Kalysto: Oh, built by dragons? That would explain a lot. But strangely, it doesn’t smell of them. *shrugs and follows Dimitri down the stairs to the springs. He stares at the water once they’re in the doorway and frowns* Are you being serious? I cannot bathe in that. *glances around the room, looking wary and unhappy*
Dimitri: *Scratches the back of his head* Huh? It is shower area. *he shrugs* Normal. We alway lock door. *he then trots over to the door and exits the room. Once outside the room, he closes the door to leave Kalysto alone in the bathing room*
Kalysto: Hmm…. well I suppose… so…. *glances at the door after it’s shut, then looks around for any other entrances or exits. He releases a quiet sigh, then begins to timidly strip down, folding his clothing up so it can be placed in a neat pile. With that, he slips into the water and immediately gets his hair wet, sighing*
Dimitri: *wanders away once the door is shut. Soon enough, he climbs up onto his own bed and turns on a holographic form of television so that he can watch movies*
*For the duration of the bath, no one bothers Kalysto. So, he would have peace and quiet*
Sephiroth: *finishes up with what he’s doing and heads up the stairs to the kitchen. He makes a faint acknowledging grunt at Desiree as he moves by her and opens the refridgerator* Who cooked? Something smells interesting.
Kalysto: *washes himself off in the spring, taking his time as he washes his hair. After he is done, he soaks for a little while before finally deciding to get out and dry himself off*
Desiree: *looks up at Sephiroth as he passes by. She then gives him a small grin before glancing down at the food that she’s making* At the moment, I am. *with that, she tests to see if her omelet is ready. Finding it cooked well enough, she takes it off the stove then moves to eat at the table*
Sephiroth: Ah, I see. Very good. I am glad you can cook something decent for yourself so I do not have to. Nobody ever really liked my cooking anyway. *gives her a wry smirk, then shakes his head and resumes looking through the refrigerator for something pre-cooked to munch on. He eventually gives up and finds some fruit, sitting down at the table to munch on it*
Desiree: *blinks and tilts her head* Of course I know how to cook, Father.. You couldn’t do it too well when I was smaller, remember? You taught me how to cook because you couldn’t. *she narrows her eyes* It was all mother’s fault.
Sephiroth: *sighs at Desiree, then shakes his head* For once I’d like to have a jovial conversation with you without any hostility. I know your thoughts on the subject and you know mine – let it end there, hm? *carefully pulls apart the orange he’s eating and munches on the sections of it*
Desiree: *shrugs* Fine, fine. *she continues to eat her omellet* It still was all her fault though.. I’m not lying about that at all. Never have and never will.
Jenna: *shifts about in her bed, trying to get comfortable as she sleeps. Since the bed is basically just across from the door to the bathing room, she’d be easy to spot when Kalysto exits the other room*
Sephiroth: I’m not breaching this line of conversation any further. *continues to calmly munch on his food* So are you up to anything interesting lately, or no? *stretches slightly* I don’t know what I am going to do with my hand. Would you like to spar?
Desiree: *shakes her head* I’m just trying to help that guy that somehow got transported here settle dow- *she then blinks and looks up at Sephiroth* Your.. hand? What do you mean by that, Father? Why would you need to worry about what you’re going to do with it?
Sephiroth: You didn’t hear? *raises his left hand and begins to tap it on the desk to emphasise the fact that it’s made out of metal and fake* I lost it, permanently… *frowns* But a replacement was made. And now I intend to learn how to use it again. *pauses* Guy?
Desiree: *openly stares at Sephiroth’s hand as she hears it hit against the table. She then rushes closer to Sephiroth and begins to inspect his hand, almost doting over it* Father… Why didn’t you tell me earlier?? Who did this to you? How? Why? *she scowls* Mother was involved, wasn’t she?
Sephiroth: No. She was involved, but she didn’t actually do anything. I obtained this from… *sighs, frowning in thought* It doesn’t really matter. I encountered a monster that I could not defeat, and it punished me with a curse. And this is the result.
Desiree: *clenches her fists* She should have been the one to loose her hand, not you. You’ve already suffered too much, Father. *she hisses then pats his hand* Don’t worry. I’ll make certain that you don’t need to struggle for anything. *she then grins as she leans in closer to Sephiroth* Unlike mother, I’m loyal to you.
Sephiroth: *sighs slightly, then shakes his head* Thank you, Desiree. I appreciate your support. *glances at the refridgerator, then moves to his feet again* Do we have any bread? I think I want to make toast now. *grunts* You still havent said anything about this ‘guy’.
Desiree: *she nods then rushes over to the bread box. Soon enough, she hands Sephiroth several slices of whole-wheat bread* Here you go, Father. There’s more if you would like it. *she then tilts her head* Guy? Oh, Kalysto. You know who he is. He’s the one that somehow got teleported into my room. Remember?
Sephiroth: Oh, that idiot… *snorts and shakes his head* As long as he doesn’t do anything to disrupt the harmony here, I don’t care. *yawns slightly, then nods at Desiree when she hands him the bread* Thank you. *moves over to the toaster and places the slices in*
Desiree: *nods at Sephiroth* I’m certain he’ll be fine.. He’s just confused and lost at the moment. Give him some time to settle down. *she glances downward* At the moment, he’s just cleaning off, so there’s nothing to worry about there.
Sephiroth: *grunts slightly* If he doesn’t cause trouble, I don’t give a damn. He can be the spawn of… *shrugs* I don’t know. *moves back to the refridgerator to take some butter out for his toast* Do you want anything while I am here?
Desiree: *slowly shakes her head* No, I don’t need anything else. In fact, I’m full father. *she gathers up her plate and begins to clean off the area where she ate* If there’s anything I can do to you now that your hand is gone, just ask.
Sephiroth: I have not lost any functionality but I do appreciate your offer. All I really need to do right now is learn how to use the hand properly so that I may once again be able to wield my sword. Some tasks are easy, but when it comes to fine-tuning motor skills.. *frowns*
Desiree: *Nods at her father* Well, it does look like you’re not doing that bad.. I didn’t even know that you lost your hand until you told me. *she grins at him* I do hope that you get it all down, Father. Well, I think I’m going to join up with Cancer and practice spells. *with that, she jogs out of the room*
Sephiroth: *sighs slightly and nods, watching her leave the room. He begins to butter his toast once it has popped up and cooked, then slowly shakes his head* So much for my offer to spar.
Cancer: *is occupying herself upstairs in Jenna’s junk room. Right now she is looking for some kind of nice weapon to play with*
