“Shut up!” Kut-Ku exclaimed in response.
He then ruffled his feathers before he hopped over to the area where his food was locating. After tilting his head from side to side for a moment, the alien bird leaned in to peck out a large oat before he crushed it within his sharp beak.

Desiree rolled her eyes before she chuckled. “Kalysto, that means a blond bimbo or something like that! Not the literal demon.”
Meanwhile, Jenna was having a lazy day. She was more than content to have her mate back in her bed. So, given that she was able to talk him into sleeping in late, she would have slept by his side well into the late morning.
General Sephiroth watched the strange creature eat. He clenched his hand into a fist and bashed the top of the cage, smirking at the loud noise it made. Then he walked out of the room to return to Captain Noemi’s quarters, sitting down on her bed.
“I fed your stupid animal,” He said as he sat down, making himself comfortable again. “And now it’s eating. I don’t think there is anything more to do with it.”

Kalysto laughed as he heard Desiree while he walked down the garden path, pleased with his sharp hearing. *”Oh trust me when I say that once you’ve had a hybrid, you never go back.”* He made his way to Sephiroth and Jenna’s house, knocking on the door a moment later.
Sephiroth lazed in bed that morning, feeling rather content on his day off. He snuggled into Jenna’s side, not really wanting to wake up right now. When he heard the knocking at the door he groaned. He didn’t really want to get up.
“One of the kids will get it…. I think…”
Kut-Ku squawked as the General smashed his cage. He then puffed up his feathers before he focused on the man. After releasing a high-pitched whistling noise, he cried out, “Shut up, stupid idiot!”
Noemi had a small smirk on her lips as she heard the exchange between her pet and the General. Once the General returned to her side though, she quickly removed the smirk from her face and turned to a more professional expression. She then looked up at the General before she nodded.
“Thank you very much, General.”

Jenna groaned as she heard the knocking, for she was contently lazily and sleepy as well. After snuggling against Sephiroth to make herself more comfortable, she moaned before nodding.
“Yea, one of the kids will get it..”
General Sephiroth nodded lightly, then leaned back to relax on Noemi’s bed. “I still feel somewhat dizzy, but much better now. And I am very hungry. Do you want to go down to the kitchen and order some actual real food for once?” He grinned. “Not rubbish prepared from freeze-dried rations. Just average proper fresh food.”

Kalysto flicked his ears back and gently knocked on the door again. He knew somebody was home. Somebody was always home.
Noemi tilted her head in thought before she chuckled at the General. Shaking her head, she nodded toward the window before she responded, “We’re actually stationed on a planet, and you’re suggesting that we eat on the ship’s kitchen? Why don’t we just go down there and get the real fresh food?”

Jenna released another lazy groan before she called out, “Cancer, Zach.. someone.. answer the damn door!”
General Sephiroth mumbled. “Don’t want to leave the ship…. want somebody to go down there and order for me… don’t want to go anywhere….” He mumbled with less coherence. “Can’t be fucked going anywhere…”

Kalysto sighed as he stood at the door. He glanced down at the handle and tried to turn it. To his surprise, it opened. He shrugged at this fact and made his way into the house, glancing around slowly before heading for the stairs. He intended to speak to Jenna and so began to head for her life energy signal.
He shut the door behind him and wandered up the stairs, stopping outside the Master bedroom, not entirely sure if he should open that. Instead, he decided it would just be best to knock.
Noemi tilted her head as she listened to the General’s complaints. She then nodded before she stood up.
“Very well, I understand, General. We can eat at the restaurant intended for officers,” Noemi stated. “Shall we get going?”

Jenna released a tired groan as she heard the knocking that was even closer to her bed. As usual, she was sleeping in the nude, for she did also enjoy her evening activities with the General. So, after a bit of groaning, she pushed herself off the bed before she moved over to open up the bedroom door. She didn’t think much of it, though, since her children had seen her in the nude again.
So, as she opened the door, she crankily asked, “What?”
Kalysto raised his brows as the door opened to a woman whom was completely naked. He gritted his teeth slightly and fixated his attention solely on her eyes. “Uh-ummm…” He began to stutter. “I wanted to talk w-with you…” He nodded into the room. “Can you put some clothes on? It’s kind of important…”

General Sephiroth smiled in victory and chuckled. “Good.” He sat up, quickly thinking better of it as his head swam with dizziness. He lay down again for a few moments, sitting up much more slowly than before.
“Yes, let’s get going before your dumb parrot decides to ask for more food…”
Jenna narrowed her eyes as she saw the elf on the other side of the door. Snorting, she backed away from the door before she turned around to grumble out, “Couldn’t this had waited until later in the day..?”
Shaking her head, she moved to the closet so that she could toss on a robe, since she felt too lazy to get any proper clothing on. Once covered, she moved over to Kalysto once more.
“So, what do you want?”

