Sephiroth: *leaves Jenna be for about the next hour or so. When he becomes interested enough in finding her, he comes up to the library to inspect her. He places a hand on her forehead and sighs, nudging her* Wake up… come back downstairs.
Jenna: *releases a faint groan as she’s nudged. She then mutters under her breath* Tired… Wanna sleep more.. *she tries to shuffle about in the chair so she can return to a deeper state of sleep*
Sephiroth: *sighs* Alright, alright… *gently moves his hands under her and picks her up. He carries her out of the room and returns her back downstairs, laying her down on his side of the bed. He peers over her and lowers his head* You’ve never been like this in the past… *grunts and moves to Zach’s room* Hey, come out here and examine your mother.
Zach: *slides off the bed, tucking the sheets over Xelong to keep him cosy. He moves out of the room and peers at Jenna, then wanders back into his room to get his medical supplies*
Jenna: *remains limp as Sephiroth carries her, showing no indications of waking up any time soon. Assuming that he is pressing her up against him as he carries her, he would be able to feel the sweat coming out of her pores as well as her fever. Once he sets her down on the bed, a small content grin appears on her lips* Mmm…
Zach: It looks like nothing more than a flu. But… *gently pinches Jenna’s skin, then places a thermometer under her arm* It’s never that simple is it? Never. *sighs* About all I can do for her is get her fever down with ice, and anyone can do that.
Jenna: *groans and shuffles about as Zach picks at her. She then tries to slide closer to where Sephiroth is* Mmmm.. Sephiroth… *a lazy grin spreads on her lips again*
Sephiroth: *sighs and reaches down to pat Jenna’s shoulder* Keep an eye on her. *rises to his feet and heads for the stairs* I will be going through records, archives, anything I can find in Midgar. I need to find one of Hojo’s understudys. It’s the only thing I can think of. If I took her to a normal physician, she would be poked and prodded at for sure.
Zach: *nods* Uh huh… *wraps a blood-pressure guage around Jenna’s arm and begins testing that*
Jenna: *releases a faint whimper as Sephiroth leaves the area. However, she doesn’t wake up. Instead, she just shuffles about in a discontent manner before returning to a deep state of sleep*
Zach: *moves to sit beside Jenna, wanting to keep an eye on the state of her health for now. After a few minutes he slides off the bed, wanting to retrieve his baby dragon. He lightly pokes the small lump under his covers, wanting to know whether the dragon is awake or not* Xel? Wanna go sit with mom?
Xelong: *releases a soft rumbling noise as he’s poked. He then tries to curl up into a tighter ball* ~Happy here. Smell like you.~ *his tail wags slightly as he makes this statement*
Zach: Well, yeah, but… *chuckles slightly* My bed might smell of me, but what if you can actually lie on me? I’ll be beside mom. Aren’t you going to come? I can set you on my lap and you can go back to sleep if you want. Or are you just lounging? *pulls the covers off the baby dragon to observe his ball posture, and then chuckles in amusement at it* Aww. *reaches down to pat the tiny dragon*
Xelong: *rumbles once more. As he ponders over what Zach has said, his tail whips about slightly. Finally, he slowly unfurls out of his ball position and stretches out, as if making a show of it* ~Sheets smell of dirt anyway.~ *with that, he hops off the bed then waltzes toward Jenna’s bed. Soon enough, he wiggles his butt then jumps up so that he can curl up next to Jenna*
Zach: *moves back into the next room, then sits down beside Jenna, sighing as he ponders the situation* I sure hope Sephiroth returns soon with some good news for you. I don’t want you to sleep forever. There has to be something somebody can do…
Xelong: *glances up at Zach as he speaks. He then shrugs to himself, having figured that his friend is talking to himself. Eventually, he flips over to lie on his back. Upon moving onto his back, he spreads open his ungainly wings, that are still disproportionate to his body size, and sprawls his feet out into the air*
Zach: *reaches down to tickle the little dragon’s underbelly and chest, knowing full well that his softer underside is sensitive* Come on, Xel. You look like you haven’t a care in the world. Lazy. *grins and playfully pokes at the dragon’s maw, knowing full well he’ll probably be bitten*
Xelong: *happily lolls out his tongue as his belly is scratched. He then releases a content trilling noise toward Zach* ~Just give me more attention. It is all good when you do that.~
Zach: Aw, come on. No biting? No scratching? Not even any nipping? *gently tickles the dragon’s belly, running his fingers across the smooth belly scales, loving the feel of them* I wonder how big you’re going to get, anyway…
Xelong: *closes his eyes and leans his head back, seeming to be in bliss* ~I grow to be big, grand dragon. You see. I will be great.~ *his front paws begin to lazily wave about in the air as his belly is stroked. Eventually, Xelong falls asleep while curling up in between Jenna and Zach*
Zach: You look like you’re pedalling a bike. *leans back on the bed and just waits on Sephiroth’s return, picking up Sephiroth’s book that he was reading, not having much else to do for now*
Jenna: *occasionally moans from time to time as she sleeps. For the most part, whenever she does make noise, it sounds as if she’s calling out for Sephiroth. Furthermore, she shivers from time to time due to her feverish state*
Kalysto: *slides off his bed after some time, coughing slightly. Now that he had hydrated himself somewhat, he wanders off in search of Desiree, wanting to see what she’s up to now*
Desiree: *is lounging on her bed. She currently has Centra creating a holographic television screen that is projected at the foot of her bed. So, for now, she’s entertaining herself by watching a movie*
Kalysto: *peers in the doorway, then glances at the hologram in the air. He moves forwards and tries to put his hand through it, curious* That is some interesting magic spell right there. How are you doing it? Is it a live image from somebody’s house?
Desiree: *Frowns as Kalysto’s hand goes straight through the image and blocks some of the action. She then blinks and shakes her head* No, that’s not magic. Centra is using her hologram projectors to help me watch this movie.. Which you’re blocking. *She coughs* Can you move your hand?
