Jenna: *rolls her eyes at Sephiroth* Of course I’m going to continue doing this. It’s not like you can feed her at this stage. *Sighs at him. She then frowns as she notices that her bangs are noticeably grey now* Lovely..
Sephiroth: *sits up* What’s wrong? *looks at her hair and raises an eyebrow* How much worse will it get? Are you going to fix it now? *lies back down again, sighing* Phh… why is it happening so fast now?
Jenna: You said so yourself not too long ago, spells don’t last forever. *notices that Desiree is done eating. She then tries to hand the babe off to Sephiroth* Here, take her… I will be occupied for the rest of the day. *moves to stand up* Please, do not disturb me..
Sephiroth: *takes the infant back from Jenna, frowning at her* You’re going to be occupied for the entire day? Doing what, exactly?
Jenna: *glances back at Seph and frowns at him* I should have hoped the answer to that question was self-evident. You were just fixated on the problem. *shakes her head* It’s not a spell that I can just easily cast. So, please, leave me alone. *with that, she heads up the stairs. Eventually, she’d lock herself in an abandoned room on the third level*
Sephiroth: *watches her leave the room, frowning slightly* *”See you later.”* *takes the opportunity while she’s gone to bond with Desiree. He placing her down on the bed beside him, then moves his arms around her, wanting to make her feel protected and safe*
Desiree: *Seems more than content to have Sephiroth alone taking care of her for the remainder of the day. Within an hour after eating, she’d get sleepy and sluggish. So, she’d remain asleep for several hours of that day. Then, around noon-time, she’d wake up again, having soiled herself. So, she howls in discomfort*
Sephiroth: *snatches some more sleep while Desiree is napping, waking up in the middle of the day. He leaves her on the bed and gets up to read, sighing when she begins to cry. He moves back into the room to pick her up, immediately recoiling at the smell* Great… *sighs tiredly and sets her down on the floor so he can begin changing her diaper, distracting her with the dragon plush* I’m never going to get used to this… *scowls as he cleans her up and turns his head away, replacing the diaper shortly after*
Desiree: *her attention is nearly immediately caught by the plush. She coos and reaches out for the plush, wanting it. So, she’d be rather docile as Sephiroth changes her diaper*
Sephiroth: *mumbles* Well I’m glad that you are easily distracted… *sighs and finishes the job, discarding the used supplies into the garbage before pulling up her pants, leaving her on the floor so he can wash his hands off in the bathroom. Despite his mild irritation, he is pleased by the lack of fuss that Desiree seems to make*
Desiree: *remains calm as she stays on the floor. She’d chew on the ear of her dragon once more. For now, she is completely content*
Sephiroth: *finally returns to the bedroom and picks Desiree up complete with dragon* You’re not going to stay that non-confrontational for long, you know. *carries her back to the bed, then sets her down. Once she is on the bed, he begins to poke at her stomach, trying to irritate her*
Desiree: *yelps in surprise. She then tries to shuffle away from Sephiroth. She keeps her grip on the dragon, dragging it along with her*
Sephiroth: *moves over her and holds onto her leg to prevent her from falling off the bed. Then he begins to lightly tickle her, smirking* I’m much larger in size than you are. You are not going to succeed in your escape.
Desiree: *begins to squeel as Sephiroth tickles her. She twists too and from, trying to get away from him. However, she’d pretty much stay put and giggle like crazy*
Sephiroth: *smiles at Desiree’s high-pitched laughing, amused by it’s sound. He then lowers his head and nuzzles her face with his cheek, loudly purring at her, wordlessly telepathically expressing to her his tender feelings towards her along with the fact that he wants to protect her and keep her safe*
Jenna: *finally finishes casting the youth spell on herself. Her hair is once again a rich, dark brown color without any greys in it at all. So, she walks back downstairs and silently slips into the bedroom. She blinks as she spots Sephiroth then tilts her head. However, she chooses not to say anything for now. Instead, she just stealthily moves closer to Sephiroth*
Desiree: *looks up at Sephiroth then grins at him. Soon enough, she reaches up to touch his nose. She just pats it, though she’s mostly being exploratory and not affectionate*
Sephiroth: *doesn’t notice Jenna for now and keeps his head where it is, smirking in amusement as Desiree’s small hand pats his nose. He lowers his head to blow a raspberry on her belly, chuckling shortly after as he can already guess what her reaction would be*
Desiree: *releases another high-pitched squeal of happiness. She then tries to push Sephiroth’s head away*
Jenna: *moves up next to Sephiroth then sets her hand down on his shoulder* Well, I see that you are enjoying being a father. Or, are you just planning on eating her? *smirks at him*
Sephiroth: *flinches as Jenna puts her hands on his shoulders and promptly jerks upright, scowling* I… what? *snorts, turning his head away, obviously annoyed and flustered* I was not! *snorts* I was just… checking her out. Examining her for flaws. That is all.
Jenna: *rolls her eyes then leans in so that her mouth is near to Seph’s right ear* I’m not an idiot, Seph. Please, don’t treat me as such. I could easily see that you were happily playing with your daughter. And, might I mention, that I am glad that you are doing such. *pats Seph’s shoulder then straightens up*
Sephiroth: Hmph… *carefully picks Desiree up, setting her down again in the nook of one arm. He picks up her dragon plush and hands it to her, sitting up again properly, shaking his head* What should it matter? *mumbles* At least you are not making fun of me.
Jenna: Well, apparently the only one that it matters to at the moment is you. *taps Seph’s nose* Calm down. I completely approve of what you were doing. *moves to sit down next to him* And there, no more grey for me. Much better.
Desiree: *grasps onto the dragon plush again. She then yawns, tired out*
Sephiroth: It looks good like that. *nods his head in approval* Though it probably needs brushing out again. *movs to his feet once he discovers Desiree is tired, then carries her back to her crib, placing her down inside of it. He then sits on the edge of the bed and begins to gently rock it, seeming curious to know how fast the gentle rocking will make the infant go to sleep* I am surprised it doesn’t get motion sickness from this.
Jenna: *indifferently shrugs* If you wish to brush out my hair, then I shall allow you to do that. Just don’t yank out more of my hair tonight. Especially while I’m trying to sleep. *tilts her head to look at Sephiroth* Hmm…? *shrugs* I suppose she’d get motion sick if you did it improperly.
Desiree: *yawns once more. She hugs her dragon plush then closes her eyes. Soon enough, she’d be asleep*
