Xelong: *nods* Mmm.. ~Yes, that does sound like a good plan. I’m tired and would like to sleep with you and the rest of the family. I miss the days when we could sleep together… Though you’re getting married to her, so does that mean I won’t be allowed to sleep with you soon even as a human?~
Jenna: *softly speaks* No, that’s what I did to get you to like me. That’s not what I asked. *pushes herself up a bit so that she is above Sephers then looks into her eyes. Her hair hangs down and is likely to be draping down onto his face* I asked what did I do to ever deserve having you as a husband.
Zack: Just because we’re getting married doesn’t mean you have to stop sleeping in the same bed as us. The same rules apply, just go out of the room when Holly wants to have sex. Of course, if I want to have sex that’s another story because Holly’s usually not interested…
Sephiroth: Ah… *is silent for a moment. He reaches up to move the dangling hair out of her eyes, tucking it behind her ears* That answer, I cannot give you. I do not know the answer myself. I suppose I could ask the very same question, can’t I. I’m not exactly a gift of goodness to the universe.
Xelong: *kneels down in the grass and begins to pick at the grass. He does this for several minutes as he listens to Zack then finally looks up at the man* ~That is too bad.. I don’t know why she usually isn’t interested in having sex with you. Is it because you paid to have sex with her before and now she doesn’t want bad memories?~
Jenna: *stares at Seph’s hand as he moves her hair then blinks in confusion* What did you do that for? Was my hair bothering you… *continues to look absolutely baffled for a few more moments then shakes her head to break her last train of thought and mumbles* As for bieng a gift of goodness. That all depends on what your definition of good is. If good is being damn sexy and extremely skilled in bed, then I’d say you’re wrong.
Zack: *frowns* That could have something to do with it… I don’t push her, so she’s happy with that much at least. *moves to sit down nearby Xelong on the grass, sighing* I really thought I was going to get some tonight too. Doesn’t matter now, she’s probably already sleeping.
Sephiroth: Your hair is fine, Jen. *smirks in amusemnent at her statement and chuckles slightly* I don’t think either of those count, somehow.
Xelong: ~I’m glad that she is at least happy, but you both should be happy, not just her.~ *looks at the grass he’s gathered then tosses it away* ~I’m sorry that I ruined your plans with Holly tonight. I shouldn’t have ever mentioned that I had doubts about Sephiroth and Jenna taking care of that pimp guy..~
Jenna: Well, it certainly counts to me. *lowers herself to kiss Sephiroth* You are most definitely the most perfect male that I have ever encountered, Seph… Have I ever mentioned that I love you?
Sephiroth: Hmm, I’m sure you have, but I do not ever tire of hearing it. *purrs and reaches over to grasp her hand* You are quite lovely yourself. The feeling is mutual, I can assure you of that.
Zack: Phh, don’t worry about it, Xel. In the long run, Holly would be very happy to hear about the guy that enslaved her being killed. It had been bothering her for many years, even though she was away and safe. Now that he’s dead, she’ll probably feel truly free for the first time since I’ve known her.
Xelong: *nods* ~Then that is a good thing. Holly deserves to feel safe and free.~ *looks up at Zack* ~Can you teach me what I’m supposed to do with “facial expressions”. I do not quite understand what they are supposed to be.~
Jenna: *grins, quite content with the way that Sephiroth is complimenting her. She lies down ontop of him once more and nuzzles her nose against the side of his neck* Thank you. I do not know where I’d be today if I had never met you…
Sephiroth: I can answer that question if it were me. *purrs at her* I would probably be dead again. Back in my planet’s lifestream, forever being told how bad I am by the council of Cetra that governed this planet, at least before that giant dragon had a say in what happened to them.
Zack: Facial expressions? *frowns for a moment, then stops, blinking* That’s one. *forces a grin onto his face* They just come naturally. You smile when you’re happy, frown when you’re discontent, so on. It’s really hard to explain why they are the way they are…
Jenna: *mumbles* Yes, it is quite a good thing that you are not back down there. You do not deserve to be punished for what happened in the past. *reaches up to massage the back of Seph’s scalp* It is not your fault that things turned out as they are.. They may as well punish me for not saving you as a child.
Xelong: *titls his head* ~They come naturally? But I don’t feel any natural impulse to move my face and mouth right now. Why do they come naturally?~
Sephiroth: They probably would if you were part of the planet’s lifestream order system. *grunts and slowly shakes his head* That’s just the way they are. If you’re even slightly different from that they want, you’re punished for it… *mutters* Stupid perfect stuck up old fools.
Zack: They just do… it’s not something I can easily explain. People smile because they’re happy, and cry because they’re sad. I can’t explain why they do this, it’s just an accepted fact because that’s what happens.
Jenna: *rolls her eyes and pokes Sephiroth in the stomach* No complaining about idiots while you’re in the presence of a beautiful woman, Seph. You’re supposed to be concentrating on how good you have it now that you have a woman and not on how you could have had it. *smirks at him then lowers her head to gently suck on his neck*
Xelong: *looks up at the sky for a few moments then looks at Zack* ~Is that why Aeris always looks strange when she’s emotional? I always find her a bit strange that way… Maybe I can show you the things I associate with emotions and you can show me how I should display them as a human.~
Sephiroth: *makes a loud purring noise and chuckles* Ah yes, no point in complaining about what could have been. Especially seeing as though I have it good now, better than I would have otherwise. *rubs her sides*
Zack: *nods Aeris probably expreses herself facially because she’s quite used to it. You can show me what you associate with emotions if you want, and I can tell you what a human would do. Maybe you won’t ever do the same things a human does, but that doesn’t matter. If you at least understand it, that’s a good thing.
