Kalysto: Oh, so you do want to go find a bar? *grins suddenly* Excellent. Though I don’t know where you plan to find one around here. Or anywhere else for that matter. You don’t know this world for shit and neither do I. *Sighs and shakes his head* Where do we start looking?
Desiree: *Glances toward where she can sense the alien. She then grasps onto Kalysto’s arm* I don’t know, but I know I don’t want to try here… *scowling, she looks around and makes certain that Kalysto’s belongings are in her sub-space pocket if they are not on his person. She then concentrates and manages to teleport the two of them to another mass of life that she can sense, which happens to be Wutai*
Kalysto: *eyes off the new town with an air of disdain, not liking it’s overall look* Ugh, humans… humans and their archaic architectural design. *sniffs the air* At least it doesn’t smell like excrement or decay here. *glances around* This place is much better than the garbage city.
Desiree: *Frowns at him then sighs. At the moment, her eyes are quite blood-shot and she looks like she’s ready to drop at any moment. However, she stays standing mostly because she’s more afraid of the alien that she sensed than anything.* Whine, whine, whine… *frowning, she keeps a grip on Kalysto’s arm and drags him in toward the city. She then notices the faint hint of alcohol and begins to follow the scent to the Turtle’s Paradise*
Kalysto: *smirks at Desiree’s attitude* Ah, there you go. You do have some balls to say what you think to me. I’m getting better with teaching you already. *reaches over to pat her arm* Good going. Hey, speaking of going… where are we going? *follows her dragging, curious. When she drags him to the Turtle’s Paradise he looks very pleased* Holy hell. *looks up at the street banner, very pleased* Did I die and go to heaven?
Desiree: There… a bar… *stops dragging him at the doors to the Turtle’s Paradise. She then finally gives in to her exhaustion and passes out right there and then*
Kalysto: *glances down at Desiree, then sighs* Weirdo. **drags her back outside and heads for the local inn, abusing his imp to steal money for him. Once he has ordered a room, he sets Desiree down on a bed in there before summoning his Felhunter to keep a watch over her while he goes back out to the Turtle’s Paradise to drink*
Desiree: *remains passed out and motionless on the bed for several good hours*
Reno: *is currently in the Turtle’s Paradise with Rude. The two of them have been enjoying a round of drinks. However, when Kalysto comes into the room, Rude nudges Reno’s arm and nods toward the elf* Huh? *frowns and glances over at Kalysto*
Kalysto: *glances at Reno idly, then takes a seat at the bar, flipping some gil onto the counter* Give me something hard. And then leave the bottle. *readjusts his hat and hunches in his barstool, trying to look inconspicuous*
Reno: *yawns and looks over at Rude* Off duty. Don’t care. Anyway, we’d get slammed so hard for spying on the boss’s daughter now. You remember his temper, right? *shakes his head* Now, buy us more drinks, yo!
Rude: *grunts then waves a waitress over to his table*
Kalysto: *subtly rotates an ear towards Reno’s conversation, but otherwise remains still, idly poking at his glass. He downs it in one gulp after a moment before pouring himself another. He is intent to remain still and listen, curious to see what Reno is talking about*
Rude: *nods as the waitress comes over* Another round for my companion here. Also, a glass of the “Reno special” just for him. *he nods toward Reno. For the time being, it doesn’t seem that the two fo them are paying any attention to Kalysto any longer*
Kalysto: *sniffs the air, curious to see if he can pick anything up that way. He shrugs and resumes his drinking, not seeming interested in the men any longer if they aren’t going to talk about a subject that interests him, or a subject that he would want to eavesdrop in on*
*After a few hours, a waitress moves up to the stool where Kalysto is sitting, she then sets down a drink that looks rather dirty and softly speaks to him* Compliments of the gentlemen from ShinRa there. *she nods to the TURKs*
Kalysto: *by now, he is already pretty blind and near falling asleep on the counter. When the waitress hands him the drink, he picks it up and begins to sip on it, but by that point he is not feeling very well. Despite this, he drinks it down anyway, then rests his head on the bar, deciding to rest for a bit before stumbling back to his room*
Reno: *yelps as Rude whacks his arm again, having been more than content to relax and daze off earlier. He then frowns at his companion* Yo, shtop doing thaa. *shakes his head then allows it to roll back again as he slumps in his chair yet again*
Rude: *appears to be rather sober and shakes his head at Reno, he then gets to his feet and walks over to Kalysto* Do you need assistance?
Kalysto: *makes a weak sound as Rude talks to him* Huhhnnn.. *raises his head up off the counter* You said.. ass… *smirks weakly, then lowers his head again, waving his hand* No… I’m alright… I just…. *hiccups* Leave me to die here. *smiles* I’m happy.
Rude: *Grunts at Kalysto’s crassness. However, having been used to his fellow TURKs, he chooses to ignore it. Instead, he just adjusts his sunglasses for a moment* I see. Tell me, where is the girl who is usually with you? The last man who reported on her stated they had her location in Midgar.
Kalysto: Girl…? She ain’t no girl, man… she is 100% certified woman. *begins to make a throaty purr, stumbling to his feet* She… I don’t know. *thinks for a few moments, then makes an uncomfortable sound, placing a hand on his stomach* Felhunter’s guarding her. At the inn… *points out the door, and to the town’s inn* She was tired… then I put her there. Then I… *grins proudly* I got smashed off my face.
Rude: *crosses his arms, not seeming too impressed with Kalysto at the moment* I see. This bar is going to close in an hour. You may want to return to where you left the General’s daughter. It will not be pleasant for either of us if you permit for her to get harmed while she is under your care. *with that, he gets up and moves to pick Reno up off his chair*
Kalysto: *seems offended* She’s not going to get harmed under my care. She’s got.. a… F.. *makes a gagging sound, then begins to stumble around before running for the door, throwing up on the ground outside*
Rude: *simply passes by Kalysto as he leads Reno away from the bar. The pair of TURKs make their way to a house that the group as a whole has rented for years since the TURKs tend to Wutai to drink*
Kalysto: *looks up at them, weary as he watches them leave. After some time he recovers from his ordeal and slowly stumbles back to the inn, bumping into walls as he makes his way to the room he booked out for the night. Once in the room, he practically collapses on the bed beside Desiree, falling asleep face down on his pillow within moments*
Desiree: *remains out of it herself well into morning. Finally, she wakes up and groans at the headache that she currently has. Gripping onto her forehead, she slowly sits up then looks about the room* Ugg…
Jenna: *Is currently awake in Mideel. As of right now, she has her bottle of medication that Sephiroth had aquired for her in her hand and is staring at all the warnings* Is this thing going to help.. or kill.. me?