Noemi frowned with concern as she watched the General falter. However, she didn’t move to help him. She knew the man had a great amount of pride, so she wasn’t about to push it with him. Instead, she patiently waited for him at the door. Once he was walking, she nodded and offered her hand before she moved out toward the restaurant.
Kalysto frowned back at Jenna. “How much later in the day do you want it to be? It’s already going on for 11. One more hour and it won’t even be morning any more.” He folded his arms. “I’m already packed to go. Do you want me to sit around and wait for you to decide to be ready?”

General Sephiroth grinned with great pleasure as Noemi led him down the way to the restaurant. He was quite hungry by now and was eager to go. When they had reached the restaurant, he was noticably attentive to the area around him. He smelled food cooking and his stomach audibly growled in protest.
Jenna gave Kalysto an unimpressed look. She then frowned at the elf before she held up a hand to him.
“Wait, wait. Go back…,” the sorceress requested. “You are packed and ready? What are you talking about? Why should I care that you’re packed.”

Noemi rolled her eyes as she heard the noises from the General’s stomach. Grinning, she squeezed his hand before she told the hostess to give them her regular table. Once seated, she picked up the menu so that she could browse over it.
Kalysto flicked his ears back as far as they would go now, looking particularly unimpressed with Jenna right now. He released a rather heavy sigh off the top of his lungs and crossed his arms across his chest, flicking his left ear at her again before speaking.
“I need you to make me a portal to Azeroth,” He said calmly. “I need to go back home for something. It is rather important. And if I am going to marry your daughter properly, it’s absolutely essential.”

General Sephiroth needed absolutely no encouragement whatsoever to be escorted to the table. He sat down and peered at the menu only for a brief moment before setting it aside, already knowing what he wanted.
Jenna patiently waited for the elf to explain to her what his plans were. Once he was done speaking, she nodded her head before she sighed.
“You have no capabilities of making portals on your own, right? So, that means that I need to escort you in order to help you get back, right?”

Noemi was a bit more picky concerning her food. She browsed the menu for several minutes as she decided on what to eat. Once the waiter came by, she quickly ordered an artichoke dip appetizer as well as a french onion soup. As for her main course, she decided to pick one of the new items that her crew have decided to attempt that is based off the fish available in the city down below.
The General was a little more predictable in his tastes. He had seleted a rather standard clear soup broth with vegetables in it, and Chicken Parmigiana with a heavy helping of pasta on the side. After the waitress had walked away again he stared off into the distance. He was already hungry and the fact he had to wait did not help his mood at all.

“You want to… escort me?” He blinked in confusion. “You’re right in guessing that I have no portal-making talents at all, but..” He shook his head. “You want to escort me? Are you sure about that? It’s not exactly going to be dangerous. For me anyway. But you…” He looked rather awkward.
Noemi took notice of the General’s mood. However, given all that he’s been through in the last few days, she saw no reason to correct it. He deserved the right to be cranky and hungry. Instead, she just reached over to gently caress his left hand.

Frowning in disapproval, Jenna crossed her arms before she shook her head. She reached up to rub her temple before she smoothly responded, “Yes, I should escort you. Unless you had some actual plan as to how you would be able to get back here on your own…”
She then looked over to the bed where her mate was before she frowned in thought. She then looked over at Kalysto once more.
“I’d also say that Sephiroth would come with me, since he tends to think that I can’t stay out of trouble on my own.”
Kalysto groaned. “No, leave him behind… we won’t be very long. Besides, his presence along with yours would just complicate things even more. We’re going to a place that is sacred to Sin’dorei. They’re already going to be upset with the way you look.”
Sephiroth made an incoherrent lazy sound, still very much on the ‘sleep’ side of ‘half-asleep’.

