Kalysto: *deeply frowns at her* I just got back here… *turns his attention to the water as he snags something and begins to pull the line in* You just killed a bunch of my extended family. Thanks a lot for that by the way. *glares at her angrily and reels in a large snapping fish. He torches it in the face with some quick fire magic, killing it instantly. He begins to pull it’s head off, then holds it upside-down by the tail so he can take it back with him* You can take us back when Desiree has finished sleeping.
Jenna: I told you several times that I tried not to attack anyone. They wanted to kill me? I may be immortal, but that doesn’t mean that I enjoy dying. *snorts and shakes her head. She then stands up to follow Kalysto* I had no means of knowing that there is any form of war on this planet.
Kalysto: Didn’t you even bother doing your research?? *shakes his head* Yeah, it was a totally good idea to run in and kill people for the sake of defense. *sighs* Now you’re going to have to stay here. Because they’re all going to be hostile towards you. These are very spritual folk – and while they aren’t against your magic, they’ll be against the way you used it.
Jenna: *crosses her arms* Tell me, did you do your research before appearing on Halcyon? *shakes her head* And I don’t care what they think of me. I’m going to see my daughter. I won’t attack them any further as long as they don’t try to kill me. If they do, they will know why I am known as the angel of death.
Kalysto: And if you kill another one of them, so help you… *loudly growls at her, his ears flicked back, trying to sound as threatening and angry as he possibly could* Don’t you dare touch another one of them. They’ve been through more than you know. Don’t start more shit and make it worse. I’ll bring Desiree here when she wakes up. Leave her sleeping.
Jenna: *rolls her eyes. She then suddenly lunges at Kalysto before see firmly presses the thumb and index finger of her right hand against his forehead. As soon as she does this, she casts a spell to steal his knowledge of speach. Soon after, she firmly speaks in fluent Thallasian* “I will not attack them unless they give me no other choice.”
Kalysto: *when Jenna rushes at him, his initial thought is that she is going to kill him. He squeezes his eyes shut and tenses, but when Jenna steals his language, he seems more confused and offended than anything else* They’re going to see you as a threat now, BECAUSE you walked straight in there and attacked them. Are you blind!?
Jenna: Correction, they attacked me. How many times do I need to emphasize that first I had a sword nearly an inch away from my nose before I attacked back. *Shakes her head. She then shifts into her hybrid form* If I really meant them harm, I would have stormed in there like this.
Kalysto: *glares at her* Stay the fuck out of the village then. You’re going to kill any of them if they threaten or hurt you so just… stay out. You can’t be trusted not to hurt them. *folds his arms* You’re not going to listen to me either.
Jenna: *shifts back to her natural form then copies Kalysto’s stance* No, I’m not going to listen to you. Now, may I see my daughter? If you don’t escort me, I’ll just track her down myself.
Kalysto: Are you not listening to me!? I said no! *glares* She’s in my tent – I’ve told you three fucking times. And she’s staying there until she wakes up, which I’ve told you more than once too. And I’ve also said you’re not going back to the village. You can damn well wait until she wakes up. I’m not saying it again.
Jenna: *coldly glares at Kalysto. She then snorts at him before making her way toward where she can sense Desiree once more*
Kalysto: *sharply grabs her arm, having been very serious in his demands before* Fucking… no! NO! *growls* Do you want me to kick your ass? I said you’re not going back there! Don’t make me use force against you, because I will if you ignore me.
Jenna: *coldly chuckles at the elf* Boy, you can’t kick my ass either with your magic or your physique. *she then yanks him toward her as she grasps onto her arm* You shouldn’t make threats to those that can easily outclass you.
Kalysto: *aggressively grabs her by the shoulders, turning her around to face him, yelling at her now* I said you’re not going back to the village and I am NOT FUCKING KIDDING! I don’t WANT YOU to murder anybody else! You want to ignore that!? Do you want to be incinerated!? I FUCKING SAID NO!
Jenna: *looks him over for a few moments, judging his size. She then yanks him into her arms and just continues on her way* I’ve been burnt on the stake. That sort of threat isn’t very threatening to me. *she presses him against herself in an attempt to limit his arm movements*
Kalysto: *aggressively shoves her away, pinning his ears back, growling angrily, on the verge of losing it* You’re not going to murder anyone else! Why the fuck won’t you listen to me?! I said no, so don’t fucking do it!
Jenna: *drops Kalysto as he shoves himself away. She then shrugs* My priority is my family. As I said, I have no intentions of killing anyone else. *glaring at him* And I won’t let you stop me. *With that, she continues toward the tent*
Kalysto: *glares heavily at Jenna, then makes a snort at her, turning his back. He begins to walk back to the ocean, muttering angrily* Have at it then… take your damn daughter and fuck off. Get lost. Don’t come back. *picks up the fishing pole once he is back on the beach, packing up the rest of the stuff left there before*
Jenna: ~Desiree loves you, and you love her. I am no fool. I am not about to take her away without you.~ *as long as she has no strong opposition, she soon enters Arte’s tent. Once inside, she looks over at Desiree before moving to sit down next to the girl*
Kalysto: *”You are not even reasonable so you don’t deserve any further audience with me!”* *growls and places on the rest of his clothes, heading north away from the village* *”Just take her with you and get the fuck out. Now shut up. Stop talking to me.”*
Zulmire: *shifts back slightly, keeping his attention on the floor, sighing*
Arte: *seems rather nervous when Jenna walks into the tent and moves outside to check on the food* “Ey, mon. This crap nearly be ready.”
Jenna: ~I am being peaceful. No more of your kin has died. I think it is you who is being unreasonable.~ *shakes her head as she senses that Kalysto is moving away from the village* ~What sort of fool leaves behind the one that he cares for?~ *crosses her arms and just silently sits there*
Desiree: *Groans and shivers in her sleep, feeling a bit feverish. At the moment, she isn’t close to waking up at all. She also mutters Kalysto’s name from time to time as she sleeps*
Kalysto: *”Bullshit. Are those people going to come back? No, they’re not! And for what, because they threatened you? What even makes you think you have any right to be there? And what pisses me off even more? I’m powerless to do anything against you. So you can FUCK OFF.”* *growls* *”Yeah. You can take your damn daughter and piss off. I don’t want to have anything to do with you after what you did!”*
Jenna: *narrows her eyes at Kalysto’s ranting. She then sends him a very clear mental impression of the things that she’s seeing from Desiree* ~She clearly wants a lot to do with you.~
