Yazoo: We were beaten.. *grunts upward* That man who made us is threatening Kadaj.
Jenna: *Rolls her eyes* Of course I know the basics, Seph. Just get what you wanted done completed already, Seph. *deeply frowns* I don’t want to leave Desiree alone downstairs for long while Hojo is just there in the hall..
Sephiroth: She’ll be alright. He’s distracted with his new clone of me. I think the other ones were keeping him busy, too… *sits on the table next to Jenna, then pulls his coat off and begins to fumble through the first aid kit. He pulls out some suturing wire, a needle, antiseptic, and gauze. He cleans the wound on his shoulder, examining it for a few minutes before threading the suturing wire into the needle, then begins to carefully sew the wound in his shoulder back up* It has me thinking, though.
Loz: *slowly sits up* We were beaten? *his eyes well up with tears, and he begins to loudly sniffle* I don’t believe it… how did that happen?
Jenna: *glances at the bullet wounds on her side. She then shakes her head and mutters* I’d much rather for you to tend to those, Seph. They’d be hard for me to reach. *she leans back a bit then turns her head to watch him. She sighs and mutters* You’ve clearly done that too much..
Yazoo: *slowly nods his head* Yes, we were beaten. That woman that you were fighting overloaded your weapon, remember? *shakes his head* Then big brother attacked us as well…
Sephiroth: Hmm…? *glances back up at her, then continues with what he’s doing* Unfortunately, yes. But it’s also useful. And I will heal up fairly quickly, so this is really only here to keep the wound closed. I could have used tape as well. *soon finishes up with his task, then ties the thread off, cutting the excess off neatly soon afterwards. He covers it with gauze and tape, then moves over to Jenna so he can work on cleaning her wounds* Is the bullet still in there?
Jenna: *shakes her head* I don’t think so.. I cast the same spell I used on you to get rid of the bullets a while ago. Not to mention, one of the bullets went straight through… *sighs* It didn’t hit anything though, just passed by. *glances up at him* I should be fine, it just hurts a lot.
Sephiroth: It went through? *frowns* The bullet is likely to have caused muscle damage, then… a simple surture and patch job wouldn’t fix it up. Especially if muscle fibers have been ripped. In that case, you’d need surgery.
Jenna: *Grumbles at Seph* Just use a damn healing spell. *Snorts* There’s no reason to take me down for such nonsense. *she shakes her head at the very thought. She then begins to send Seph information on how to cast healing spells via telepathy*
Sephiroth: *frowns* I knew some of that. But thank you… *moves his hands to the site of the entry and exit wound, closing his eyes, concentrating. He initially does nothing, but after a few minutes of focussing hard, he manages to seal up the muscle inside of the joint, also partially sealing the superficial wounding on the outside. He moves back to relax, panting slightly* That’s all I can do in one go…
Jenna: *nods at Sephiroth* I am more than certain that is enough, Seph. It already feels much better. *gives him a small grin* Thank you. I do mean it.
Sephiroth: *slowly nods his head, seeming pleased. He turns his attention down to his side, frowning* This one won’t heal properly.. *scowls* There’s actually a piece of flesh missing… *seems rather annnoyed about that*
Jenna: *mumbles and rubs her left arm* Yes, someone took a bit of flesh off me as well.. *snorts* Quite annoying. *She shakes her head* At least we don’t need to worry about scars. They will never last for us.
Sephiroth: *threads another string of suturing wire so he can sew up the gash on his side* No, it won’t. *begins trying to sew the area up, scowling* I’ll be killed somehow before one will have a chance to develop. *telepathically contacts Desiree, wanting to know if she’s alright*
Desiree: *sends back a faint response, indicating that she’s not certain about her new friend. The girl seems to be hiding a lot*
Jenna: *Nods* With our lifestyle, that’s more or less a definite. *snorts* It matters not.
Sephiroth: *frowns* It doesn’t much… you are right. *soon finishes up with what he’s doing, then covers up the second stitched wound with a patch of gauze and tape* Did you want to do this for your own? *moves off the bench and turns his attention back towards the door, saying nothing about it for now*
Jenna: *glances at the areas that need to be stitched then mutters* I’ll leave that up to you to decide whether or not the wounds need any more attention. *mutters* Anyway, things like sewing would be nearly impossible…
Sephiroth: *frowns* If all you need is that, then… *throws away his suturing needle and removes a new one from the kit. He threads that and begins to work on sewing up Jenna’s wounds now* I didn’t see any anasthetic around. Otherwise I would have used some on you.
Jenna: *snorts at Seph’s suggestion* I am no weakling, Seph. I can handle pain. *glances to the side, patiently waiting for Seph to finish up*
Sephiroth: *continues to suture her wounds as expertly and as quickly as he can. Once finished, he neatly cuts the string and covers the wound with a strip of gauze, taping it down* We won’t be able to get these wet in the spring for at least a week. You know how to wash your body down with a bucket of water and a cloth, right?
Jenna: *rolls her eyes at Seph’s words* You’re forgetting one thing, Seph. *leans in closer to him* There is a healing spell set up on the bed we sleep in. That healing spell is quite strong and activated by simply sleeping. *pokes his nose* It won’t take a week.
Sephiroth: Phh, you’ll still need to wash yourself with a wet cloth and soap until then. I used to do that when there was a lack of water. *shrugs* It will be alright. *moves to his feet and heads for the door, nodding* Come on.
Jenna: *nods at Sephiroth’s words and mutters* It’ll probably be all healed tomorrow morning. *she softly sighs. Then, she gets to her feet and moves to follow him. Soon enough, she’d be just outside her bedroom doorway*
Sephiroth: *leads the way, heading down the stairs into the bedroom. When he sees the clone hiding under the covers, he scowls and tries to pry them off her, frowning in thought* What are we going to do with her? If she’s Desiree’s age, she’ll need a crib of her own. They wouldn’t do well fighting over the same bed space…
Jenna: *enters the bedroom then glances at the clone* Hmph, I suppose we’ll get a new crib soon enough, then. That shouldn’t pose much of a problem. *examines the cloned girl then mutters* She’ll need a name… What exactly is she? She doesn’t look like a clone of myself. Nor a clone of you..
Sephiroth: *teleports Desiree’s play pen back into the bedroom, having kept it in his subspace during the initial panic of being invaded* She can sleep in that until I can find her a crib. *frowns in thought* I don’t even know what she was cloned from. How am I supposed to name her? *shakes his head*
