Jenna: *gives Seph an understanding nod then moves toward the side of the springs. She then grabs a bottle of shampoo and begins to massage it into her hair. Once she has effectively lathered up her hair, she submerges herself in order to rinse her hair off. Soon after, she emerges from the spring all together and strolls over to the towels so that she can dry off*
Kooril: Umm… she’s a normal human. I know that. She never really spoke much about how she’s immortal. But this “snake” thing keeps on cropping up in her words. I think she might be affiliated with some snake demon or something.. Not very happily either. She always mutters about killing the snake when I do hear the words. *shrugs*
Sephiroth: *just continues with cleaning himself, glancing over his shoulder as Jenna exits the water* Do you have any plans for the day yet? *yawns and splashes himself off, then exits the water himself, heading for the towels shortly after, trying to conceal himself from Jenna as he moves, still mildly awkward about the naked issue*
Aeris: I’ll keep that in mind… anyway. *lightly pats Kooril’s shoulder* Sephy should be awake by now. I’m going to go down there and have a private talk with him now. It’s been good talking with you. *grins and heads out of the room, walking down the stairs*
Jenna: Hrmph, how many times do I need to say “I don’t do plans” until you get it? *grins and shakes her head at him* I never was good at planning ahead. I just go with the flow. That has always been my way. And if that gets me in trouble… well.. shit happens. *pats herself dry then tosses the towel to the side. She then strolls out of the bathing room and makes her way to the closet so she can get dressed*
Kooril: *sighs at Aeris* Best of luck, girl. *looks up at the ceiling then hops up onto her feet* I think I’ll make you guys some food. *nods to herself and heads downstairs to the kitchen*
Sephiroth: Ah… very well. I shall cease and desist from asking that question again. *finishes rubbing himself dry, then heads into the bedroom so he can change into some clean clothing* I am going to sit outside for a while, observe, and perhaps hunt something. Perhaps exercise and train in the later afternoon.
Aeris: *slowly nods her head and timidly peers in the doorway to Jenna’s quarters* H-hello..? *quickly moves her head back out of the doorway again, standing at the bottom of the stairs* Sephy, I need to speak to you.
Jenna: *pauses as she hears Aeris’s voice and turns around to face the doorway, even though she’s still naked. She crosses her arms then snorts* “Sephy”, as you put it, is currently nude and far from interested in speaking to a bitch such as you, bitch. Get lost. *snorts then walks into the closet, soon changing into her clothing* ~If that is what you want to do, Seph, I will not stop you. I think I’ll go ahead and get you more books to read since you’ve devoured what I’ve gotten you so far.~
Sephiroth: *slowly nods his head as he slips into some clothing for the day* *”I think I would like that. The reading material you keep bringing is very enjoyable to read.”* *sighs as he buttons up his shirt* *”I suppose I should go see what she wants. You go on ahead and do what you like.”* *grunts and moves into the stairs* What is it, Cetra?
Aeris: *is initially unhappy and has a lot on her mind, at least until Sephiroth walks over to her. She blinks as she sees his current clothing and smiles* You look really handsome in that. You should put on some cologne too.
Jenna: *scowls at the very thought of Aeris talking to Sephiroth. However, she just silently finishes putting on her clothing then clips on her golden cape. Once she is fully clothed, she makes her way out of her quarters. She snarls at Aeris as she passes by the other girl, but doesn’t shoot any insults or anything else at the woman, no matter how much such would please her. Instead, she just makes her way out of the base, intending to leave Halcyon all together*
Aeris: *Once Jenna is gone, she breathes a sigh of relief* Come on, Sephy. We’re going to sit somewhere quiet and have a nice long talk. Follow me. *lightly nudges his shoulder, then heads up the stairs. She walks out of the base, then chooses a near spot under a large coniferous tree which is currently green because of the season. She sits under it and pats the spot next to her* Come on Sephy, sit with me and we’ll have a talk.