Jenna: Mmm-hmmm… *continues to suck on Seph’s neck, intending to give him a decent-sized hickie. After a few moments, she pulls back from him and coyly smirks at him* So, you like having to endure our frequent arguments? How kind of you. *softly chuckles*
Xelong: *nods in agreement to Zack’s statement* ~Alright, show me what I should do as a human when I feel this way.~ *sends Zack a psychic impression that would indicate that he is confused. The impression is accompanied by a mesh of colors that seem to be fighting for dominance and not knowing which is to be used*
Sephiroth: They are worth it for what we do when we are not arguing. *purrs and closes his eyes, very content* Besides, if we never argued, some would say there’s something wrong with that…
Zack: *chuckles* That would be a good way to express confusion. That’s pretty much how a human feels, though he doesn’t think in colours. *does his best to pull a puzzled/confused expression on his face* Something like this. When I do this, I can’t decide what to do. Just like the colours can’t decide which one is going to be dominant. It’s more alike than you would think.
Jenna: *Softly mumbles* At least we don’t have weapons out and aren’t trying to kill each other when we fight. *yawns* Does that idiot of a mayor have a busy schedule set up for you tomorrow? I certainly hope not… I like it when you can step aside from your work and help me out.
Xelong: *carefully watches Zack then tries to mimic his appearance. At first, it seems that Xel is straining himself, but he eventually is able to pull off the expression* ~Like this?~ *returns his face to a nuetral position* ~What about this?~ *sends Zack a color to inicate that he is happy and relieved. It is a soft yellow color that would seem quite pleasing*
Sephiroth: Hmm? *glances up at her, curious* I don’t think there will be too much to keep me busy tomorrow. Why, what is wrong? What do you need help with? If it is paticularly complicated, I can do my best to abandon my work and help out where I can.
Zack: *grins in approval at the expressions Xelong pulls. He nods his head and reaches out to pat his shoulder* That’s quite good. I think you’ll get it after some practise.
Jenna: *shakes her head* No, I don’t have anything in mind for tomorrow. I just was saying that I hope that you don’t get too much work. It’s always much nicer when you can step away from the office, that’s all. *grins and pokes his neck* I didn’t hurt you, did I?
Xelong: *nods at Zack’s praise. He is more than willing to spend the next hour sending Zack examples of the various emotions that he knows and learning what expression to pair them up with*
Sephiroth: Yes, it is nice to have a few moments where I do not have to do anything. With the neural implants, they have decided to send me even more of a workload. *raises a hand up to touch his neck* Hmm? I don’t feel anything there. The skin is tingling slightly, but it is otherwise fine. Why?
Zack: *grins and continues to explain the mechanisms of expressions and his emotions for the next hour, slowly becoming tired*
Jenna: *gives Sephiroth a devious grin and shakes her head* Oh, it’s nothing to worry yourself over, Seph. Nothing at all. *closes her eyes and tries to get comfortable next to him. Once she is relaxed, she gently purrs at him* Absolutely nothing at all.
Xelong: *loudly yawns as the time passes and begins to lean against Zack’s side. He’s become quite tired over the time he’s spent learning and desires rest now*
Sephiroth: *frowns and slowly shakes his head at her, oblivious to what she has done to him* Very well, I trust you then… *smirks* You can be strange at times. And so full of secrets.
Zack: *chuckles at Xelong’s tiredness* Perhaps we should go in and call it a night, huh? *reaches down to pick up Xelong, then carries him into the house. He heads into the guest bedroom and sets the boy down beside Mei, whom is already fast asleep on the bed beside her mother. He grins at the group, then lies down on the edge of the bed himself* I’m surprised we all fit.
Jenna: Hm? What sort of secrets could I possibly be withholding? *gives Seph an innocent smile then closes her eyes* Anyway, this one would be easily solved by looking in a mirror.. *yawns and makes herself comfortable on the bed*
Xelong: *grins as Zack picks him up and snuggles up against the man* ~I’ve missed being in your arms… Maybe being a human isn’t that bad.~ *he closes his eyes and is nearly deep asleep by the time that Zack sets him down on the bed. So, he winds up basically flopping down on the bed*
Sephiroth: Hmm? *doesn’t seem entirely interested in getting up to have a look, and so remains under Jenna, shrugging* As long as you haven’t changed my appearance, I don’t suppose it really matters, now does it? *yawns tiredly, then frowns* Hmph, those idiots at Junon never know when to stop bothering me… *closes his eyes and seems to just apparently lie there, but he is busy sending and transmitting new sets of orders*
Zack: *pulls the blankets over Xelong and himself, then settles in for the night so he can sleep and rest up*
Jenna: *pays no attention to the fact that Sephiroth is busy with mental work and continues to fall asleep. Before she fully drifts to sleep, she mumbles* Not unless you don’t like red marks.. *curls up and drifts fully into sleep*
Xelong: *presses himself against Zack’s side and wraps his arms around the man’s abdomen. A small grin graces his lips as he makes himself comfortable*
Sephiroth: Red marks…? What? *frowns as he notices that Jenna is asleep and sighs, leaving her be to rest. He sighs and slowly shakes his head, resuming issuing out orders to the soldiers under his command before finally drifting off to sleep himself*
Zack: *is already half asleep and doesn’t notice Xel’s expresion*
Jenna: *remains asleep, rather peacefully for this time, all throughout the night. Finally, when dawn comes, Jenna groans and slowly sits upright. She stretches then rubs her eyes, taking a few moments to fully come to awareness. In time, she turns her attention to Sephiroth and grins at the sight of the mark she had left behind on his neck. Still, she chooses to leave him be and moves into the bathroom so that she can relieve herself*
