself and begins to hungrily chomp into it* *”You would have to talk to Zach about that one as well. That one is… interesting.”* *burps* *”To say the least.”*
Jenna: ~I don’t even know who that is, Seph. That was my point…~ *Shakes her head* ~And yes… having Zach do it is… interesting..~ *Sighs and decides just to concentrate on eating for the time being*
Sephiroth: *”Do you not want him to escort you down the aisle?”* *frowns at her attitude* *”Can you think of an alternative?”* *finishes off his burger and leans back in the chair to let his food digest for a few moments*
Jenna: *shrugs to Sephiroth’s inquries before softly speaking* No… I can’t.. *sighing, she just returns to resting against his side. She closes her eyes as she makes herself comfortable there*
Sephiroth: *sighs at Jenna’s demeanour and shakes his head* *”How can we fix this situation for you? I mean… you know how it is. How do we go about solving things?”* *sighs* *”You want to know information I don’t even know how to go about acquiring.”*
Jenna: *sighs and shakes her head* ~Don’ot worry much about it, Seph. I’m more than old enough that I can deal with these sort of things.~
Sephiroth: *moves to his feet, picking up his empty tray* *”Well, it bothers you. So we should go about pondering how to solve your problems.”* *nods his head* *”Isn’t that what you want? Wouldn’t that be the best outcome you could have in this situation?”*
Jenna: *gets up as well. However, she initially just stares at her leftovers on her tray. Shrugging, she decides it isn’t worth her time to do anything with the tray, so she just moves to follow after Sephiroth* ~I won’t stop you from trying to… find the answers to those sort of issues. However, I don’t even know where to start.~ *shakes her head then turns to exit the cafeteria* ~I should check up on Iris and Alexander…~
Sephiroth: *nods his head* *”Now that the executive pervert lady is dead, I should go about acquiring her office for my own.”* *follows Jenna out of the cafeteria and nudges her shoulder before parting company, heading back towards his desk*
Jenna: *nods* ~Have fun, Seph.. But don’t forget that you’re supposed to be on vacation.~ *wanders away from the ShinRa complex and moves through the town for a bit as she returns home. During most of her stroll, she dwells on her thoughts about her background, so she doesn’t pay too much attention to her surroundings*
Cancer: *as Jenna heads back home, she would encountert Cancer, who is riding away from the General Store on a bicycle, grumbling to herself as she pedals towards the other houses, the wheelie-cart on the back of the bike full of groceries ready for delivery*
Jenna: *since she’s so concerned with her own thoughts, she doesn’t notice Cancer at all. Instead, she just passes by the girl. Once she reaches her home, she steps inside and begins to take care of the needs of her youngest children*
Iris: *practically screams with delight when Jenna comes home. She flails her arms and tries to grab onto her, hugging her tightly* Mom-maaaaa!! *sends out a telepathic buzz of happiness, then turns her head back to Alex, trying to get his attention* Momma! *whaps Jenna’s arm*
Jenna: *cringes at the noise that Iris makes when she returns home. However, a smile forms on her lips. She then picks up Iris before patting the girl’s head* Yes, I’m home.
