Noemi pouted, for she had hoped that the General would not see the knife coming. She had materialized it behind his back, after all, and had wanted her act to be a surprise. When she saw no shock on his face, she was a bit disappointed.
However, she shrugged it off before she handed him his liberated locks of hair. “Of course not, General. That is just silly. I’m no hair stylist.”
September 29, 2011 at 4:27 pm #53083Kat AclysmKeymasterThe General took his locks of cut-off hair and played with them idly before he tossed them onto the bathroom floor. “You could make a wig out of that. Or toss it into the cloning machines, and probably filter out enough decent DNA strands to make a copy of me.”
He reached up to touch what was left of his hair, his expression turning hard and thoughtful. “Yes, after I get out of here, I will get it trimmed properly.”
September 29, 2011 at 4:29 pm #53084SeferiaKeymaster“Why would I want a copy of you, General? One of you is beyond enough of a handful. Hell, there are two of you on this planet with that other one that is married to my duplicate. We really do not need more of you,” Noemi teased.
“And yes, I suppose you will now need to go see the barber. However, I finally stopped your nightly contemplation.”
September 29, 2011 at 5:07 pm #53085Kat AclysmKeymaster“You stopped my what?” General Sephiroth seemed most confused. “I can arrange a trip to the barber…” He stopped talking momentarily, “…now. After we get out of this bathtub, I am permitted to go and visit his chair any time I wish. Of course, it’s me… with my rank, I am allowed to go in any time I wish.”
He smirked in amusement. “Privileges are indeed a good thing.”
September 29, 2011 at 5:11 pm #53086SeferiaKeymaster“You would ask me nearly every night on whether or not you should cut down your hair. Or shave it all off. Well, now you have no more reason to ask such questions, huh?” Noemi explained herself as she moved in to rest her head on the general’s chest.
“And yes, you do have a good number of privileges with your rank. Then you have me as well, which gives you even more privilege. It is amazing you never go on power trips.”
September 30, 2011 at 1:08 am #53087Kat AclysmKeymaster“I never go on power-trips because I never need to. There is no point to it.” General Sephiroth began to explain. “I am completely content in where I am right now. I have need of nothing, and thus, I have no motivation to begin demanding.”
Meanwhile, the dragon began to fumble around in the next room. He had found one of the General’s boots and began to chew on the edge. He had no teeth, so all he could do was slobber on it.
September 30, 2011 at 2:56 am #53088SeferiaKeymaster“Hmm… Well then, I am glad that you ahve everything that you can want,” Noemi hummed. “I would hate to hear you complain that you want more than what I can provide.”

As the week went on, Sephiroth would receive no indications of Jenna’s status on her trip, nor that she was coming back. The sorceress had made no contact. Furthermore, she remained absent even past her deadline for when she thought she’d return. It had been a week since Jenna left, and she still had not returned.
Meanwhile, the new science department head had continued to test the abilities of both Sephiroth and his daughter, more than curious to see what the limits of Hojo’s work had been.
September 30, 2011 at 3:14 am #53089Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth had begun pacing in the middle of the test-chamber. He typically did this when nervous or upset, or worried. Right now was no different. He had not heard from Jenna in a number of days now, and like the typical creature he was, he had begun to worry. That worry was now slowly growing into panic as the hours continued to pass.
He gave Jenna’s life-bond an experimental tug, then debated chasing after it.
September 30, 2011 at 3:45 am #53090SeferiaKeymasterWesker looked up from his laptop, where he had been typing in his notes from the day’s studies to look at the pacing General. While the man’s eyes were obscured by his glasses, the man’s frown could clearly be seen.
“Is there a reason to why you are attempting to leave a permanent mark in my laboratory, Sephiroth?” the blonde curtly asked.
Jenna was still alive out there, so Sephiroth would be able to feel her. However, she did not actually respond to his probing.
September 30, 2011 at 4:24 am #53091Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth made a loud irritated sound when Wesker asked him the question. He slowly shook his head and stepped towards the exit of the chamber.
