Jenna: *glances to the side* I.. suppose so. *shaking her head, she shifts to face Sephiroth. She then shuffles over to snuggle up against him before she begins to kiss him*
Sephiroth: *raises his head to indicate that he invites the kiss, but still doesn’t want to be pushy on her considering the circumstances right now* Just concentrate on getting rested up, hmm? I’ll take care of things that need taking care of. *moves to sit up again, then heads for the door to go take care of Alexander*
Jenna: *Frowns as Sephiroth gets up and moves away from the bed. She then visibly pouts* But… I have needs that only you can take care of.
Sephiroth: *”I’ll take care of them. But first, I am going to put the smaller offspring to bed. And reiterate a promise I made. “* *picks up Alexander and sets him down on the changing table to place a clean diaper on him before setting him down in his crib. He does the same with Iris, then leaves the room to find Dimitri and Seres*
Jenna: *makes an overly-dramatic loud hrmphing sound as Sephiroth exits the bedroom. Still, she doesn’t really bother to go after him or anything. Instead, she leans back on the bed and instead decides to make herself happy by setting her face right next to Seph’s sleeping spot*
Dimitri: *is still in the kitchen. At the moment, he’s trying to lick off every bit of ice cream left in his bowl*
Seres: *is currently in the backyard with a boy from her class. The two of them are just barely visible from the window in the kitchen, not that Seres has noticed. Seres and her friend are quite close to each other as they talk. However, by the time that Sephiroth enters the kitchen, his daughter would be leaning in to experiment with her first kiss*
Sephiroth: *wanders into the kitchen, folding his arms at Dimitri* You should take a shower and get ready for bed. You have about an hour until bed-time. Why don’t you go into your room and read or something? Just make sure you’re well-rested for tomorrow. Because I said I would take you to my workplace and I am going to uphold that. *glances out the window and bangs aggressively on the glass, nearly shattering it*
Dimitri: *sighs and sets his bowl down* Ok, Father… *he then yelps as he hears the loud bang, so he scurries out of the room so that he can take his bath*
Seres: *is so wrapped up in her first kiss that she doesn’t even notice the bang. Instead, she continues to kiss the boy, who is a year or so older than her*
Sephiroth: *bangs again on the glass, this time smashing it, cutting up his hand quite badly in the process. He makes a loud angry hissing noise and stumbles away, leaving a heavy trail of blood on the floor*
Seres: *yelps as glass splatters on her back. She then whines in pain and stares back in surprise* What? *her eyes then widen as she spots Sephiroth, so she pushes the boy away* ~Zach! Father’s hurt!~
Zach: *”Oh that’s fucking fantastic, that is! Where the hell is he?”* *directs another medical assistant to continue watching reaction changes over the DNA test he was performing. Then he runs out of the facility, running to the house. He immediately moves to Sephiroth’s location and grabs his arm and a teatowel, quickly wrapping it up in the towel* Add compression. Now. *pulls Sephiroth into the living room* What the fuck did you do to yourself? *narrows his eyes and pulls him along with him* You’re coming with me. *drags him outside and begins quickly escorting him to the clinic* *”Go tell mom that I’m taking Sephiroth to the hospital.”*
Seres: *Nervously gulps before nodding at Zach’s instructions. Soon eonough, she rushes up to her parent’s room so that she can run over to her mother’s side* Mother! Father’s hurt bad. Zach took him to the hospital!
Jenna: *initially stares at Seres as if the girl was telling her a demented joke. However, she jumps to her feet only a moment later, ignoring her remaining wooziness, before rishing to Sephiroth’s location* ~Seph, what the hell happened??~
Zach: *despite Sephiroth’s protests, he escorts him across the town and straight into the Emergency department*
Sephiroth: *grumbles as he is quickly ushered to three other employees, and lays down on an examination table, placing his hand on a raised platform so they can begin anethetizing it and performing mild surgery on it* *”My hand went through a glass window.”*
Jenna: ~What? Why the hell did your hand go through a window? What were you doing? How? Why?~ *shakes her head then barges into the hospital. She ignores any staff that gets in her way as she tries to make her way to Sephiroth*
Sephiroth: *just glares up at the ceiling as he is instructed to lie still. By the time Jenna gets to him, his hand is thoroughly numbed and four people are working around the raised platform his hand is resting on, and in the process of stitching the hand up, arguing the possibility of knocking him out to perform microsurgery* *”I don’t want to talk about that part.”*
Jenna: *Frowns as she notices the number of people in the room as she storms inside. Shaking her head, she sighs before frowning at Sephiroth* ~Why the hell is your hand a bleeding mess? What happened, Seph?~ *eyes the injury* ~And do you want me to just kill you so you don’t need to bother with them any longer?~
Sephiroth: *”I don’t advise it with all these people watching.”* *grumbles and continues to lie there as his hand is worked on, grunting as they pull on it and begin trying to immobilize it* *”If, when it heals, it doesn’t work any more, then yes, kill me then. Otherwise I should tolerate this. I’ve been sighted as being injured. It won’t take very long to heal, and I can probably get more time off work.”*
Jenna: *crosses her arms before deeply frowning* ~Fine… Though..~ *glares at the doctors* Why aren’t you idiots using materia? Certainly those stones can fix things like this? *Snorts* ~And you still need to tell me why the hell I am staring at your bleeding hand. What the hell possessed you to stick your hand through a window?~
*one of the doctors immediately replies to her* Curative materia won’t fix tendon damage. *pokes at a piece of white flesh in amongst the bleeding, grumbling to the assistants around him* If we don’t get this into theater, he’s not going to have a working thumb. *pauses* Sorry, but… prep him for surgery.
Sephiroth: *”I don’t want to talk about what led to this, Jenna. I told you that already.”*
Jenna: ~Well, as your mate and soon to be wife, I demand to know why you did this! I honestly want to know what happened. I deserve to know.~ *She then frowns at the mention of surgery* Fuck..
*one of the assistants tries to usher Jenna out of the room* You heard what the doctor said. If we want to save his hand, we need to act fast. I’m sorry about this.
Sephiroth: *growls in aggitation as one of the other assistants place a gas mask over his face to knock him out. He places up some resistance, but goes under rather quickly as the gas is turned on* *”I punched the window beca–….”*
Jenna: *grits her teeth as Seph is knocked out. She then hisses at the doctors* Idiots, that is Sephiroth. You do realize that his father used to perform unnecessary surgery on him while he was awake, right?! *Snorts in frustration then shakes her head* All of this is stupid and unneeded.
Zach: *gives Jenna a rather unhappy look and moves over to her, grasping her hands* Come on, mom. *begins trying to lead her out into the waiting room. His clothing still has Sephiroth’s blood on it, but he doesn’t seem to care very much* You might wanna clean up your kitchen. And call a glass-repair guy.
Jenna: *hisses at Zach then glares at him* Why did you bring him here?? You know as well as I do what Jenova cells can do. Even without them, you know he’s immortal! You know this, Zach. Why did you bring him here? *tries to yank her arm away, wanting to stay with Sephiroth*
Zach: *growls, holding her arms firmly* Hey come on, give me some credit, mom. Do you really think these guys are going to kill Sephiroth? Experiment on him? *shakes his head* I did the best I could considering the circumstances. You can’t fault me for that.
Sephiroth: *is covered with a warm blanket and is immediately wheeled off into the operating theater with five over dudes*
