Desiree: What? *She shakes her head* Father, he didn’t do anything wrong. Why are you doing this? What is wrong with you? *She whimpers and looks over at Kalysto* ~You’re going to be alright, right?~
Sephiroth: *shrugs, gently pushing Desiree away from him as he moves back towards the base* Yes he did. He took advantage of you. You’re 16 years old, Desiree – 16. You’re not even old enough to join the army. You’re not classified as an adult. You’re barely at the age of consent. He is an idiot and I do not ever want to see him again. I don’t care if it was consented or not – it was random and he abused you. Get him out of here.
Kalysto: *just keeps his head lowered, one hand over his stomach. The ear that Sephiroth pulled on hangs low on his head, as he does not want to move it any more* *”I’ll be fine…”*
Desiree: You joined the army at 14 or so! *She stamps her foot onto the ground then groans. Soon enough, she rushes to Kalysto’s side and begins to inspect his injuries* This looks pretty bad.. Stay put. I’ll get something to help you out. *with that, she moves to her feet, she then rushes into the base to find some cure materia as well as bandages*
Sephiroth: *”That’s besides the point. I was taken advantage of also. I didn’t know it until I was old enough.”* *scowls* *”This isn’t open for discussion. I would say you’re too young to understand the implication of your actions. But tell me this, Desire.”* *snorts* *”Does he even love you? Does he respect you?”*
Kalysto: *shakes his head* Don’t need help… *coughs slightly, then lowers his head*
Desiree: ~I… It wasn’t really about love.. It wasn’t about that at all. But he does respect me.~ *she continues to gather up materials in a rush. She then contacts Droozun* ~Find you master. He’s hurt. He needs you.~ *after a few more minutes, she has the supplies she needs. So, she rushes up the stairs and back to Kalysto’s side. Soon enough, she dumps what she gathered on the ground before pulling out the cure materia* Work.. *with that, she begins to spam cure spells on Kalysto*
Sephiroth: *”I doubt that he does. And if you were just after sex, you should have waited until something decent came along.”* *snorts*
Droozun: *makes a squeaking noise and quickly follows after Desiree, stalking her up the stairs and outside. When he approaches his master, he doesn’t do much other than sit near him*
Kalysto: *shakes his head as Desiree returns* *”It will be alright.. I will recover from this…”* seems better than he was after the barrage of cure spells, but doesn’t seem confident in sitting up yet*
Desiree: ~He is decent… He does respect me.. But.. I don’t love him, I’ll admit that. So, it’s ok if he doesn’t love me, Father. We’re still friends.~ *She frowns as she looks over what is left of Kalysto’s wounds once she casts the final cure spell. Looking up at Droozun, she confidently speaks up* Help me prop him up. *with that, she grabs onto Kalysto’s shoulders and shifts him about so that his back is leaning against Droozun* This is going to be annoying, but we need to take off your clothes to get you bandaged up. *Without further ado, she begins to remove the blood elf’s robe*
Kalysto: No, I’m fine… *clings onto his robe, wanting to be stubborn and not wanting Desiree to yank it off. He flicks back his non-injured ear and glares up at Desiree, trying to look stern* No…
Droozun: *moves up behind Kalysto and tries to push him into a better sitting position with his little stalkers*
Desiree: *firmly glares into Kalysto’s eyes* Stop this and let me help. *She then reaches into her boot and pulls out a small knife* Would you rather have me cut it off, hm? *she shakes her head at him* Just let me bandage you up. *with that, she tries once more to remove his robe. This time, she applies even more force*
Kalysto: *cringes and moves his hands away, seeming annoyed at Desiree’s threat to cut his robe* Alright… but don’t ruin it. It took a lot of effort to obtain… *shoves Droozun away and slowly stumbles to his feet despite the pain and dizziness it causes him* Thank you… but I am leaving now…
Desiree: *yelps as Kalysto suddenly stands up. Hopping straight to her feet, she reaches out to grasp onto his shoudlers, since she wants to stop him from doing anything foolish* No. Stop being so damn stubborn. *she tries to hold him still with a tight grip* Stay..