“Yes, there is a very good reason for it – I have reason to believe that my mate is in trouble… I have not heard from her.” He responded, a low-pitched growl escaping him. “I think we have to abort this test for today.”
September 30, 2011 at 4:29 am #53092SeferiaKeymaster“Mate…?” Wesker slowly repeated with an air of confusion. “Oh yes, that is how you refer to your wife, is it not? You two have a very unusual relationship, don’t you?”
The man gave Sephiroth a smirk before he waved his left hand toward the exit. “Very well, you may leave. She was due back today at noon anyway.”
September 30, 2011 at 5:50 am #53093Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth growled as he headed for the exit. “She never told me when she was coming back…” After he was outside the test-chamber, he teleported away, and then reappeared at the door of his house. He pulled on the bond-line again and tried to determine where it was coming from.
October 5, 2011 at 2:36 am #53094SeferiaKeymasterAt the moment, Jenna’s life force wasn’t too strong. However, her signal was strong enough for Sephiroth to track her down. The woman was currently located in the midst of a town not far away from where Munich, Germany was once located.
Meanwhile, Wesker hummed to himself as he witnessed Sephiroth disappear from the vicinity of his lab. The man had requested for Jenna to gather some samples for him, so he was rather anxious to get his hands on them.
October 5, 2011 at 3:20 am #53095Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth didn’t waste a moment once he had Jenna’s bearings. He teleported once again, taking a few teleportation jumps as he made his way to the town of Munich. Once there he looked around, completely disorientated and lost in his new surroundings. A couple of nearby people seemed rather alarmed that a 6ft tall leather-clad silver-haired man had appeared out of nowhere and they ran rather suddenly. Sephiroth merely shrugged at this tried to take the in scenery around him so he could work out where to go.
Upon first glance, he discovered that the city around him was in a state of semi-ruin. Despite this, people were still moving about and going about their daily business, much like they had been doing in Midgar.
He did another scan of the area, not entirely sure which direction he should be going in.
October 5, 2011 at 3:58 am #53096SeferiaKeymasterJenna was not actually within the city limits. She was actually in a small town about fifty miles southwest of Munich. On the outskirts of that town, there was a large business building that was surrounded by heavily secured cement walls. In part, the building was imposing and gave the impression of being a high security prison. However, the building was covered with logos to indicate that it was owned by a pharmaceutical company.
October 7, 2011 at 12:06 am #53097Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth continued to follow Jenna’s life-energy signal, becoming more cautious when he discovered the high-security complex. After realising just how fortified it was, he debated how to best approach the situation.
While he could’ve just go crashing in, it would not be a smart idea if somebody identified him – he had a diplomatic reputation to uphold. Instead, he took out his cell-phone and began dialling Wesker’s number for advice.
“Greetings – it’s me.” He announced without even waiting for a response once the phone had picked up. “You’re familiar with this espionage thing, aren’t you?” Sephiroth grunted. “I am in need of assistance.”
October 7, 2011 at 3:27 am #53098SeferiaKeymasterWesker grunted in frustration as he flipped open his cell phone. The man had been occupied by his research, thus he was less than happy to be disturbed.
“Yes?” the man briskly stated as he answered. Upon hearing the general’s question, the man’s frown deepened. “I do not believe that I am following your train of thought, General. Why are you wasting my precious time?”
October 9, 2011 at 10:39 am #53099Kat AclysmKeymaster“How could you not be following my train of thought?” Sephiroth grunted in annoyance. “I’m telling you that I am in need of help. Stay on the line.” He opened up the phone’s camera features and began to show off the facility with it, transmitting the pictures through the phone-call.
“If you are familiar with espionage, perhaps your skills could be of some assistance… I need to find out what is going on with my mate.” Sephiroth grunted once again.
October 9, 2011 at 10:45 am #53100SeferiaKeymasterWesker narrowed his eyes as the General sent the picture over to him. Grunting, he shook his head, quite annoyed that he was being called on such matters.
