Just personal notes that I am placing down here for safe keeping. It’s easy enough to copy and paste when I know where stuff is.
For me to put into Arena Tourney macro:
#showtooltip Master’s Call
/cast Master’s Call
Note: not certain if the last bit works. Also, will make this macro for PVE Seffy too.
Note: Hopefully this works…
/console targetNearestDistance 5.000000
/cast [harm,nodead] Wing Clip
Note: Will probably put this into regular Seffy too.
#showtooltip Silencing Shot
/cast [target=focus] Silencing Shot
Note: Insure that spell-casters are focused.
#showtooltip Mend Pet
/castsequence reset=15 Mend Pet, null
Note: Useful for PVE as well
/petattack [target=Healing Stream Totem]
/petattack [target=Windfury Totem]
/petattack [target=Tremor Totem]
/petattack [target=Grounding Totem]
Note: Heck yea. Will need to check and see if there are any other totems to put into this.
/castsequence reset=target/3 Wing Clip, Raptor Strike, Wing Clip
/castrandom [target=target, exists] Mongoose Bite
Note: Useful for both, but spam if people get close to me.
Purely for PVE set-up:
#showtooltip Bestial Wrath
/cast Kill Command
/cast Bestial Wrath
/cast Rapid Fire
Note: Remember Jenn, the use = the trinkets. You have stuff that are activated thanks to engineering. Make use commands for them as well.
/cast [target=focus,exists,nodead] Misdirection; [target=pet,exists,nodead] Misdirection
Note: Insure that focus is tank.
/cast hunter’s mark
/cast auto shot
Note: Insure focus is tank.
Already on Arena account:
#showtooltip Hunter’s Mark
/castsequence reset=5 [button:2] Hunter’s Mark; Serpent Sting, Hunter’s Mark
/cast [combat] Kill Command
Note: Have no idea how the button:2 bit works…May 6, 2009 at 5:54 pm #33173
For quick linkage:
1) Feral tree v.3.0.2:
So you just hit level 10 and got your bear form and first talent point. Congratulations! But where to place that first talent point for maximum benefit?
Leveling strategy #1: Start feral until Mangle, then go 16 resto, then finish off the feral tree. At just about any point in time, you could go into resto and get those 16 talent points. However, Mangle is worth picking up as soon as you can, so you’d have to go respec back for it, and you could wait until the end to get the resto talents, but where I put them in my leveling build, it’s worthwhile to get them at this point in the tree.
2/2 savage fury
3/3 Feral instinct
2/2 Feline swiftness – helps you get around faster until you can mount
3/3 sharpened claws
2/2 primal fury
3/3 predatory strikes
1/1 feral charge
1/1 survival instincts (3rd tier) – go back and pick this one up along with primal precision after you get feral charge.
2/2 primal precision (4th tier)
2/2 shredding attacks
5/5 Heart of the Wild
1/1 Leader of the Pack
2/2 improved Leader of the pack
3/3 survival of the fittest
3/3 infected wounds
then go into resto (if you choose to get the resto talents last, you can skip this section, however Naturalist & Omen of clarity are worth picking up at this point).
3/3 Natural Shifter
1/1 Omen of Clarity
2/2 Master shapeshifter
Back to feral:
3/3 king of the jungle
3/3 improved mangle
3/3 predatory instincts
4/5 rend and tear
Here’s the final level 80 cat build:
