Jenna: *Scowls at the very thought* But my son… He has wings that just look like the standard European variety. *sends Bachemius an mental image of Dimitri* Wouldn’t that just indicate that these wings are purely made from magic and have nothing to do with genes? And no, my mate has no dragon genes.
Desiree: I don’t have a last name. No one in my family has one. *frowns at the woman* I’m the daughter of Sephiroth. Surely, you have his records in file. They should prove to you that he has no last name… If he did put one down, just copy it over.
*the Receptionist sighs* Sephiroth has recorded no last name, but his records and all the records of his family are archived under “Hojo”. Do you want me to place them there?
Bachemius: Maybe they are the dominant gene then, or the recessive. Who really knows to be sure? *waggles his head, then snorts* You were asking if you were related to Quetzitohl. You weren’t asking me to trace your family tree’s genetic workings. I gave you an answer already.
Desiree: *groans* Hojo?? *shakes her head then yanks the papers from the woman* No… Umm.. Give me a second. *she wanders off to the side and thinks for a bit. Soon enough, she finishes off the paperwork by filling in the last name slot with “Sol’thenan”. With that done, she returns to the woman* Here- *hands the papers to her again* -can I have the pills now?
Jenna: *groans* Damn.. *shakes her head and sighs. She then pulls in her wings* Thank you for your opinons. *with that, she turns around and begins to form a portal to her home in Mideel*
*the receptionist shakes her head* We don’t keep the pills here. *hands her the bottom half of her form and a small paper-thin sheet of handwritten instructions* Take this next door to the pharmacy. Until you’ve taken them for a week, please continue to use condoms or other barrier contraception. And make sure you take them at the same time every day.
Bachemius: You are welcome.
Desiree: *yanks the prescription out of the woman’s hands then slowly nods* Ok… *groans then grumbles* Small town and still have to go to different places? *she shakes her head then heads to the pharmacy. Once there, she slams the prescription down on the counter* Please get me this as soon as possible.
Jenna: *grunts in pain as she stumbles out of the portal. After a moment, she stands up and rubs her butt* Damn.. *shaking her head, she checks herself over for any signs of damage before making her way home*
*the pharmacist picks up the prescription and begins to read it* Alright… *lightly sniffs and glares down at her over his glasses* Oh, another one. *sighs* 1200 gil please.
Desiree: *glares back at the woman then frowns at the mention of gil* Huh? Oh… Umm.. *glances down in thought* My Father is Sephiroth. Does he have any form of tab here?
*the pharmacist shakes his head* Nope. *attempts to hand the script back to her* You got no money? Come back when you got some.
Sephiroth: *lightly paces around the lower level of his house, having returned home for the evening. He looks out the window, then resumes pacing*
Desiree: *yelps then quickly shakes her head* No.. No.. I have money. Umm.. Just one moment. *she rushes out of the pharmacy then looks around. After spotting a random person moving by, she psychicly teleports the gil from his pockets into her hands. She then checks the amount in her hands before returning to the pharmacy and handing the prescription with the money to the pharmacist* Here. Sorry, I had left my wallet behind..
Jenna: *silently slips into the house and tries to make her way to her bedroom so she can just go to sleep*
*the pharmacist sighs* Very well… *picks up the script and fumbles around in the back of his shop. He returns with a cardboard box with four pill cards inside* These last for a month. Come back then. *narrows his eyes* Though I must say you’re too young. Most women who get this kind of contraception are 10 years older than you.
Sephiroth: *doesn’t hear Jenna and continues to pace*
Desiree: *glares back at the pharmacist then yanks the pills from his hands* Thank you for your opinion, but I am perfectly fine. *she then storms out of the shop and studies the box* Hmmm… Doesn’t look too hard.
Jenna: *yawns as she enters her bedroom. She then plops down on the bed, making it squeak against the floorboards* Home at last..
Sephiroth: *hears the squeak and quickly moves upstairs, glaring at Jenna as he moves in the room* Where the hell were you all day?? I know you left the planet.
Kalysto: *finishes in his shower and rubs himself dry all over, heading to the bedroom with wet hair, still naked*
Jenna: *glances over at Sephiroth then sighs* Damn, didn’t hit the time that I wanted… At least you didn’t say two or three days. *shakes her head then grins at him* Don’t worry, I was simply acquiring things.
Desiree: *returns to the house that she and Kalysto is using. She then moves into the kitchen and grabs a glass of water so that she can take the first pill*
Kalysto: *sits down on the bed and fumbles around in his drawer for a pair of suitable underpants, one hand idly playing with himself as he does so*
Sephiroth: *moves to sit on the bed beside her* I was worried. *grunts* You were gone all day and I did not know what happened to you. All I knew was that you were on another planet. When it got dark… I began to debate searching for you. I know you are an independant woman capable of holding her own, but I still worry.
