Jenna: ~I see. I suppose I can understand that. Of course, I’d imagine that you notice the bouncing much more than I do.~ *yelps as Chimera begins to knead into her skin. She sighs and shakes her head* ~I am more than glad that this boy doesn’t have sharp claws yet… As for the sheets.. I suppose we have enough. I haven’t paid much attention to them recently. Maybe you should get some since I recall tearing up quicte a number of them when I was stuck in that hybrid form..~
Cael: *giggles and gets off Leo, more than content with the way she played with him* I win!
Sephiroth: *”Very well, I shall purchase some anyway. Though I must say after that holiday and these purchases, my bank balance is not looking entirely healthy.”*
Leo: *sits up once again and relaxes out his spines again* No…
Jenna: *chuckles at Seph’s comment* ~You must not have looked at your balance in quite some time then. I did tell you I’d help with getting you income afterall.~
Cael: *sticks her tongue out at Leo, flicking it slightly since she has a mildly elongated toungue due to her dragon genes* Yes.
Sephiroth: *”Ah, yes, you did say that. But I am sure some of these things have been quite expensive. You cannot keep frauding my bank balance all the time. Eventually, somebody is going to work out what is going on and accuse me of stealing money.”*
Leo: No win. *stands up and toddles over to her, then hugs onto her as he tries to pull her onto the ground with him, giggling*
Jenna: ~It’s been several months and they haven’t caught on yet. I’m certain that you’re safe. But if you want me to end the transactions, I shall. Though your bank would only see one transaction and not several small ones.~ *smirks* ~By now, you’re probably a millionaire.~ *notices that Chimera is done eating and gently sets him on her shoulder before she begins attempting to burp him*
Cael: *yelps as she’s pushed to the ground and tries to struggle away* No.
Sephiroth: *”I am a millionaire every time I master an All Materia, Jen.”* *smirks to himself* *”Carry on with the transactions, my only concern is not getting caught.
Leo: *continues to hug her, determined to wrestle her to the ground and win now*
Orion: *scowls at them from his crib and shakes the bars, picking up his pillow to throw at them*
Jenna: ~Perhaps so, but I have not seen you mastering much materia in the past few years. In fact, I haven’t seen you doing much other than the paperwork that your work gives you for the last few years.~ *Frowns at Orion* No! Don’t do that. Behave. *scowls* ~Orion is still acting up. I don’t think your solution was much of a solution, Seph.~
Cael: *giggles and decides to wrestle back. She tries to push Leo onto his back, but yelps as she’s hit by the pillow and begins to cry once more*
Sephiroth: *”I do other things besides the paperwork, Jen. But you are right, it is dominating a good portion of my free time. Hopefully not too much. I still exercise as I need to and so on.”*
Leo: *thinks he made Cael cry and that he is going to get into trouble, thus begins crying himself*
Orion: No! *growls at Jenna and picks up a stuffed bear, hurling it at her*
Jenna: ~I suppose, but you don’t practice with your sword nearly as much as you did when I first met you. I just hope you’re not letting yourself get rus-~ *hisses as the bear hits her then glares at Orion* Behave, young man, or I shall punish you. *scowls at all the crying in the room* ~Please get back soon, Seph..~
Chimera: *becomes bothered by all the crying and begins to mewl as well~
Cael: *curls up and continues to cry, not in the least bit happy about being hit*
Sephiroth: *”You need me to come back soon? What just happened? Are you alright?”* *pauses momentarily* *”They’re not giving you too much work, are they?”*
Orion: *seems rather pleased that he has asserted his dominance over all the others in the room and lies down once more, content*
Jenna: *quickly sets Chimera down on the ground, patting his back to reassure him then stands up and moves over to Orion’s crib* ~Yes, Orion was throwing stuff around and now has all the other younger ones, including Chimera, crying. I can’t handle them all at once, Seph!~ *accompanies the message with a full impression of what just happened. She picks up Orion and scowls at him* No, you are misbehaving and this is not alright!
Chimera: *sniffles and continues to loudly mewl. However, he stays relatively in one spot since he’s much too young to crawl around.*
Orion: *growls, having wanted to be left alone so he could sleep* No! *flails his limbs out at her, trying to whack or kick her, anything he can manage* No, no, no!!
