Kalysto: *doesn’t react to the poking as his wings aren’t tangible and he wouldn’t really feel it* I really don’t care. We need to move, and that’s all there is to it… *pushes himself away from her and heads for the door* Is Desiree awake yet?
Jenna: *narrows her eyes as she concentrates on Desiree. She then shakes her head* No, my daughter is still out of it. *with that, she moves past him* Well, come, boy. If you are going to join us, we might as well gather up everyone. *With that, she leads him to the library*
Kalysto: *follows her down to the library and narrows his eyes* This is it…? This was how many there were before. You really think we’ll be able to do something with just the four of us? *slowly shakes his head in dissaproval*
Jenna: I know that two of us can carry quite the punch. Especially me. I carry the pure antitheses to the snake… *She shrugs* It’ll have to do. *she looks up at Sephiroth* Come on, my love. Let’s go. *she then points at the winged elf* He’s ready now.
Kalysto: So all of us are the distraction while you’re the only means to kill it? *grumbles* I don’t really approve of that idea. *folds his arms, but remains where he is this time*
Rhyderi: *sneers at Kalysto* Disgusting… *waves at Jenna, then nods* Instruct me and I shall move where you need me to move.
Jenna: Asking you to do much more may put you in undo danger. *She shakes her head* I don’t expect you two elves to be able to save the day, but I appreciate your determination to help. *with that, she turns to leave the base* Well, let us go. *she flaps her red wings, in order to stretch out the muscles, then begins heading up the stairs and outside*
Sephiroth: If you can think of another idea, then you are free to suggest it. But the time is very quickly running out. In fact, you probably only have about 30 more seconds. *follows Jenna up the stairs and heads outside*
Kalysto: *grumbles to himself in Thalassian as he wanders up the stairs, also moving outside*
Rhyderi: *glares at him* That was uncalled for…
Jenna: *narrows her eyes in thought as she exits the base. She then looks over at Kalysto* ~I would like you to answer one thing at some time. Why were you and Desiree playing with the black materia be-~ *She then snarls as she finds herself at the business end of Clawina’s blade*
Seferia: *stands not far behind her queen. At the moment, she is in her felidae form and just patiently waiting for an indication that she should do anything from her queen*
Kalysto: What? *stops when he sees Seferia and Clawina on the grass outside and almost visibly bristles before he tries to move past them, not wanting to stop and talk, or have anything to do with Seferia at all*
Seferia: *narrows her eyes as she watches Kalysto move about. She then speaks up* You, elf, you had requested our assistance. However, you were unclear as to what with. *she then glances at Clawina* My queen, perhaps for now, the violence is not needed.
Clawina: *growls then steps back and sheathes her sword. Snorting in distaste, she glares at the elf* Perhaps you are right for now, Seferia. *She then bares her fangs at Jenna*
Kalysto: *flatly* Good for you. That was then, this is now. *moves past them and begins to walk away, not wanting to be anywhere near them at all*
Rhyderi: *tilts his head as he observes Clawina and Seferia, seeming intruiged* Are you Druids? Or are you felidae in nature…? *bows his head slightly* I mean no disrespect, I have just never seen anything like this before.
Sephiroth: *seems rather impatient but grunts to Jenna* *”We shouldn’t stand around in the open.”*
Jenna: *looks over at Sephiroth then sighs* ~The enemy of my enemy is my friend.~ *She then frowns at Rhyderi* Those two are the furthest thing that can ever come to a druid. Hrmph, don’t have a damn clue what makes you think that they were anything like that..
Clawina: *narrows her eyes at Rhyderi then scoffs* As well you should not. My kind are not meant for just any commoner to find. *She then glares at Kalysto* Well, elf? What was this nonsense about wanting the help of the Catanyan Empire?