Kalysto: Stay…? I’m no animal… you can’t command me to… *stumbles slightly, but growls and shakes his head, managing to stand upright* Fine.. what are you going to do with me now?
Desiree: I’m not commanding.. I’m pleading and asking you. There’s a difference. *sighing, she frowns at his attitude* We need to bandage you up. If you stay like that, you’ll get an infection. Do you want to die? *She tries to nudge him back down to the ground* Please, just sit down and let me take care of your wounds.
Kalysto: Do I want to die? The better question is.. do I care? *lowers his head, smirking slightly* No, I don’t…. I never did. I never did care about death either way… I’ve already seen hell. What worse could happen…? *sits down again, although rather clumsily* There, if it will keep you happy…
Desiree: *Frowns at him* I don’t believe you. If you honestly didn’t care, you wouldn’t have revived yourself the one time you were shot in the head. *She shakes her head at him* You like saying a lot of things.. *as soon as he’s seated, she begins to remove the clothes on his upper body. Assuming he doesn’t fuss about, she’d be tending to putting bandages over his wounds within a few minutes*
Kalysto: *Narrows his eyes as Desiree works on bandaging him, seeming to be loathing the fact that he requires aid and help. Once he is properly patched up, he folds his arms, frustrated with the entire situation* I don’t like a lot of things either… don’t touch me.
Desiree: *groans at Kalysto’s continued stubbornness. Shaking her head, she checks over his bandages, wanting to insure that it is firmly set. Upon finding that she approves of the set-up, she looks into his eyes* Will you stop that? My touch is not poisonous. *she then frowns at his currently stiff ear. So, she shuffles over and tries to gently touch it in order to check for damage* Stay still…
Kalysto: *immediately jerks his head away, seeming to be in more pain now than ever* Ouch, damn it! My ear doesn’t bend that way, the other idiot nearly pulled it off! Don’t you try to do it too! *promptly clamps a hand over his ear despite the pain it causes him to do so*
Desiree: *grumbles* Don’t make me cast a paralysis spell on you. I barely even touched it. *she shakes her head* Now, please, stay still. I’m going to see what needs to be done to help it heal. *she then grips onto his hands and tries to pull it away from his ear* Trust me.
Kalysto: *makes an upset sound, sounding more like a child about to have a tantrum now* N-noooo… *glares at her, flattening his eyebrows* I’m saying no, damn you. Just leave me alone, geez. I can take care of myself. *clings at his ear, which is now slightly discoloured and bruising from being twisted and pulled*
Desiree: Even if you could take care of yourself, you still don’t need to do everything. *she frowns at him. After thinking for a moment, she decides to take a risk. So, she leans in to quickly kiss him* Please.. let me help you. I do care about your well-being and health. I’m not about to hurt you.
Kalysto: *seems a little taken aback by the kiss, but doesn’t react much beyond a small irritated sound. Because he is in pain, he isn’t really interested in fooling around. Once the kiss is over, he makes a resigned grumble and moves his hand away from his ear* Fine… but don’t touch it, or pull on it.
Desiree: In order to help it heal, I will have to touch it… *she shuffles around a bit to get a bit closer to his injured ear. She then gently sets her fingers down on the edges of the ear* Damn.. Father really messed this up… Umm… Can you tell if you have any broken cartilage? There must be a good amount of muscles in it for you to be able to move it like you do..
Kalysto: *frowns, looking very unhappy now* That’s exactly what it is… if you pull and twist on an ear hard enough, the cartilage stresses or breaks… *flicks his other ear back* Not much muscle in my head to move them, but Its pretty easy…
Desiree: Ok… This is going to hurt, but we need to make certain that your ear doesn’t get moved even further while it heals. *she pulls out another set of bandages from the pile that she had gathered. Soon enough, she grips onto Kalysto’s ear with one hand, making certain to keep it still once she had it in position. She then begins to bandage it so that she can form a splint to keep the ear erect and immobile. As she works, she firmly speaks* Don’t move..