“I do not see why you think that I should have these skills nor why you believe I can assist you over the line, General,” the blonde attempted to deflect Sephiroth. “All I can say is that I am quite impressed that you appear to be in Germany. You were in my presence only fifteen minutes ago.”
With that, the man suddenly hunt up, for he did not want his activities overheard by phone conversation.
October 9, 2011 at 11:15 am #53101Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth was about to respond as to why he was in Germany, but then the line went dead. Highly irritated, he made the teleport-jumps back to Mideel-Samoa. After reappearing in his own backyard, he flopped down onto the grass to recover – teleporting so many times in such a short period of time had taken a bit out of him.
“Damn it…” He panted slightly, “I’m losing my touch.”
After spending time recovering, Sephiroth ventured back to the ShinRa HQ Building. He marched down the corridor to Wesker’s office and growled at him once he was in the doorway.
“I do not advise hanging up on me again!” He scowled. “Do you want to assist me or not?”
October 9, 2011 at 11:21 am #53102SeferiaKeymasterWesker pasued in his work to stare down Sephiroth once the man had finished speaking. Few had ever had the gall to come up to Wesker and speak in such a manner. Yet, given what he knew of the ShinRa General, the blonde could not state that he was surprised to find that he would try such a stunt. After a moment of just glaring at the general from the cover of his glasses, the scientist reached up to remove his shades.
“I assume that you have every intention of not giving me a choice on the matter,” Wesker calmly commented as he looked down at his glasses as if to inspect them for scratches. After a brief “inspection”, the man lifted his gaze to openly glare at his silver-haired guest.
October 10, 2011 at 2:58 am #53103Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth raised his brows briefly, then met the man’s glare with a hard stern expression of his own. “You’re correct,” He stated with a sharp grunt, “There is no other option. My mate is in need of assistance and I cannot get to her alone. Thus, I need you. You are coming with me.”
He knew that it was blunt and straightforward, but he had never been one to mince words.
October 10, 2011 at 3:10 am #53104SeferiaKeymasterThe corners of Wesker’s mouth briefly tilted down into a firm frown as the man slipped his sunglasses back on. Without saying another word, the tyrant strolled to the back of his lab to open up a cabinet where he kept a small weaponry. After calmly slipping his replacement Samurai Edge into a holster that he hid under his coat, the man grabbed some ammo.
While he had decided to not confront the General, for he had seen enough of the man’s abilities to know that a serious match between the two of them would be an unpleasant challenge, he did not care much for being forced to do as the man said. So, he purposely took his time in gathering his ammo as well as slipping in a syringe of serum into his coat.
After several long minutes of falsely toiling, the blonde moved over to the General before he locked gazes with him. While his eyes were concealed behind his dark shades, the red glow that was caused by his agitated emotions, was easily visible.
“Very well, let us get this over with, Sephiroth,” Wesker snarled out in distaste. “Though I do not understand what makes you believe I have any skills in this sort of… endeavor.”
October 10, 2011 at 3:51 am #53105Kat AclysmKeymasterSephiroth watched the other male go through the motions of wasting time and preparing. He felt his ire rising with each passing moment, but he managed to keep it contained for he knew that the man was trying to bother him. He had the upper hand for now anyway, so getting angry wouldn’t have acheived very much.
“Heh, you say you don’t have any skills in this sort of thing? We’ll have to see about that, won’t we.” Sephiroth’s words were a tad harsh. “I’m sure you’ll be able to demonstrate your abilities where appropriate.”
He reached out towards the other male, hesitating suddenly. He didn’t particularly want to touch him.
October 10, 2011 at 3:58 am #53106SeferiaKeymasterWesker grunted in agitation as Sephiroth showed no indications of being deterred. While he had infiltrated facilities before, with and without the aid of air strikes, he had made a point of not making such information available to his co-workers.
When Sephiroth reached out for him, the blonde visibly snarled. He did not care to fancy the idea of having the silver-haired man’s hands on him.
“What are you doing?” Wesker nearly growled out.
