Kalysto: Yeah… Dragon dude said that the old fart is is in a small town. At the northern border of Italy, below France. Such weird names for your territories.
Droozun: Urrr-rrr-rrr. *raises the hairs on his back, then makes clicking noises, shaking his head at her for a few moments before telepathically sending the same picture of the Nether again, along with his memories of Kalysto. During the telepathic signal, he also sends the feeling of questioning* Urrr? *sends the feeling of questioning again, then shows Desiree the image of the Nether once more*
Desiree: I don’t undrestand… *frowns* Is he or is he not in the Nether? *shakes her head* Oh, forget it. *tries to dismiss Droozun into the Nether* Please try to find him.
Jenna: *sighs in frustration* Well, I guess that narrows it down a bit more, but not much more. *shakes her head before turning* There’s an airport here. I think I’ll just steal a plane. *with that, she begins walking away*
Droozun: *shuffles on his feet in an aggitated manner at Desiree’s question. When sent to the Nether, he simply dissapears without a fight*
Kalysto: Why can’t you just, you know, teleport there? *moves after her, shrugging* You really know how to fly a plane? And do you think we’ll be able to do it without getting caught? I don’t much like your chances, but if you think so…
Jenna: If you can give me more details, maybe I can manage to teleport there. However, with only the knowledge of Alps, Italy, and France.. *sighs* I’ll take us to Italy, and then steal a plane.. *she then opens up a portal*
Kalysto: Hey, works for me. *steps into the portal, stumbling out of the other side. He nearly falls onto the ground, but manages to correct his balance and steps away from the portal altogether* Yuck… I really don’t like your portal magic. It’s disorientating.
Jenna: *sighs and steps into the portal as well. She groans as she’s tossed out of the other side* Yea, well, unless you come up with your own, tough luck there.. *she then gets up and dusts herself off* Hrm… *glances around* An airport should be.. *points* This way. *with that, she heads off*
Kalysto: You know, why not try to steal a car and drive there? *looks around the street they have fallen into* It’s not much of an effort to break a door open and get inside. And hotwiring the vehicles? Easy. I’m sure even you could.
Jenna: *cocks her eyebrow and looks over at him* You know what cares and planes are? *narrows her eyes and examines him* Let alone hot wiring? And you dress like that? You learned that stuff since you’ve been here, right? *Shakes her head* And the reason not to take a car is quite simple: elven villages tend to be hidden, hence probably not accessible by road.
Kalysto: Gimmie a break – I learn about cultures and adapt. Since I got stuck on Gaea, I learned about transport there. The same stuff seems to be here too, so I thought… why not… *shrugs* You read books, you learn. *rolls his eyes* And no, I’m saying to steal a car to drive it to the airport.
Jenna: Hrmph.. . Seph’s planet doesn’t really have cars either. There were non on Halcyon, and basically none in Mideel.. *Shakes her head* It doesn’t matter. *slows down and looks back at Kalysto* Yes… I suppose that is a good idea. *shakes her head and sighs* Very well.. *she glance around at the available cars* Hrm… *walks over to a small grey Flat then grumbles* I guess this will do. *narrowing her eyes, she uses her magic to pop the locks then slips inside to hot wire the car*
Kalysto: Very good. *waits for Jenna to get the car running then quickly slips inside, nodding in approval* Let’s get the hell out of here. I don’t really want to be around when the authorities complain at us or try to arrest us.
Jenna: *rolls her eyes at Kalysto’s words. She then starts up the car and begins to drive off to the airport* This thing is a piece of crap. The owner is probably going to be delighted that it’s no longer around. *shakes her head and grumbles as she continues to make her way to the airport. Once at the outskirts of her destination, she pulls the car into a dark corner then steps out* How was your first car ride?
Kalysto: First car ride? Lady, I have my steam siege-tank licence. *flicks his ears back, almost insulted* I’ve been a passenger before too. Not like it was my first ride. At all. Tsk tsk…. *steps out of the car* However, it was the first one I’ve ridden in that didn’t sound like a mining pump. And it had actual windows. Made of glass.
Jenna: Seige engine? *Shrugs* Never heard of such a thing, but very well. *She moves toward the fence that blocks off access to the airport’s runways. She then casts a spell to melt a hole into the fence*
Kalysto: You know… siege tank. Chug chug chug, battering ram, knock down walls? Surely you know what a Siege tank is, or what it does? *sighs at her* Oh who cares. Go steal a flying machine. Or…. we could use my Nether Drake. I really don’t care, but he doesn’t know the way to this Alps.
Jenna: Using your dragon is highly inadvisable, for humans never see dragons flying, hence would be driven toward murderous rage out of fear. Also, the dragon council themselves have ruled that no dragon shall fly in sight of humans, so you’d gain their wrath as well. *She grins as she notices a number of private planes* Hence, one of these will do. *She walks to the nearest one*
Kalysto: Both of us can phase-shift… me and the Drake I mean. But you? I don’t think you can. Hrm. Fair enough, I just won’t do that. *nods in acceptance and follows her out to one of the private planes, tilting his head* They look flimsy, just like the car. Are you sure they’re going to be safe to fly?
Jenna: Of course they- *snarls as a guard begins to yell at them in Itallian. Glaring as the man points a gun at them, she quickly casts a spell to make the gun malfunction in impossible ways when he fires such that it explodes and the bullet flies back into his head* Idiot. *with that, she climbs up into the small private jet*
Kalysto: He’s just defending his crap. It’s human nature to do that. They’re very materialistic because hey, let’s face it, they never really looked past it and saw anything better. *moves into the jet also, frowning* This thing have fuel?
Jenna: Most likely. If not, I’ll fill it up then take off. Not a big deal. *she moves into the cockpit then finds a map and hurls it at Kalysto* Study this. Try to tell me where the fuck I’ll be flying to. *with that, she begins starting up the engines and checking the fuel levels* Ah good, nice and full.
Kalysto: *glares as the map is thrown at him and fumbles with it for a few moments before opening it up, turning it a few ways before turning it the right way* Land formation is weird. *attempts to lay it out in front of him as best as he can manage, then begins to read it, flicking his ears back as he thinks and processes the information in front of him* Alright, you will need to fly North-west for the mostpart. Once you’re in the air, I’ll tell you where to go from there. *frowns as he looks out the window* Better hurry… lots of angry dudes.
Jenna: *glances at the men then rolls her eyes* Of course. *casts a spell to make them freeze in their steps* There, that should buy us some time. *She then continues to start up the plane. Soon enough, she begins to move into a runway so that she can take off. She narrows her eyes as she hears the air traffic control men complain at her, but she ignores them as well as she takes to the air*
Kalysto: *leans back in his seat as the plane escalates and ascends into the sky, watching the scenery out of the windows. He leans an arm on the windowframe and watches the world below, seeming a little curious* How high do you intend to get this thing?
Jenna: About two thousand feet should do… perhaps a bit more just to be safe from the mountains. *she narrows her eyes as the air traffic controllers continue to try to talk to her. She then tries to cast a spell to make the humans forget about them. Soon enough, she levels off the aircraft and begins heading toward the alps*
Kalysto: *leans back in the seat as far back as it will go, then raises the map up to see while he’s lying back* Dragon said it was at the northern border of Italy, below France. So… *circles an area with his finger, humming* …pretty much this entire area. *glances at the map more carefully* Dragon was too vague. There is no northern border where this Italy meets the France. Only one likely in the Italy’s north-west.
