Desiree: *lifts up her hand once it is bandaged. She then blinks at the work before muttering* Strange.. you use like… ancient techniques of bandaging wounds. It’s really, really strange. *she shrugs then turns her attention down the vial* So, why did you want my blood?
Kalysto: So you think bandaging a wound with a piece of cloth is ancient? Wow, I hate to see what you’d say about my other past-times. *shakes the vial, and sets it down on the table, pondering to himself* So you really want to know what I’m up to ? Giving you your own piece of immortality, that’s what.
Desiree: *Mutters* That should be easy enough to obtain… All I need to do is convince Father that he should be bond to me instead of my mother. Then I’d be immortal just like they are now and I’d be able to just kill mother. *she snorts then shakes her head*
Kalysto: *raises an eyebrow at her, then makes a sharp huffy sound and turns his back, setting the vial on the table* Well if you’re going to be ungrateful, you can just get the hell out.
Desiree: *winces at Kalysto’s tone. She then lowers her head and sighs* I’m sorry.. *she looks back at him* I’m grateful, really, I am. I just hate that mother gets immortality that she doesn’t deserve.. *she glances down and kicks at the ground. She then shrugs and backs toward the doorway* Sorry. I didn’t mean to insul- *she then freezes up as she feels the point of a sword against the small of her back*
Kalysto: What? *glances back at her, then takes note of Desiree’s expression. He narrows his eyes slightly, then tilts his head to one side, curious to know what is going on* What is it? Who’s out there?
Desiree: *remains still, not wanting the sword to go through her. However, she does whimper from time to time*
Clawina: You dare speak to Divine Royalty in that manner? *the sword is lifted away from Deiree’s back for a moment. However, the flat of the blade soon smacks into the side of her head as the feline queen whacks her to the side. She then steps out into the light, and glares down at Kalysto* You are not from here. *she narrows her eyes* That must mean that you know how you got here and how to leave.
Kalysto: *watches Desiree go down, but doesn’t move toward her. His attention is focussed on Clawina right now* Huh. Look at that – a talking cat. Now that’s a new one… I’ve seen cows talk, but not a cat. Do you have a weakness for catnip and small shiney dingling baubles? Or are you just always as angry as you look?
Clawina: *bares her fangs while her tail swishes. She then strides closer to Kalysto, clearing the distance within a few strides. Upon reaching him, she swiftly reaches in to latch her claws around his neck. If she gets a grasp on him, she would lift him up into the air, since she is taller than him* You have little respect to the divinity of my rule. That is unbecoming.
Kalysto: *when Clawina moves in to grab at his neck, he neither seems afraid nor impressed. He flattens his eyebrows and glances back at her, seeming bored* Cute. Go play with a ball of string. *raises his hands and teleports himself to the rune-circle in Desiree’s room, leaving Clawina with a pile of disintergrating fine corpse powder*
Clawina: *releases an annoyed hiss as Kalysto vanishes from her grasp. However, she doesn’t show much more in terms of irritation. Instead, she turns her attention on Desiree. Soon enough, she is standing before the dazed girl. Clawina brings the edge of her blade against Desiree’s jugular before calmly speaking* I desire to leave this planet and return to my people. Your predecessors know how to accomplish this. I do not doubt that the knowledge of the mother has been passed down to the daughter.
Kalysto: *once in Desiree’s room, he stands in the door. Without any warning at all, he hurls a shadowy bolt of energy at the middle of Clawina’s back*
Clawina: *Releases an annoyed hiss as she’s hit by the bolt. She stumbles forward slightly. However, she soon straightens up then whips around to glare at Kalysto* Ah, so the flimsy human creature with strange ears returns, does he? *she narrows her eyes* No matter, I will find my way back to my people. And either of you will do. *she then holds out her sword and points the blade toward Kalysto* Now, give me the answers that I desire.
Kalysto: Hey, back off, furball. Just because I got here, it doesn’t mean I know how to get back. I highly doubt she knows either, so you’re not doing anything by harassing her. *shakes his head* Human, huh? How dumb are you exactly?
Clawina: I am no one’s fool. *she looks over him* You are clearly another species, but related to humans nonetheless. I highly doubt that you are not fully capable of producing a mixture between your species and humans, for the similarities are not far apart. *She then growls and snorts* So, neither of you are enlightened. Very well. *she sheathes her sword* I do not find entertainment from battling weak, unworthy opponents.
Kalysto: I’m not related to humans, they’re not my common ancestor either. You’re really uneducated. Just because I look like a human, it doesn’t mean I am one. Or could breed with one for that matter. *flattens his ears* Enlightened? You have to be kidding me. I don’t want enlightenment, I want to rip shit apart for the fun of it.
Clawina: Uncouth ruffian. *she swishes her tail, making the spike at its end scrape against the ground. She then snorts and turns to leave* Very well. You are simply a waste of my time. I do not wish for such things to continue on. Farewell, putrid creatures.
Kalysto: Yeah, I’m probably a waste of your time. I don’t know how you got here, but leave the same way. I was doing important stuff, so it’d be appreciated if you’d just go away. *glances over at Desiree* *”You’re fine, right?”*
Clawina: *narrows her eyes at Kalysto* Putrid being. You may not be human, but you have the same lack of manners and cultures as them. You know not how to speak to divine loyalty. I doubt that you have any class at all. *she snorts in irritation. Her ears then twitch back as she hears a clanging noise in the distance. Snarling in annoyance, she chooses to simply slip away by first reforming into a black house-cat. She then dashes out of the area*
Desiree: *is sitting on the floor and rubbing the side of her head where she was hit. She momentarily glances up at Kalyto then mutters* I’ll be fine..
Kalysto: *watches Clawina morph forms, then loudly chuckles as he watches her run away* Ah, so it can polymorph itself. Cute. *moves over to Desiree and offers her his hand* Come on. *shrugs* Get up already. It’s gone.
Desiree: *mumbles* We need to figure out how those felines keep on slipping inside.. *She continues to rub the side of her head. She then reaches up to grip onto his hand before stumbling up to her feet* Thank you… *she gives him a small grin* I knew you weren’t a bad guy.
Kalysto: I am neither good no bad. There’s no such thing because it’s all a matter of perception. The mouse may call the cat the bane of his existance, and will say that the cat is the devil’s own minion. But does the cat agree? Does the cat say to the mouse “I am evil”? No, he says, “you are food”. It’s nothing but a matter of perspective.
Desiree: That’s…. not quite what I meant. *she shakes her head* Umm.. I just meant that you’re not all as aggressive and vicious as you try to make yourself seem. *she shrugs then moves a bit closer to him* So… what were you going to do with my blood?
Kalysto: I told you what I was going to do with your blood. Were you even listening the first time I explained it to you? Before the cat came in, I told you what it was for. Before, I even showed you how I do it. Were you not paying attention at all?
Desiree: *mumbles under her breath* The last few minutes are a bit hazy… I was just smacked in the side of my head with a sword. I’m also a psychic, so head injuries really screw up my head for a few minutes. *she shakes her head and moves closer to Kalysto* It was… *frowns in thought* Umm.. something about immortality?
Jenna: *groans as she finally begins to rouse from her slumber. She shuffles about, which makes Xelong squeak with aggitation and move closer to Zach* Mmm…
