Jenna: Hrmph, so now you want my help after your wonderful display? *she shakes her head then turns around. Without saying a word, she begins walking toward the exit* ~Zach, keep an eye on everyone here. Seph left a while ago, and I need to go help Desiree.~
Zach: *”I’ll take care of things here, mom. Cancer’s here too. She’s busy upstairs with lessons though. I’m down here cuddling with Xel. He likes to act all independant and stuff but at the end of the day, he’s a tiny squeaky hatchling who needs his imprinted caretaker to feel safe.”*
Kalysto: *follows Jenna, folding his arms* Yeah. Why the hell not? Chaos isn’t supposed to make sense anyway.
Jenna: ~Thank you, Zach. I shall hold my trust in your capabilities.~ *She stops and glances back at Kalysto. She then hmphs at him before shaking her head* Oh, you think that you know anything about chaos? *she darkly chuckles* You’re just a no-body that knows nothing.
Kalysto: *flicks his ears back, genuinely insulted at Jenna’s remark* Think whatever you want to, human. I’ve dabbled with and mastered things that people would never dream of going near. You don’t even know the half of it. Hell, you don’t even know me, you can’t even make such a judgement. Now can you shut up and get on with the point of it? Aren’t we getting back your hybrid kid?
Jenna: *chuckles and shakes her head* Ah yes, of course. *her pupils temporarily shift into a slitted form before she leans in and seems to speak in a dual voice* An agent of chaos would certainly know less than you about the forces of chaos. You who try to claim that you serve chaos do not even know what is the most chaotic thing in existence. *with that, she turns around, her eyes also shift back to their normal shape*
Kalysto: *doesn’t seem impressed. He folds his arms and mutters, annoyed* Cheapo parlor trick. Do you want to get on with this or not? I’m still standing here. I’m also fast losing my patience. If I’m free to go after all of the crap you just pulled, that’s fine with me.
Jenna: *snarls in irritation at the elf* You are ignorant and quite stubborn. *she glances back at him once more then narrows her eyes* You have an ability to sense things, don’t you? Why don’t you just try to use that and then claim that I did a parlor trick. *she soon exits the base. She then crosses her arms* You do not have a clue where this “smelly” place you were was?
Kalysto: Sense things? What? *flicks his ears high above his head, then shakes it, shrugging* I don’t know. As for the smelly place, it wasn’t really a place… just a wrecked garbage heap. Smelled like the glowing energy your daughter gave me, but worse.
Jenna: Your magical abilities give you senses beyond your ears, eyes, and nose, don’t they? You can sense things that aren’t necessarily available to all other creatures to feel. If you do, then go ahead and use it. Then come back and tell me that I am just a parlor trick. *She then crosses her arms and frowns at the elf* My daughter is in a dump?
Kalysto: I sense that I don’t really give a damn. Does that count? *smirks* As for where she is, I don’t think it was a rubbish dump. I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t a rubbish dump. The smell was of the energies itself, not of decaying vegetable matter or refuse.
Jenna: *narrows her eyes then snorts at Kalysto* You have got to be the most stuck-up, stubborn idiot I’ve ever met. *shaking her head, she turns around to ponder the descriptions that the elf has been trying to convey to her. Finally, she mutters* Has to be Midgar.. that’s the only city in this damn planet that fits the description. *with that, she grips onto Kalysto’s arm. She then casts a spell to phase the two of them away from Halcyon. Soon enough, they appear over the ruins of the ShinRa building* Is this it?
Kalysto: *doesn’t seem in the least bit concerned as Jenna phases them to the new destination. He glances down at the ruins, then nods his head as he takes in the stench of the surrounding air* Yeah, this is it. *mumbles* Stuck-up, maybe. Stubborn, no.
Jenna: *rolls her eyes at the elf’s words. She then sighs* You are indeed the most stubborn creature that I know of. *snorting, she shakes her head. She then taps her foot* Very well, this is the city. So, where exactly is my daughter?