Sephiroth: *scowls as he follows her outside, sitting next to her, folding his arms* What do we have to talk about? *snorts*
Jenna: *Scowls as she spots Aeris once more. Still, she doesn’t bother to stop, figuring that Seph can handle himself. Instead, she forms a portal to a city in the United States then steps through it. She’d spend the next two hours there, gathering various books for Sephers. A large quantity of the books that she gathers would be on warfare and tactcs, figuring that Seph finds the subject of interest. She also gathers books on Earth’s various sciences, including biology and psychology. Last, she decides to go out on a limb and gathers up a few random books in the literature section. Some of these books include “Moby Dick”, “Pride and Prejudice”, and other classics. After filling up as much of her sub-space pocket as possible, she calls it quits and heads out of the book store that she was ransacking. With that, she teleports back to Halcyon and heads downstairs to put up the books in Sephy’s library*
Aeris: *spends a good amount of time telling Sephiroth about their deal, her promise to the planet, and the fact that she wants to help him become a good person. She tells him how bad Jenna is and tells him about the things Kooril said earlier, also instructing him to keep away from her. Then she brings up the topic of sex, as well as sex before marriage, and children. She finishes up the lecture by telling him she wants to resume teaching him about good things and gets to her feet again, upset* You’re straying so much, Sephy… I don’t want you to turn worse than you were before. Please think about it… you have so much potential to do good. *walks back into the base*
Sephiroth: *just sits there, letting Aeris banter. He seems annoyed by the end, and sighs when Aeris leaves him to ponder the situation under the tree*
Jenna: *leaves Seph be throughout the day. If he does not come back down to her quarters after she finishes putting up the books that she recently acquired, she’d move upstairs to talk to her old mentor, Kerash. This time, however, the two of them manage a somewhat civil conversation without Jenna badgering the raptor. Still, any of the humans living in the base wouldn’t really know since all they’d hear is growling, hissing, clicking, and the like*
Aeris: *returns to the kitchen area to do some cooking, grinning to herself as she heats up some of the food Sephy has brought back from the nearest human city. She sets it down in a serving bowl on the table, then serves herself some, leaving 3/4 behind for Sephiroth to discover later*
Sephiroth: *just remains under the tree for half of the day, heading into the base and down into Jenna’s quarters in the latter half of it to lie down and nap, bothered by what Aeris has said, also annoyed*
Jenna: *finally gives up on talking to Kerash, having come to the same barricades as usual when speaking to the cyborg. So, she just snorts and shakes her head before excusing herself. So, she heads down to her quarters and sighs as she spots Seph on the bed* I thought you were going to do more than rest for today… *frowns and moves to sit down next to Seph, reaching out to stroke her fingers through his hair*
Sephiroth: *wriggles away from Jenna as she sits down next to him and begins to touch him* Stop that… *moves to sit up, then slowly rises to his feet, heading for the doorway. While his behaviour would be similar to somebody who is angry, he clearly is not, and is more unhappy and confused than anything right now*
Jenna: *blinks and freezes for a brief moment as Seph walks away from her. Then she shakes her head and scowls* What did I do? *narrows her eyes* What’s wrong with you, Seph? Does this have anything to do with that pink-clad bitch?
Sephiroth: *looks back at her and lowers his head, seeming even more unhappy* Don’t hurt her. She was only reiterating the finer points of someting that we had agreed on. We also discussed other things. *sighs and slowly shakes his head* But don’t seek her out and make her suffer. If I wanted that, I would go do it myself. *moves into the library Jenna set up for him*
Jenna: *narrows her eyes at him* If that is the case, why did you push my… touch away? *quickly moves after him* What exactly did she say to you? Why did you want me to stop? *shakes her head then snorts* Your planet has no power over you and your agreement has no importance at this moment anyway.
Sephiroth: She said… *frowns, pondering how to word the statements for a few moments* “You are a bad influence, and you are a bad person. You are a female that causes nothing but pain to others, and trouble. You kill people, which is horrible in itself I should not be around you any more, you are a bad influence and I am bad enough. Being around… that woman will only make me an even worse person than I already am.” *frowns* And apparently, now that I am sexually active, I am going to suffer an even worse end at the hands of the planet than what happened previously. Because sex outside of marriage is wrong somehow.
Jenna: *scowls and narrows her eyes then snorts at Seph’s words* Idiotic female… She knows nothing of me and has no right to judge. *frowns in thought then looks over at Seph* Here, let me make a proposal for you. I believe that I can bring in someone else for a short period of time who you will have no reason doubting. Someone who is definitely not the fascist bitch. *moves toward the bedroom as she ponders how to do what she’s thinking*
Sephiroth: You want to bring in somebody to what? *raises an eyebrow at Jenna, not knowing what she’s planning. He slowly shakes his head, frowning* I’m not sure what you want to do. It’s not that I don’t believe you, it’s just that I do not want to… well… *frowns further* I don’t want what Aeris did to be a convenience for me. *scowls* She is wasting her time, but.. *shrugs* I don’t know how to explain it.
Jenna: *waves her hand in a dismissive manner at Seph’s words then points at a chair* Sit down. As I said, I’ll just bring in another party that can give you advice that you’ll have little reason to disagree with. *snorts in irritation as she thinks of Aeris then begins weaving a rather complex spell to pull call upon a Sephiroth from around 20 to 25 years in the future, intending to make him only appear for a short period of time so that the current Seph can get advice from that one*
Sephiroth: *deeply frowns at Jenna and takes a seat in a chair. He folds his arms, seeming unconvinced of Jenna’s words, at least until the Sephiroth from the future appears in the room*
Sephiroth: *was in the middle of working at his desk, and is still holding his pen when he is ‘teleported’ into the room. He stands tall, dusting himself off for a moment, tucking his pen into his pants pocket* Ah, this place. *glances around the room, then at Jenna and Sephiroth, grunting in disapproval of the situation* What do you want?
Jenna: *moves up behind the current Sephiroth and gently nudges him* Ask him whatever questions you may have concerning what that bitch just said. And before you think it, I am not creating an illusion to trick you. This is yourself, in the most probable future. So, ask what you want of yourself.
Sephiroth: *snorts* Why would I want to ask myself anything? *glares at the other Sephiroth, seeming annoyed and offended by Jenna’s suggestion now* I know what I am doing. I know where I am headed. And I don’t need this idiotic jerk to tell me what to do.
Sephiroth: *tilts his head, then smirks, amused* Calm down, idiot. You don’t change a great deal. *shrugs and moves over to Jenna, lightly poking her shoulder* You look as ravishing as ever, my love. *makes a loud purring noise at her, then returns his attention to Sephy* You heard the lady – ask whatever you want to.