Sephiroth: *loudly sighs* *”Alright, alright. Call in one of the older children to help you. I will get home as soon as I can. I wasn’t even away for very long, what happened to cause them all to be upset? It just doesn’t make sense…”*
Jenna: *hisses in pain as she’s kicked and frowns at Orion* No, Orion. That is not acceptable behavior. *frowns then looks around. She finds an empty closet and puts him down in it* Behave, or I am locking you up in here, understand? *sends the entire event to Seph again* ~Didn’t you receive this? Orion started throwing things and made all the other younger ones upset.~
Sephiroth: *growls slightly* *”It sounds like he’s trying to fight your authority. Give him a slap across the buttocks to shock him, and then isolate him for an hour. Lock him up in our bedroom if you have to. Just put him somewhere where he is going to be ignored. I will pay for these goods and come home.”*
Jenna: *frowns* ~I just don’t want to abuse him to the level that either of us were when we were young in order to get him to behave…~ *Shakes her head then closes the closet door in order to lock Orion into it* ~Oh wells, I put him into an empty closet. It’s rather dark in there, so he’s bound not to like it..~ *walks over to Leo and picks him up* Shh… calm down little one. *pats his back* It’s alright.
Sephiroth: *”You don’t have to cause permanent injury or harm, just hurt him enough to shock him a bit. But locking him away and isolating him works too.”*
Leo: *hugs Jenna and slowly calms down, his crying reducing to a soft whimpering complaint*
Jenna: ~I already told you, the boy is locked up in a closet for now. Though I seriously hope that move does not give him claustophobia…~ *Shakes her head then grins as she notices that Leo has calmed down* That’s a good boy. Now, I”m going to set you down and work on making your siblings happy, alright? *begins to inch Leo back down onto the ground*
Sephiroth: *”None of our other offspring are claustrophobic. It seems ridiculous that one incident would change the boy’s fears for an entire lifetime. In any case, I will be home now. I will clean out a room downstairs and house them there. The newborn will be content to have the peace and quiet in the nursery.”*
Orion: *begins to loudly cry once in the closet, sending out erratic telepathic signals that he is frightened*
Jenna: ~Perhaps, but the boy is young and experiences from this age can drasticly affect how he behaves later on..~ *deeply frowns at the noise that Orion is making then telepathicly speaks to him* ~If you promise to behave, I’ll let you out. If not, you’re staying in there until your father arrives home.~ *she accompanies the message with a non-verbal communication that would give the boy the impression of what she’s saying incase he doesn’t understand her words*
*Afterwards, she finishes setting down Leo and moves over to Cael. She gently pats the girl’s head and softly hums to her until the youth calms down as well* Shh… It’s alright. No one else is going to throw things at you. Calm down..
Cael: *sniffles and clutches onto Jenna. She takes a good long time to finally stop crying, and seems quite exhausted by the time she relaxes*
Jenna: *sighs with relief as Cael stops crying. She notices the way the child has become sleepy and is leaning up against her, so she moves to gently set the girl in her crib* Sleep, little one..
*From there, Jenna moves onto Chimera and begins trying to calm him down as well* ~At least they’re finally nearly all done crying, Seph. That is except for Orion. He sounds rather petrified in there…~
Orion: *responds back to Jenna with a telepathic impression of fear, and that he is willing to do anything she says*
Sephiroth: *”If you are concerned about it, let him out. Intimidation works as well as punishing them, and sometimes it is actually better as they are scared into doing, and then you do not have to do anything further.”*
Jenna: *deeply frowns and shakes her head, she continues to rub Chimera’s back in order to soothe him then speaks to Orion* ~I will let you out in five minutes. And only if you prove that you are going to fully behave, boy. If you act up again, you shall stay in there until your father gets home.~ *she once again accompanies the words with impressions of what she means then turns her attention to Seph* ~I don’t want to be too intimidating to the children… But he needs to know that he can’t easily get out of his punishment either. I’ll only leave him in there for a short bit.~
Orion: *begins to loudly cry in the closet and thumps his hands against the door*
Sephiroth: *teleports back to the house and slowly heads up the stairs, grunting as he moves his head in the doorway* It does not seem very loud in here.
Jenna: *frowns at the noise that Orion is making, but refuses to let him out quite yet. She looks up as Seph enters the room and faintly grins, seeming a bit tired out* No… not now… I managed to calm most of them down. However, Orion is making quite a fuss in there. *points to the closet* I do not think he is enjoying his punishment at all..
Sephiroth: *snorts slightly at the noise* Leave him in there until he quietens down. If you do that, he’ll get the message that the only way he’ll get what he wants is if he’s quiet and behaved. *turns to leave* I am going to set up a room in the downstairs area now.
Jenna: *sighs at Seph’s suggestion and nods* If you think that’s the best way to deal with him, then I’ll trust you. I hope that you’re right. I don’t want him hating us for having to do things like this.. *Sighs in relief as Chimera fully calms down then stands up* ~Iris, are you almost done making that food? I’d like your help watching over these youths again.~