Kalysto: I don’t know. Somewhere in that? *points down to the pile of rubble* I don’t know where she is. You look for her. I showed you where she is, I’m not pinpointing it. I can’t do that anyway. *scratches the side of his head* Unless…. *raises his hands into the air, summoning his Felhound minion. Once it arrives in the tangible world he crouches down to pet it’s eyeless toothy head* You remember that dumb smelly human? The smallish one? Go track her and hunt her down for me. But don’t attack her.
Droozun: *makes a happy snarling sound and quickly bounds off, immediately seeming to know where to go*
Kalysto: *points* Follow the Felhunter.
Jenna: *tilts her head as she watches the demon dog appear. She then frowns and listens to Kalysto* My children do not smell. Neither do I. *shaking her head, she soon snaps her attention back to the felhunter. As it begins to bound off, she shifts into her hybrid form. She then yanks Kalysto off his feet, taking a tight grip onto him* Don’t think that I was going to just let you absolve all responsibility of leaving my daughter behind in whatever mess she’s in. *with that, she spreads open her wings then flies after the demon dog while holding Kalysto up against her chest*
Kalysto: You’re a really creepy woman. You know that, right? *tries to grip onto something once Jenna takes off, seeming to really dislike the fact that he’s in the air and not feeling terribly secure nor in control of the situation* You can follow the Felhunter without me you know!
Jenna: Yes, I could. However, you may wind up being of some use if my daughter is indeed in trouble. So, you are coming with me. *she tightens her grip on him, mostly to insure that he won’t wiggle so much that she’d drop him* And as I told you, I am a direct agent of chaos. I believe that entitles me to be “creepy”.
Kalysto: You’re a direct agent of chaos, huh? Me too. I make it eveywhere I go. The only true order is anarchy, afterall. *grins* So are you going to stop, or what? Are you the dragon side of the hybrid girl, or the alien side? Either way, you’re freakish. Not like me at all. I am a pure-blooded highborne elf, thank you very much.
Droozun: *keeps running ahead, rumbling with happiness as he heads to Desiree’s location. He stops as he senses her below the ground, then begins to dig and paw at the rubble*
Jenna: *rolls her eyes at Kalysto* You, idiot, are far from an agent of chaos. You have nothing but assumptions. As I told you earlier, go ahead and use your extra-sensory abilities to see what exactly is the strongest source of my powers. Unless you’re too scared to find the truth there. *she then spreads open her wings to slow down to a stop as she notice that the felhunter has begun to dig. After a moment of this, she suddenly pulls in her wings to her body and allows herself to simply fall the distance to the ground. She crouches down to help her absorb the impact as she lands on the ground with a thump*
Kalysto: What do I look like, some kind of seer to you? Extra-sensory abilities? Did you smoke too much manaweed recently or something? *shrugs, at least until Jenna lands. He yelps at the loud thump and tries to get out of her grip so he can attend to the Felhunter* This doesn’t normally happen. It knows where everything is.
Jenna: *narrows her eyes* I can sense enough of your magic to tell that you should have the ability to sense energies as well. However, no, I’m not calling you a seer. You are hardly smart enough for that. *she flaps her wings then shifts back into her natural form. Once back to being “human”, she walks up to Kalysto and the felhunter* Well?
Kalysto: Well, what? It’s digging. *points at the ground* Or trying to. Either your daughter is underground, or my underling demon has turned into a retard. Both options are pretty viable. *smirks at Jenna* So which one do you think it is?
Jenna: *grits her teeth as she considers her options. She then loudly snorts before barking out toward Kalysto* Tell your whatever the hell that thing is to stand back. *with that, she pulls her right hand back slightly and begins to gather up a ball of bluish-white energy into the palm of that hand*
Kalysto: Huh? *glances at Jenna’s hands, then grunts at the Felhunter and motions for it to go away. It bounds off into the distance and seemingly disintergrates as it returns to the plane in which it originally came from* You could have blown it up if you wanted to. Wouldn’t have mattered to me.
Jenna: *snorts at Kalysto’s words* I have no desire to simply destroy things that are not worth it. Now, get back. *She continues to gather energy in to her hand. Soon enough, she flings forward the ball of magical light so that it smashes into the ground. At first, the area which is hit by the ball simply glows. However, after a moment, the ground rapidly cracks then explodes upward, exposing the layers underneath the street*
