Zack: *”Are you sure it would be safe? I don’t want to become anybody’s food, or a slave. I’m immortal anyway, you wouldn’t be able to eat me.”*
Teresa: *snorts* ~No one in my family eats humans. Your race is too salty and less than palitable to the toungue for us to even consider eating you. As long as you behave and just act like a normal human, my father will find no reason at all to harm you.~
Zack: *”Good because I’d only rematerialize after being killed and give you a serious case of heartburn.”* *slowly walks back towards the house, wincing in pain* *”Do you have a habit of making people fall from the sky?”*
Teresa: ~Most people do not fly. That is the point, you dense male.~ *shakes her head* ~I swear, you don’t know how to listen at all.~ *she sighs then steps aside from the dining room and heads to the front door so that she can be there to escort Zack in when he arrives*
Zack: *slowly limps across the field, thouroughly hating the fact that he has to walk* Hmph… stupid female… *rubs his back* If I get knocked out of the sky again, she’s going to do some permanent damage, I swear…
Teresa: *does not notice Zack’s threats and just patiently waits outside the doorway, completely silent*
Zack: *takes his time moving back to the house, frowning up at Teresa as he makes his way up the stairs, standing on the porch, looking rather beaten up and worn out* Please don’t hurt me again.
Teresa: *rolls her eyes* Just follow our laws. Trust me, I was being nicer than the rest of my family would have been. *grabs his hand and begins leading him into the house. She brings him to the dining room and nudges him to one of the chairs* Here, sit. You may eat some.
Zack: *sits down at the table, though he seems rather apprehensive and untrusting of the food. However, he picks at some bits of a roasted chicken and begins eating once he has figured out that it looks safe*
Teresa: *sits down next to Zack and begins to eat as well, silent for now. She carefully watches Zack as he eats, mostly curious about him. She has never sensed anyone like him before nor has she ever seen hair as silver as his. He is quite unique to her. She almosts wishes that she could keep him.*
Zack: *”So do you live in a clan or society of dragons? Or just your family lives here?”* *continues to munch through the chicken, licking his lips* This is good.
Teresa: *deeply frowns at him* ~What sort of clan did you and your “brother” live in… ~ *Shakes her head* ~Every caln in existence is just an extended family. The dominant male is the leader and father to most of the members. The rest are either his herom or lesser brothers and sisters of that male that were unable to start their own… Now of days, there aren’t many families at all, so we stick together.~
Zack: *”I suppose you could say that Xelong is the child of the head male and female in our clan. The father certainly likes to think he is higher ranked than everybody else he takes care of and watches out for. As for Xel, I’m his caretaker. He sees me as the father, and not his biological father.”*
Teresa: *gives Zack a bored expression, clearly not overly interested in his clan and yawns* ~That’s nice… Do not expect to be adopted into this clan though. I’ll give you a room to stay in, but that is all.~ *eyes him for a bit* ~So, the only reason you were coming here was to find a way back to your home?~
Zack: *”I wanted to see dragons. I admire them and I think they happen to be majestic and fascinating creatures. And yeah, I’d like to find a way back home. I don’t think a dragon would care to help though. Why help a lowly human? What a waste of time…”*
Teresa: ~There is not much to see of our kind anymore. We just life day to day on the edges of extinction.. As for helping you, I already told you you’re on your own.~ *moves closer to Zack and sniffs him for a moment, frowning* ~Tell me, why do you have my brother’s scent all over you? Did you encounter a dragon before I spotted you?~
Teresa: *tilts her head* “Dude”? That’s a strange term… *frowns and shakes her head* What exactly did my brother do?
Zack: *frowns, quickly looking around the area* Is he in this house? Gotta go, see ya later. *promptly heads to exit the house*
Teresa: *frowns and tries to reach out and grab Zack’s arm* What did my brother do? What is it that has you so scared? Tell me.
Zack: *quickly shakes his head at her* You don’t want to know. You wouldn’t believe me anyway… I need to get out of here. *tries to wiggle his arm out of her grasp*
Teresa: *Scowls then begins heading toward her room, dragging him along with her. She shakes her head then tosses him into the room before quickly shutting the door* Tell me, what did my brother do this time? Don’t worry. I’m not as agressive as he is.
Zack: *sighs* *”There’s a family not far from here that tends to corn fields. Your brother roughly handled her when I first arrived. He threatened me, and also wanted to fight me over her. He came back later and raped her….”*
Teresa: *blinks for a moment, soaking in the information then deeply frowns* ~Do you know if a child was created??~ *she edges closer to Zack, seeming to be a bit demanding in her nature*