General Sephiroth kept the one hand still, rapping his other fingers on the desk. He looked around for anything to munch on. He soon spied a leftover appetizer on somebody’s table and teleported it to his hand, quickly munching on it.Jenna crossed her arms, none to impressed by Kalysto’s requests and statements. Sighing, she shook her head before she moved over to Sephiroth so that she could shake his shoulder. As much as she wanted to listen to Kalysto’s warnings, her mate’s feelings mattered more to her.
“Sephiroth still needs some input…”

Noemi gave the General a dead-pan look before she shook his head at him.
“You really shouldn’t be stealing food off of other people’s tables. Even if they are finished with the food.”
General Sephiroth frowned at Noemi. “You know what my metabolism is like.” He reminded her. “If I don’t eat properly, my body will eventually consume itself. I need a higher energy intake to fuel my body and mental abilities. My mind uses more energy than average…” He grunted. “But you knew that.”
Kalysto flicked an ear, seeming quite frustrated. “He doesn’t need to come with us… all I want to do is… well…” He sighed in exasperation. “Just go ask him, but it’s dangerous already without adding more of your kind to the equation! You’re not exactly very elf-like, you know!”Noemi rolled her eyes at the General’s statements. She then flicked at his fingers before she shook her head.
“Yes, I know that you have a high metabolism. I also know that we have food on order. Furthermore, I know that you are ingesting the germs of whoever was previously eating that food.”
Jenna groaned as she continued to shake Sephiroth in order to wake him. She then leaned down to whisper into his ear, “Hey, wake up. I need you to think for at least five minutes.”General Sephiroth shook his head. “They didn’t even touch it. They didn’t put their mouth on the food I ate anyway,” He grunted. “Besides, waste not, want not. If you are hungry on the battlefield you have to make do with what you have around you. Your food is not always going to come from little cans, you know.”

Sephiroth cracked his eyes open and grunted. “What’s wrong?” He yawned momentarily. “I’m awake now…” With some clumsy movement, he rose to his feet and then began to make his way into the bathroom.
Kalysto muttered. “This is taking far too long…”
Noemi rolled her eyes at the General once more. Sighing, she decided to give up on reasoning with him. Instead, she turned her attention to the kitchen area where there food was being prepared. Within five minutes, the appetizer came out and was placed on the table. So, she reached over to begin dipping her chips into the dip.

Jenna frowned at Kalysto’s words. She then hissed to him, “You’ll be married soon, if you go through with all of this. So, here’s a lesson you should learn well. Communication between couples is very important.”
With that said, she walked over to the bathroom so that she could talk through the door to Sephiroth.
“The elf here wants to return to his home planet for a short time to take care of business. He needs a way back, so I must accompany him. Do you want to stay here with the children or come with me?”
Sephiroth yawned again as he shut the door behind himself to give himself some privacy while he took care of personal business. “Where do I need to go, specifically?” He sighed. “I just came back from another world. I need more details, and a mission before I can decide something like that….”
General Sephiroth was rather pleased when the appetizer came out. He eagely sat still, then begin to pick at some of it, grinning.Noemi chuckled at the General’s behavior. Shaking her head, she leaned in closer to him before she whispered to him, “This food is for both of us. You’re allowed to partake of it.”
With that said, she dipped another chip into the dip before she moved it up to the General’s lips in order to offer it to him.

Jenna was not bothered by the fact that Sephiroth had shut the door behind himself. Instead, she just kept her voice loud enough that it would be easily heard, “He needs to travel to his homeworld. I’ve been there once to retrieve Desiree from there… I can say that it is full of dust… and more dust. It’s not very advanced, nor is it very clean.”
The General kept rather still and gently ate the food when it was offered to him. He was used to this kind of treatment by now and rather liked it. He gave Noemi the most content grin he could muster and reached down to take some more for himself.
“This is good.” He nodded. “I don’t think this is the rations.”

Kalysto looked rather unhappy at Jenna’s description. He folded his arms and snorted, reaching out to poke her in the side. “It is too clean. If you go to the Elven parts… some of it is horrible though. We’re not going outside of Blood Elf territory.”
Noemi loudly chuckled at the General’s proclamation. After shaking her head, she grinned at him before responding, “No, this is not rations. This is a restaurant for naval officers. We have actual chefs on board and receive real food.”

“Hrmph…,” Jenna replied to the elf’s interjection. Shaking her head, she waved him off. “Fine, fine. If you think so. It is still underdeveloped.”
She then leaned toward the bathroom door again. “So, Seph, are you staying here with the children or coming with me?”