Kalysto: *just continues to walk, acting like he hasn’t heard anything*
Rhyderi: I have my reasons for thinking that. *shrugs his shoulders* So why are you two here? Are you coming along with us? *for the time being he keeps his sword sheathed but he looks quite suspicious of the new arrivals*
Sephiroth: *grunts* *”The enemy of my enemy does not make a friend.”*
Jenna: ~Ok, how about a useful tool then? Clawina is easy enough to manipulate, she’s a zealot. Her type is beyond easy to trick.~ *she sighs as she watches Kalysto. However, she soon turns her attention to Clawina* Perhaps… Feline, I cannot say that I need you. However, if you still want to avenge the death of your precious god, we are about to slay the being that was responsible.
Clawina: *bares her fangs once more and growls at Jenna* Oh, so you are forfeiting your life? Good. Lay down on the ground so that I may personally remove your head and insure you stay dead this time.
Jenna: *her scales bristle* Idiot, I had nothing to do with that event.
Sephiroth: *”A useful tool works. Or perhaps, another with the same goal. But don’t expect her to stay allied once the snake is dead. Her mind is fickle and her decision changes fast as you and I can make up our minds. I don’t trust it at all.”*
Jenna: *blinks then frowns at Sephiroth* ~That is the advice of a military genius? That she can change her mind as fast as we can…?~ *shaking her head, she glares at Clawina again* Well, do you want to kill that alien or not?
Clawina: I repeat, I’m looking right at the one responsible for the death of my lord. It was you who I was fighting when I summoned him to help me become rid of you. It was you who stood there as that creature came. It was you who was the cause of it all!
Seferia: *calmly speaks up* My queen, perhaps her claims have some valdility to them. That day, the creature did attack her as much as it attacked us. *she then looks over the group* It will not hurt us to help toward a common goal.
Sephiroth: *”No, it’s not my advice. I’m warning you of it’s mood swings. If you asked me for advice, I would tell you to kill it on the spot and never look back.”* *grunts in aggitation and shakes his head* *”We are still out in the open.”*
Jenna: ~Yes, Seph, I know that we’re out in the open. I also know that I currently have wings and she does not. That gives us the advantage, for both of us can fly while she cannot.~ *tilts her head as she listens to Seferia* ~Anyway, sounds like the dragon is reasonable.~
Clawina: *growls and snorts at Seferia’s words. However, she steps away from Jenna before turning her full attention to Seferia. For several minutes, her expressions seem to react to a silent conversation. However, Seferia’s expressions remain blank. Finally, she hisses then swings around to face Sephiroth* Very well, we will assist you.
Sephiroth: *grunts at Seferia in reply* You’ve only just decided that now? *slowly shakes his head* Good. A bit slow in your decision, but any help we can get right now is welcome. *snorts in annoyance* I don’t know how this is going to work, so pay attention to Jenna for directions.
Clawina: Do not expect us to trust this traitorous witch for one second though. I will have my guard up at all times. *she snarls at Jenna*
Jenna: *rolls her eyes then quickly moves past Clawina. Soon enough, she moves forward, trying to catch up with Kalysto*
Sesshou: *has gotten hungry by now. So, rather than continuing to wait on the one mountain, she has left to find a source of energy. So, for now, she’s within the mountains of Nibelheim, poking around at what remains of the reactor up there*
Kalysto: *just keeps ahead of the group, not really wanting to associate himself with them right now. He flicks an ear back, attentively listening to Jenna’s approach, but he doesn’t glance back to acknowledge her presence*
Jenna: *after a few steps of trying to catch up with the warlock, she leaps into the air and soars over his head. Once she passes him, she flips around and quickly lands in front of him. Upon landing, she flaps her wings once before folding them around her shoulders in order to make a mock-cape with them* You are in a rush.
Kalysto: *scowls* Yeah? Funny that. While you’re all back there deciding who’s going to do what, I’ve already made up my mind. If that stupid haughty ignorant dragon is going to come with us, I’m going on my own.
Jenna: *sighs at Kalysto* Haven’t we already been through this conversation? *she shakes her head and frowns at him* ~Since men tend not to like to speak out loud where others can overhear them, I shall continue this in this format.~ *she whips her tail around behind him* ~No matter, I can tell one thing with what little information that I know. If you rush off and kill yourself, Desiree will be devastated. Is that what you want?~