Jenna: Hrmph.. I was supposed to be gone for only an hour. You weren’t supposed to notice at all. *shrugs then opens up her subspace pocket so that she can remove the books from it* Like I said, I only left to get some things that I can’t get here. Anyway, sitting around here all the time is boring.
Desiree: *reads over the instructions on the box a few times before taking her first dosage. She then wanders to the bedroom and frowns as she spots Kalysto. Soon after, she tosses the box onto the bed* There, that should keep you from doing that again.
Sephiroth: *looks down at the books, then slowly nods his head* Ahh… I hope you find them interesting.
Kalysto: *flicks his ears back and quickly moves his hand away from his crotch, grabbing his pair of undies to hide himself with* You bought what? *glances at the box, then picks them up and stares at them blankly* You bought medicine? For what?
Desiree: You hadn’t heard of Birth Control Pills before? Hrmph… *shakes her head* It’s a bunch of pills that I take, one each day. Then, I won’t get pregnant. *crosses her arms* Thus, you won’t be able to stop us because of “protection” again. *she nods at the box* If you don’t believe me, go ahead and read the box.
Jenna: I hope so too. It took a lot of work to get them. *she then grabs the nearest book and leans back on the bed* Oh… Umm… There’s a bunch of newcomers to this town. The elf wanted to move them from Earth over here.
Kalysto: I’m reading the box. The outside doesn’t say what they’re for. *hands the box back to her* Only not to take them if you have high blood pressure. Unlikely for you… *shakes his head* I don’t get it though. You’re stopping pregnancy? *draws his knees up to his chin, trying to cover up his arousal that he sprung earlier before she came in the room*
Sephiroth: I saw them and didn’t know why they were here or where they came from. *scowls* How many are there? This is not going to look good on the resources report for the town…
Jenna: *shrugs* I don’t know. I didn’t count. Desiree’s pet elf just wanted to save them from a dragon that only wanted to have sex with the daughter of the village elder… *shrugs* I don’t know. I don’t care. I’m certain they can be productive.
Desiree: *groans* Yes, birth control. Isn’t that what you are so concerned about? You keep on stopping us for protection. Well, these are 24/7 protection. *she sets the box down on the nightstand* Hrmph..
Kalysto: Not just that. But one of the main things, yes. You also wouldn’t want to get a Sexually Transmitted Disease, would you? That happens if you sleep around a lot. *scratches his head, flicking his wet hair back* What does it matter anyway?
Sephiroth: *narrows his eyes* What a strange reason. I would have just killed them all. Not worth the hassle. Now we have to feed them all and house them and find a place for them in our society. We have enough refugees from Midgar.
Desiree: *narrows her eyes at him* It has been more than long enough that if you had a disease, I would know by now. *she then leans closer to him* Unless you’re saying that you’re sleeping around on me.
Jenna: *shrugs* The elf was the one who wanted to “save” them. I told him to just kill the man and let things be. *yawns* We’ll see what happens.
Kalysto: No, I don’t sleep around on you. *flicks his ears back further, debating whether or not he should tell her about the lady elf in the town now* Why would you ask something silly like that? *shrugs* The other reason I wear the condom is personal preference. I can generally last longer with one than without.
Sephiroth: *grunts* If it comes to it, I’ll send them elsewhere. If they do good for the town, then fine. Otherwise…
Desiree: *grumbles* Well, I’m on the fucking pill now. So you have no reason to stop us for your protection. *crosses her arms and scowls. She then moves to change into her pajamas*
Jenna: *shrugs* We shall see. *yawns and makes herself comfortable before looking at Seph* Sorry for worrying you.
Kalysto: *looks back at her and rolls his eyes* There’s no need to be so harsh about it, Desiree. *picks up his undies and puts them on, then lies down on his side of the bed* Other males would not think about it. And then they would leave you if you got pregnant.
Sephiroth: *lightly shrugs his shoulders* It’s alright. I figured you were doing something, or angry with me still. So I let it be.
Desiree: Like I said, I’m now on the pill. Do you not even understand what that means? *frowns* Your planet probably doesn’t have that sort of stuff, does it? *sighs and sends him a mental impression of what the pill does* I won’t get pregnant now.
Jenna: Somehow, I bet you just kept on working and didn’t bother really thinking much about it until you had nothing else to think about. *reaches over to flick his bangs*
