Jenna: *aims a desert eagle hand gun at Kalysto as he rushes in toward Desiree. She then fires at him, hitting him in the shoulder* Sorry, I can’t allow you to interfere with my punishment like that. *shakes her head and steps out into the clearing and makes a sword appear in her right hand*
Kalysto: Punishment!? For WHAT?? *loudly hisses as the bullet strikes his shoulder and burrows into the flesh, leaving him to grip onto it, clutching it in pain* You…. *stumbles forwards, raising his hands up to blast her with a magical torrent of flames from both hands*
Jenna: *smirks at the sight of the flames. She then holds up her sword and makes it absorb the flames. She then shakes her head at him* Foolish boy. She has been a pain and disobedient for so long. She is nothing more than a nuisance. *She then rushes in and tries to slice at his stomach with the sword* Are you really willing to sacrifice your life for something as pathetic and putrid as her?
Kalysto: I’m sure that’s a matter of opinion! *attempts to blast her with another volley of flames, at least until she slices at his stomach. He makes a loud pained sound and begins to stumble backwards, hugging at his stomach with both hands, weakly sitting on the ground* If you want to kill her… just kill me instead…
Jenna: *grunts as the flames hit her. However, since she’s used to fire due to it being her main element, she isn’t too phased. Instead, she moves in closer to Kalysto. She then presses the tip of her sword against his neck* Why should you throw your life away for scum such as her?
Kalysto: *doesn’t even bother to look up* You’re crazy as fuck, you know that…? *grips at his stomach, moving his hand momentarily away so he can inspect the damage. When he smells a combination of stomach acid and blood, he begins to shake, lowering his head further* Fuck…
Jenna: Hrmph.. *leans down closer to him. She then grips onto his shoulder and quickly casts a healing spell to at least keep him out of mortal danger* Answer my question.
Kalysto: *coughs for a moment and spits out a mouthful of blood, not bothering to loook up at her* I don’t need to answer anything for you…
Jenna: Very well. *casts a spell to suspend him in the air, also casting another wave of healing spells over him. She then turns her back to him before plunging her sword through “Desiree’s” heart* A pity.
Kalysto: Fucking damn it… *attempts to hurl a shadow-bolt at Jenna’s head* Leave her alone! I don’t have to justify myself to you!
Jenna: *hisses in pain as the shadow bolt hits her. She then narrows her eyes at him* Oh, be silent. It’s not like you loved her, hm? *she pulls out her sword, which is actually perfectly clean and missing any blood on its blade at all. Even though it should be slathered in it*
Kalysto: *moves to his feet, growling. His wings phase shift out behind him and he flares them out, his eyes glowing bright green in his anger as he taps into Bael’s fel energies. He suddenly lunges forwaards and attempts to choke Jenna, snarling* It’s none of your fucking business!
Jenna: *Releases a faint gasp and coldly looks at Kalysto as he begins to choke her. However, a smirk forms on her lips soon after* Pass..
Desiree: *grins as she makes her way down to where Droozun is* ~Hey, Kalysto. I found you felhunter!~
Kalysto: *growls at her, his wings flaring out further, almost seeeming to grow in size* No, you! *pauses, confused* *”Desiree…? But… aren’t you on fire…?”*
Jenna: *slowly reaches up and tries to remove his hands from her neck now* ~Ok, that’s enough. I’m pregnant. It wouldn’t do to kill me.~ *she nods to the burning doll* ~It was a test. You passed.~
Desiree: ~Huh? Now, I know you think I always get into trouble, but no! I’m not on fire. I got here perfectly fine. Thank you very much.~ *rolls her eyes then kneels down to pat Droozun’s head* Hey, boy. I’ve missed you.
Kalysto: What…? *stumbles back from Jenna, then suddenly turns around to leave the area, his wings dissipating as he leaves to run into the forest*
Droozun: *makes a slobbery grunt at Desiree as she pats him. Then he steps aside from her and nudges four small Felhunter broodlings towards her, sitting on his haunches shortly afterwards*
Desiree: *Grins as she spots the four little fellhounds. She then reaches down to pat them* They’re wonderful, Droozun. *grins at him* Congratulations. *frowns at the feelings that she’s sensing from Kalysto* ~What’s wrong with you?~
Kalysto: *”I just saw you strung up and burned.. by your own mother, no less! She’s crazy!”* *heads off into the woods to hide, not wanting to go back for a while*
Droozun: *wags his tail and grunts, leading the smaller felhunters away from the area, walking back into the darker area*
Desiree: ~Huh? I was not strung up and burned. I’m perfectly fine.~ *deeply frowns then glances in the way that Droozun just went* Hey… your master, Kalysto. He’s in real bad shape. Something messed with his emotions and stuff big time. Do you want to come with me?
Droozun: *stops for a few moments, then turns his head back at her to grunt. He walks back to her, and stands still, expecting to be summoned*
Kalysto: *”She said I… passed a test…? I don’t understand…”* *sits down on the ground, shaking his head* *”Why would somebody even do something like that…? I don’t understand what she was getting at…”*
Desiree: *chuckles at Droozun* Ok, I’ll summon you this time. But do know that you’re supposed to be Kalysto’s, not mine. *she then closes her eyes and concentrates on Kalysto’s position. As she reappears, she summons Droozun to her side as well. Upon reappearing, she walks over and kneels down next to the elf* Hey… *she sets her hand down on his shoulder* I’m fine, see.
Kalysto: *glances up at Desiree vaguely and telepathically communicates to her what he saw earlier* It’s so fucked up… *glances at his hand, then down at the ground, rubbing his shoulder* It’s like she wanted to kill me, but then she didn’t. *shakes his head, confused*
Desiree: Hrmph… She’s done worse than that in the past. I am certain of that. *she then circles her arms about his chest and pulls him in for a hug* But you can see that I’m fine. I can’t explain what she did. Hrmph, I don’t think I want to know the whys… But if you really want answers, you’ll have to ask her.
Kalysto: Right now I don’t even want to go back. *glances up at Droozun, then frowns* You summoned it back. You said you didn’t want to before? What happened? Did you change your mind or what? *shakes his head* My shoulder hurts.. I think the bullet is still in there…
Desiree: He came back with me to check up on you. *she pats the top of his head* That doesn’t mean I want to steal him from you. *she glances at his shoulder then moves to inspect it. Soon after, she looks into Kalysto’s face and shakes her head* Looks like some sort of graze to me. You should be fine.
