Kalysto: I don’t give a crap, Desiree. You can tell me anything you want, but you know that’s bullshit while you’re under the influence of somebody else. Desiree: *becomes quite still and silent. However, she remains on the ground, not moving at all. At long last, she finally whispers out* What doe it matter? You’d think I’m stupid whether I choose to listen to you or her, wouldn’t you? You’re like the rest of them. You don’t care about me. Not really. *she pulls her wing away from her face and glares up at him* You’d happily think of me as a dumb girl who isn’t worth your time, wouldn’t you?
Kalysto: Are you even under the influence of that thing any more? I saved your ass, and it’s up to you to break it. Usually mind-controlled people don’t have much more insight than, I am your minion, I do your bidding.
Desiree: *narrows her eyes at him* Why should I listen to you and not her? You’ve yet to answer the question. What is so special about being considered worthless by you? Why should I want to just be a disappointment again? No one really cares about me, least of all you.
Kalysto: Blah blah blah. If you were really worthless, I would banish you into the Nether and never bother about you again. *growls* Do I have to say it again? I’m trying to make you snap out of your influence with that thing. How about actually listening to it that time? I think I’ve said it, oh, over ten times now. You really ARE deaf. *glares*
Desiree: Not a threat there. I can leave at any point. *snarls and shakes her head* I am not deaf. You have not given me a single good reason to listen to you over her. You just don’t want me to listen to her any longer, that’ it. Not a single good reason at all…
Kalysto: *slaps his forehead* Why should I even give you a reason? The fact that I’m trying to save your ass isn’t good enough? The fact that I’m telling you something is wrong doesn’t even SEEM remotely a problem to you? You don’t even WANT to fight it, do you? *scowls* I’m not fighting for you if that’s what you’re expecting – that’s what you have to do for yourself. Havent I been spending this entire time trying to help you? If you can’t see that, you can just fuck off then. Go on, beat it. *glares, then turns his back on her*
Desiree: *looks up at him as he speaks. Once he turns his back on her though, she simply lowers her head to stare at the “ground”. After a bit, she softly mutters* Why..?
Kalysto: Why? Because you can do better than that shit. Are you weak? No. Do you want to be perceived as weak? It’s happening right now, and you don’t even want to do anything about it. *shakes his head* Just save me the effort and get lost.
Desiree: *Frowns even more* What do you know? Why do you care what I choose? All you ever had for me was insults, wasn’t it? Father hates me… I have no reasons to want to go with you. Nothing at all.
Kalysto: *glares at her, thoroughly tired of the conversation* Just make up your mind. I’m not having this converation with you any more. I’m wasting my time, because I’ve said it so many times, I’m tired of it.
Desiree: *frowns and narrows her eyes before glaring up at him* Then leave. You don’t give a damn enough to answer a single question. I don’t know what you were hoping for, but … Just leave. *she then stands up and turns her back on him*
Kalysto: I answered everything you needed to know. Not my fault if you’re ignorant. And seeing as though you’re in my realm, YOU leave. *turns his head and glares at her* I really thought you had a spine. I guess I was wrong.
Desiree: *her wing quivers slightly as she snarls* Insults, insults, insults. Is that all you ever have for me? *she glares back at him* Why do you think I don’t care about wanting to come back, Kalysto? All you’d do is insult me. I was not welcome with the rest of my siblings. I only caused problems. So, you want me to go and listen to you? You want me to come back to insults and scorn?
Kalysto: We’re getting nowhere… *furrows his brow, resting his head in his hands for a few moments, sighing in exasperation* Yes, I want you to listen to me, otherwise you may as well not have done so in the first place. I don’t want to feel like I’m wasting my time and going around in circles. What more do you want from me? I’ve told you all that you needed to know. Don’t make me say it for the 15th time!
Desiree: *clenches her fists in annoyance. She then storms up to him and moves to press her nose against him* Why should I care to come back with you when all I’ll get is more insults and scorn? You’ve yet to give me a single reason why bending to your requests would be any better than just going with Jenova.
Kalysto: Because you’re not meant to be her slave? You’re not meant to be her underling? You’re better than that? Have you even been listening? I’ve said all this shit already. If that isn’t a reason, I don’t know what is. *shoves her away from him* And get out of my personal space. I don’t like you very much right now, you’re one of the most ignorant souls I’ve ever met.
Desiree: *yelps as she’s shoved away. She then scowls* Being a puppet is better than being treated like lowly scum by the likes of you.
Kalysto: I’m glad you think that. *yawns boredly* Stop wasting my time and piss off then. I’ve nothing more to say to you. Thanks for wasting all this time when you were planning to leave anyway.
Desiree: I didn’t make you come. *she glares at him once more* All you had to offer me were insults… You really thought I would come running into your arms for more insults? *scowls then begins wandering off, not bothering to open up a rift o leave the astral plane with*
Kalysto: I really thought you would decide for yourself and not be a stubborn asshole about it. Guess I was wrong. Don’t bang your ass on the way out. *flattens his ears, scowling* Waste of time…
Desiree: *Continues to wander through the astral plane, kicking at a few minor demons and spirits that she comes across. After some time, she finds what she considers to be a clear spot and just sits down so that she can pout* Don’t want to go home anyway… Nothing there at all..
Kalysto: Yeah, and whose fault is that? You’re weak-willed and ignorant, and you get what you deserve if you can’t even be bothered growing a spine to get out of your crappy situation. *huffs angrily* Answer me one thing, though. Are you always that stubborn or are you just making the extra effort to piss me off? I’ve never repeated myself so much in my life, and you didn’t even give a fuck. Why should I put any effort into helping you if you don’t even want to give a damn?
