Jenna:*stares at Sephiroth as she hears him cough. She then cocks her eyebrow and shakes her head* That’s strange… *sighing, she sits up then she begins to gently shake Seph’s shoulders* Seph, wake up…
Sephiroth: *initially doesn’t wake up. However, when shaken enough, he begins to groan, slowly forcing his eyes open* Wh… *yawns tiredly, then sits up, scratching the back of his head* What is it…? *turns his attention towards Desiree’s crib* Something wrong…?
Jenna: Not with her, no… *Shakes her head then examines him* Are you feeling alright, Seph? *sends him a psychic impression of what she noticed while he was sleeping* I’ve not known you to cough.
Sephiroth: You woke me up to ask me that…? *frowns, pulling his head away as she tries to examine him* I’m fine. Just tired… the reason for that is pretty easy to work out, and pretty easy to solve again… *yawns, mumbling* I need to sleep…
Jenna: Hmph, I’m just concerned about you. *shakes her head* Go back to sleep then. *sighs and just sits there for now, expecting Seph to go back to sleep soon*
Sephiroth: *mumbles to himself as he lies back down, wriggling about to get comfortable. Before too long, he settles onto his side and drifts off to sleep again, then begins to lightly snore, also beginning to purr*
Jenna: *groans at Seph then mutters* You’d better not make a habit out of this. I’m not going to tolerate you constantly snoring.. *she then tries to reposition him again, wanting to stop the snoring*
Sephiroth: *as Jenna tries to reposition and move him, he reaches out to hug onto Jenna’s arm. After another few minutes, he is quiet again, at least until he moves his head and the snoring begins again*
Jenna: *stops moving as Seph hugs onto her. She then sighs and shakes her head* Silly little boy. *smirks at him. However, as soon as he begins to snore again, she once agian tries to reposition him. She moves the pillow under his head as well*
Sephiroth: *doesn’t object terribly much as Jenna moves him, placing the pillow under his head. He continues to hug onto her arm as he sleeps, though he soon begins to cough again*
Jenna: *groans* Well, good thing I don’t feel like sleeping at all. *She narrows her eyes. Then, she tries casting a sensing spell in an attempt to figure out why he’s coughing*
Sephiroth: *is fine for the mostpart right now, though his throat is dry and he is in the very beginning stages of getting an upper respiratory tract infection. It wouldn’t be terribly noticable at all right now, but within the next 48 hours, it would get worse*
Jenna: *scowls in irritation, not being able to figure out much of anything from the spell. She then shakes her head and mutters* Worthless crap spell. *she deeply sighs. She then settles down next to Seph. She glances at the arm in his possession then mutters* ~I suppose I’m not going to get that back soon, am I?~
Sephiroth: *responds back to her via telepathy even though he’s still quite asleep* *”No, mother. It’s mine… you’re not ever going to get it back…”* *seems visibly irritated by Jenna’s telepathic comment and hugs onto her arm more posessively*
Jenna: *rolls her eyes* ~I hope you realize that I am not your mother, Seph. I’m pretty certain that our genetics are quite different, considering that we originate from two different planets.~ *broadly grins. She then leans in to gently kiss the tip of his nose in an affectionate manner* ~I also love you in a whole different way than any mother would.~
Sephiroth: Mmm… *lets go of her arm somewhat, then begins trying to kiss it, purring* *”Sorry, Jen…”* *rests the side of his head on on her arm, going quiet again. He remains like this, peaceful and quiet for about 5 – 10 minutes, then begins to cough again*
Jenna: *Shakes her head at him* I seriously hope that you haven’t caught something, Seph… *grumbles* I knew I should have had you vacinated for Earth diseases as soon as I remembered that I had forgotten before. *sighing, she begins to gently stroke the side of his head*
Sephiroth: *seems responsive to Jenna’s gentle touch and tilts his head towards it. He begins to purr, then relaxes. After some time, he begins to wiggle about restlessly, moaning in his sleep* *”…no…”*
Jenna: *was almost ready to actually fall asleep when Seph begins to wiggle about. She opens her eyes and frowns at him* ~Seph, what’s wrong?~ *moves to wrap him in a loving embrace*
Sephiroth: *sends out a telepathic distress signal as he tries to fight off some unknown enemy in his sleep. He soon calms in Jenna’s embrace however, and becomes quiet and peaceful once again, holding onto her in return, purring*
Jenna: *softly whispers into Seph’s ear* Shhh… it’s alright, my love. You are safe. No one is going to hurt you. Now, just continue to sleep. *begins to softly hum to him. Eventually, she’d yawn and finally fall asleep herself*
Sephiroth: *sleeps peacefully for the remainer of his rest period, seeming content while he holds onto Jenna, pleased for the close contact with another body and the companionship. When he wakes again, he seems unhappy and groans. He slowly sits up and rubs at his eyes, covering his mouth to cough* Hmph… *shuffles out from beside Jenna and stumbles into the bathroom so he can get himself a glass of water*
Jenna: *softly groans as Sephiroth moves away from her. However, she is too tired to protest. Instead, she just curls up and continues to sleep*
Sephiroth: *quickly downs the cool glass of water, then turns on the faucet to scoop up water in his hands, splashing it on his face to wake up properly. He examines his face in the mirror, then grumbles and heads into the hot spring, stripping down, moving into the water properly so he can get warm and hopefully wake up some more* Hmph…
Jenna: *tiredly groans as Desiree begins to cry, wanting to be cleaned and fed for the morning. She tries to push herself out of bed; however, since she is a bit sleep-deprived, or rather a lot, she accidentally just tumbles right off the bed and onto the floor* Damn.. *she gropes for the side of the bed then slowly begins to pull herself upright*
