Desiree: *is unaware of what has been going on as of late. Instead, she’s been sitting in her room and reading various books on magic and mystical summonings. Eventually, she decides to sit down in the middle of a set of runes that she’s written on the ground before. Once she’s settled, she begins concentrating and deciding to practice on touching the various spiritual and demonic energies in the area*
*the edges of Desiree’s spell begin to crackle with dark energies. After another few moments, a rather large runed demonic teleportation circle appears on the floor and begins to smoulder as it etches and burns a perfect copy of itself into the stone floor*
Sephiroth: *scowls* I don’t want it, I want my hand back! *glares* What are we going to do about it? There has to be something…

Desiree: *has her eyes closed as she senses out the various energies that she’s playing around with. So, for the time being, she doesn’t notice the circle that is forming on her floor* Something’s strange..
Jenna: *she frowns and lowers her head* Seph, I know full well what you want. But, I… I don’t think it is possible at all. I can feel what’s been put over that wound. It’s strong. You must have gotten it from something akin to a god.

Jenna: *she frowns and lowers her head* Seph, I know full well what you want. But, I… I don’t think it is possible at all. I can feel what’s been put over that wound. It’s strong. You must have gotten it from something akin to a god.
*The runes on the ground begin to glow bright green and shortly thereafter, there is a loud snarling noise as an eyeless dog-like creature just sitting there, sniffing the ground. He begins drooling shortly thereafter and makes a loud animalistic snort*
Sephiroth: *scowls* More like the opposite of a god.. *sighs in anger* Fine, do this.. whatever it is that you want. But if I don’t like it, I am going to work on a solution of my own. Understood?

Desiree: *opens her eyes as she hears the noise of the growling. She then stares at the dog for a moment before loudly yelping* Not again! Father is going to kill me. *she rushes toward the wall and begins to desperately look for something to swat at the dog with* Go.
Jenna: *she slowly nods her head at Sephiroth’s words* I understand. I won’t force you to like it. *she glances up then speaks up* Centra, I require assistance. Activate the medical assistance systems. *once she sees the tentacle-like devices slide out of their compartments from the ceiling, she turns her attention back to Sephiroth* Lay down, my love.

Zach: *gently picks up Xelong* Am I stil needed?
*The eyeless dog demon immediately runs over to Desiree and starts playfully biting at her leg. He makes a loud gurgling noise and begins to slobber on her leg and her feet. He wags his tail shortly after and begins bounding around her, rumbling*
Sephiroth: *glares* I don’t want this, let it be known now. *lies down on the table and closes his eyes, relaxing to allow Jenna to do her thing*

I’m certain Dimitri needs your assistance. *she then pats the top of Seph’s head before casting a spell to prevent him from moving his body* I’m sorry, but I don’t want you flinching and accidentally making things worse.. *with that, she sits down next the table. Soon enough, she and Centra begin working together in “installing” the base to his new hand. They start by having Centra inject nano-machines into his arm, so that they can build bridges between his nerves and the base. As Centra injects the nano-machines, Jenna dismantles the base so that the components can be properly put in place*

Sephiroth: *loudly hisses in discomfort, trying his best to wiggle away as he feels his nerve endings burn like fire as connections are made. He makes a loud distressed growl, glaring up at Jenna* You could at least do something to remove the pain!

Desiree: *stares at the male as he falls into her room. She then hisses* Damn it! What the fuck went wrong this time? *she then yelps as she notes the presence of the dog again* I said shoo! *she reaches back to grab one of her books. She then throws it at the dog*
Jenna: *she forwns then slowly shakes her head* It’s best this way, Seph. I can know right away if we’re messing up the nerve connections. Just be patient. *she begins to softly hum, hoping to calm him down. She then concentrates her efforts in attaching the center of the base directly onto the bones of Seph’s arm. For the most part, she is trying to build something that would mimic the way his actual flesh and blood would work. As she works, she softly speaks* When this is done, it’ll look like you’re always wearing a gauntlet, Seph.. I’ve designed it so that you can tuck the end of your coat into the gauntlet. The hand will also have a false skin to it.. So, no one should be able to tell that your hand isn’t real.

*the male is rather quick to view his surroundings, suspicious and annoyed. He looks around the room, then shakes his head as he moves to his feet, glaring at the demon-dog* Oh, what are you doing? *sharply commands* Get back here! *points to the spot in front of him* What the..? *stares at the younger female* A human? *immediately moves onto the defensive, eyeing her cautiously, aggressive*
*the demon is rather quick to bound back to the place he is commanded, then sits squarely on his haunches. After only a second or so he opens his mouth and begins to pant, tongue hanging out, ignoring the female ‘human’ for now*
Sephiroth: Yeah, fine… but it still hurts. And I don’t want it… *grits his teeth in pain, or at least tries to. For now he can do nothing except lie there and tolerate what is being done to him* Hurry it up… I don’t care what it looks like, I am going to find a way to be rid of it as soon as possible.

Instead, she removes the paralysis from Sephiroth. Then, she gets up and searches for his dismembered hand* I need to build the rest of it.. And that needs to heal up and merge with your body anyway. I’m done for now.
