Teresa: *shakes her head* ~I don’t care what my brother’s reasons were. Was there a child conceived? Is the woman pregnant? I need to know.~ *narrows her eyes at Zack, getting quite frustrated at his persistently evasive manner*
Zack: *”I told you already, I don’t know if a child was conceived out of it! What reason would I have to lie about that?”*
Teresa: ~Then you need to find out. If there was a half-breed conceived…~ *slowly shakes her head then thinks. She quickly rushes to her dresser and fusses around in it a bit before pulling out a small potion. She nods, approving of the potion and moves back over to Zack* ~You need to make certain that this potion is drank by the woman. It will supress any outward genetic traits that would give away the fact that the child is a half-breed. Then, you’ll need to hide her…. My brother would kill both her and the child if there is one..~
Zack: *frowns* *”How am I going to administer this to the mother? She was out of her mind and delerious after she was raped. I don’t think I’m going to be able to give it to her and have her take it willingly…”* *sighs* *”And where would I get the child to after it’s born?”*
Teresa: ~Just hide it in her food or something. Make certain she takes it. That’s all. If this doesn’t happen, the child is likely to be killed by humans if my father or brother don’t find out about it first.~ *shrugs* ~As for where you take it after it’s gone. Anywhere but here. Maybe to your home. I don’t know. Just not anywhere where my brother can easily find it.~
Zack: *lowers his head* *”Why are you placing this responsibility on me? Can’t you do it yourself? I didn’t paticularly want to get involved in somebody else’s issues…”*
Teresa: ~My father will notice if I disappear to take care of such matters. Then, he’ll get suspicious and come after me. That would lead him to the woman.~ *shakes her head* ~You take care of it. No one else in my family knows about you aside from my brother and myself… And I’m certain my brother has already considered you less than a threat.~ *looks into Zack’s eyes* ~I also believe that you are a good man and would want to do the right thing. At least that’s how you look to me..~
Zack: *frowns and lowers his head, sighing. He glances down at the potion, then places it in his pocket* *”Just don’t knock me out of the sky again. I’ll break a bone soon if you keep doing it.”*
Teresa: ~Don’t do something stupid like fly back and I won’t. Trust me, if one of my siblings knew what you did, you would not be alive at the moment. Understand? Stay on the ground.~ *points down at the ground in a forceful manner in order to accent her point*
Zack: *sighs at her* *”Yeah, I understand it…”* *holds onto the potion in his pocket* *”What kind of properties are in that potion you gave me anyway?”*
Teresa: ~I already told you. You must be more dense than most humans. This potion will inhibit the outward traits of being a half-dragon from showing. Thus, the child, if there is indeed one, will appear to be completely human to anyone who doesn’t know better.~ *shakes her head at Zack, a bit irritated that she has to repeat herself*
Zack: *scowls at her irritation* *”I know what it does. I want to know what’s in it. Ingredients. Understand?”*
Teresa: *scowls and begins listing off the ingredients to Zack. Most are common plants and animals. It has a few strange properties like dragon scales and whatnot. Use your imagination because mine isn’t working*
Zack: *slowly nods his head* I see… How long can I leave it before administering it to her? *glances towards the door again, still considering running and getting out of there*
Teresa: Huh? *tilts her head, confused* How long can you leave it? You mean how long can you wait until you administer it to the woman? Try to do it before she reaches the middle of her pregnancy. *shakes her head* Anything past there would mean that the child’s features would be irreversable.
Zack: *Nods his head* I think I can manage that. That’s at least four months, I can get it to her easily by then.”*
Teresa: *nods at him* Good. You may rest here for the night if you need to heal up. I’m going to finish eating. *she steps out of the room*
Zack: *sighs and sits down on the bed, taking the potion out of his pocket to place on the dresser beside the bed*
Teresa heads downstairs into the basement so that she could eat for real. She sheds her human guise and takes the form of her true soft-red dragon form. Her coloration is not pink, just a very muted and dulled version of red. She spends nearly tne rest of the night away from her room. Instead, she lazes about in the basement as her true self, feeling much more comfortable as herself.
As night falls, Zack may see a few shadows of dragons take to the air so that they can stretch out their wings. The laws of their kind state that the only time that they can take flight in the open is during nightime, a point of the day in which humans are more willing to believe that shadows that they see are figments of their imagination. So, several of Teresa and Salvador’s family take advantage of this part in the law.
Teresa herself waits until around midnight before returning to her human guise, not having taken an evening flight at all. She strolls back into her room at that point and yawns, quite ready to rest for the night.
Zack: *spends a few hours in the room massaging and soothing sore joints and muscles. He frowns as he sees the sillouettes pass by the window and peers outside, glancing up, scowling as he sees the dragon shadows flying around outside in the dim light. He is both frustrated and jealous, also annoyed at the fact he kept being knocked out of the sky, yet here are dragons flying around. He considers them to be hypocritical and lies down on the bed with his back to the window, not wanting to pay them any more attention*
Teresa: *strolls back into her room and yawns, quite tired from her day. She blinks and stops in her tracks as she spots Zack, having almost forgotten about him being left in his room* Oh, I see you decided to stay. *she heads to the clothing cabinet so she can pull out a sleeping gown*
Zack: *remains lying on his side and completely ignores her. He folds his arms and closes his eyes, not wanting to speak with her at all at that moment*
Teresa: *Shrugs, believing that Zack is asleep and just moves into her bathroom to change. She returns after a few moments and tries to lie down on her bed, not wanting to sleep on the floor*
Zack: *just continues to lie there and eventually falls asleep for the night. When the first sunlight streams through the window, Zack groans and wakes up, not liking the fact that the sun is in his eyes. He sits up and yawns, then picks up the potion and tries to escape from the house, being as quiet as possible*
Teresa: *had kept her back to Zack as she slept so that she could ignore the fact that he was in her bed. She doesn’t stir at all as Zack wakes and continues to sleep. In general, the girl has a tendency to over-sleep. However, there is quite a bussle of activity occurring in the hallway. Servants are busy cleaning up the household and the other dragon siblings are returning from their evening flights and preparing to go to bed themselves*
