Jenna: *continues making her way to the nursery, tracking Seph as she moves. Not long before making it to Sephiroth, she passes by Dr Howlett in the hallway. However, she doesn’t react much to him, since her memory of the doctor is rather hazy. Finally, she enters the nursery then tilts her head as she notices the child in Sephiroth’s arm* I take it that I died while giving birth.
Sephiroth: *looks up at Jenna, and his expression visibly lights up for a moment before he resumes his standard stoic look* You did. They didn’t give me too many details, but I am assuming that they thought I was greiving for your loss. I suppose I should tell them to cancel the funeral. Or we should at least get out of here before more people notice the fact that you’re alive again, and snatch you away for experimentation.
Dr Howlett: *stares at Jenna walking by, then quickly shakes his head* No, couldn’t be…
Jenna: *Rolls her eyes* I highly doubt that you did that good of a show of “grieving”. You’re not that good of an actor, Seph. *she smirks at him then frowns* Yes, telling them to cancel the funeral would definitely be an idea. It would be highly annoying and idiotic to have them go through such a sham. *she then moves closer to Seph and glances at the child in his arms* Something’s on her head…
Sephiroth: We’d best be out of here before too many more people discover that you’re alive again, hm? *shakes his head, then attempts to hand the infant to Jenna as he moves to his feet* You are correct – she has something on her head. She has horns, to be precise.
Jenna: *blinks in confusion* Horns? So, now we have a child with wings, and one with horns…? *she shakes her head* Good thing Hojo can’t get anywhere near them. He would probably be esctatic. *she then glances at the hallway again* I think there was one man who took note of my passing by when I came in. He looked vaguely familiar… *she shakes her head* Most of the last few months is such a blur though.
Sephiroth: *glances back into the hallway* That’s the doctor you had me get for you when something was initially wrong with your pregnancy. He worked under Hojo once. *shrugs* Let’s get out of here. We don’t necessarily need to remain here to continue talking.
Jenna: *smirks* Can’t wait to leave the scent of the chemicals, hm? *she then leans in to kiss the top of his forehead* Thank you for being patient with me the last few months. *she then playfully messes up his hair*
Sephiroth: *scowls slightly at Jenna as she messes up his hair, but doesn’t seem overly upset beyond that* I’m sure you would do the same. *Nods his head* But yes, let’s get out of here. I don’t like the smell, the people, or the general atmosphere of the area.
Jenna: *glances at the doorway, checking to see if there is any detriment toward her leaving with Sephiroth. She then turns back around to face Sephiroth and nods* Well then, let us go ahead.
Sephiroth: *glances into the hallway, checking to see if the place is clear. When he discovers that it is, he leads Jenna out of the nursery, heading for the exit* If they ask questions… run. *grunts*
Jenna: Can’t I first plant a knife in their guts then run? Your way is so.. less fun. *she grins at him. Still, she doesn’t wait and promptly moves to walk by next to him. However, her attention is down at the small bundle in his arms for now* So… That’s a female, right?
Sephiroth: It is. *nods his head and tries to hand the infant off to her* We have a male with wings, and a female with horns now. *shakes his head* Oh well, as long as it’s healthy, who cares. Now… let’s actually get out of here. I never liked hospitals and I’m not about to start enjoying myself here any time soon.
Dr Howlett: *peers into the nursery, having wanted to check up on the infant. He stares at Jenna when he sees her in the doorway, then mumbles* You were dead… they took you to the morgue.
Jenna: *takes the infant and gently pats her head* Yes, it doesn’t matter much at all. She’s still our child, no matter what features she has. *she continues moving out of the room along with Sephiroth. However, she takes a moment to glance at Dr. Howlett as he comments about her. Narrowing her eyes, she looks over him* What of it?
Dr Howlett: What? *shakes his head* But… you were dead… oh what does it matter… I don’t know what I see half of the time, anyway. *mumbles to himself and moves away to attend to other patients in the facility*
Sephiroth: *makes a small grunt at Jenna and continues to lead the way out*
Jenna: *cocks her eyebrow at the doctor* That was rather unusual. Hmph, probably went insane working with Hojo in the past. *shaking her head, she continues to follow after Sephiroth. She then grins as they exit the hospital* Much better.
Sephiroth: *mumbles* Indeed. *sighs at her* I know how much you are opposed to hospitals, but I still feel as if I made the correct choice in taking you there. *glances down at Iris, then up at the sky* Do you think she will be fine if I teleport us to Halcyon?
Jenna: *deeply frowns* I honestly don’t know the answer to that one. I don’t think we’ve ever teleported any of our children at such a young age before… *she lowers her head and thinks* No, we haven’t…
Sephiroth: I could fly it, but… *scowls, shaking his head* Make sure she’s bundled up quite heavily and stays warm. The wind chill up there is usually quite heavy indeed. I don’t want to risk it, but I don’t want to harm her either.
Jenna: *looks around and narrows her eyes as she thinks* Hmm… Actually… *she turns her attention to Sephiroth* We’re in Junnon, right? Lead me to the hangars or airfield or whatever it is called. There’s another, safer, choice. One that will not leave the newborn exposed to the elements or your psychic energies.
Sephiroth: Yes, we’re in Junon. *grunts* You want to steal a plane from them? I think they would notice something like that. However, I think it’s a reasonable idea, so… *motions for her to follow, then heads back into the complex, heading for the nearest elevator*
Jenna: It should be easy enough. I bet they haven’t been proactive enough to remove your codes from their security even now. *she chuckles* Humans are such lazy creatures. *with that, she readily follows Sephiroth’s lead*
Sephiroth: Sometimes they are. With something like me, its highly likely that they have changed security codes that I remembered. Unless of course, Hojo kept using them and requested that they were not changed. It’s quite hard to say without knowing.
Jenna: *shrugs* Well, I suppose that we’ll be finding out what the answer is soon enough. *she stops as they reach the first door. She then glances over at Sephiroth* Well, time to choose. Brute force of subtlety? Then again.. do you know subtlety?
Sephiroth: I know of subtlety. But I am not sure if that counts. *shrugs his shoulders and casually reaches out to rip the handle off the door in front of him, calmly yanking it out of it’s socket* No, I don’t think it does.
