Kalysto: *”How does that even work? I like my demon overlord when he’s not trying to preach how worthless I am. Before any of this mess began, he wasn’t actually that bad. Well, as good as a demon overlord can be… somehow.”* *sighs* *”You wouldn’t understand it because you don’t think like that. But how would we destroy him and take his power?”*
Desiree: “My mother would know how to do that sort of thing.. I’m cer-” *stops and frowns in thought* “My mother..” *she begins thinking about the spell that Jenna had used on Sephy when she left him for eight years* “Could we do that to him? It’ll leave your body free for you. He’ll still live and be accessible..”
Kalysto: *”I don’t really know. I suppose so. You should ask her and try it, even if you don’t like her very much. That actually sounds like a very good idea…”*
Rhyderi: *keeps Kalysto’s body pinned to the floor and raises his hands up, casting an exorcism spell on the demon in an attempt to both purge it and cause it extreme pain*
Desiree: *yelps as she notices what Rhyderi is doing. She then tries to grasp onto his hands* We don’t want to kill it… Please, just wait a moment. *she then scowls* “I don’t need her!” *recalls all the times that she had stared at the exact spell that Jenna had used on Sephiroth. She had gone looking for it as a child and managed to find it. However, she was too powerless to do anything about the spell at that time, so she only committed it to memory* We need something… A gem, a knife.. Something..
Rhyderi: If it’s the cause of… everything… then I can prevent it from getting worse. *allows her to stop him, but gives her a rather annoyed glance* Do you want all of this to continue? For as long as that demon resides in my brother’s body, tormenting his damned soul, then none of this will go away. It is my responsibility to remove threats and protect those who are weaker than me.
Kalysto: *”Pry through my robe’s pockets if you want. If you can find my lapis philosophorum, use that. Or my wand… assuming he hasn’t lost all of my shit already.”*
Desiree: *her thoughts momentarily dwell on the other probable definition of wand. However, she quickly shakes her head and glares pointedly at Rhyderi* We can take care of this without killing him. *she then kneels down and begins to dig through Kalysto’s robes. Since she has no idea what a lapis philosophorum is, she decides to look for his wand. After a few moments, she pulls out what she believes to be the said wand*
Kalysto: *takes note *”Very funny, Desiree. It wasn’t meant to be a double-entendre at all. I actually have a wand in my robe which can be used to fire at things. And no, that wasn’t meant to be a double-entendre either.”* *pauses, watching her pull it out* *”Yeah, that’s it. can you put the demon’s soul in that?”*
Rhyderi: If you can cleanse the demon away altogether, my brother will be on a much faster recovery route. *sighs* His chosen path is an affront to our entire bloodline.
Desiree: *glares at Rhyderi* His path isn’t that bad.. *She shakes her head then studies the wand. Soon enough she nods* “Yes, I’m certain of it. I studied that spell for so long..” *she sighs then closes her eyes. Soon enough, she begins using her psychic powers to create the runes needed to cast the spell. Thus, the figures and drawings would start forming in a cirlcle around Bael* Rhyderi, you might want to move.. *soon enough, she begins softly speaking the words to the sould transference spell, keeping her focus on moving Bael into the wand*
Rhyderi: *stares at the imagery that begins to circle the demon-elf, then steps back, not wanting to get in the way at all* You’re one of them, aren’t you? You’re just as bad as the next one… *scowls, shaking his head* This surely goes against everything the light encourages.
Kalysto: *despite his wanting to tell Rhyderi to shut up, he says nothing through Desiree’s concentration process, not wanting her to screw it up*
Desiree: *Remains focused on her task and completely ignores Kalysto’s thoughts and Rhyderi’s words. After a few minutes, she finishes the spell and seals off Bael within the wand. Grinning, she opens her eyes and looks at Kalysto’s body* I did it… *lowers her head and groans, since now she’s extremely tired out and still has a hangover* “Go get your body..”
Kalysto: *”I’m still stuck in yours. This is going to sound very weird, but… it would actually help me a lot if you lay ontop of my corpse. The less distance, the better.”*
Rhyderi: *stares down at the body on the floor as it stops breathing* Whatever you just did… fix it now…
Desiree: *grumbles at Rhyderi* We’re working on it.. Just stay put. *groans and slowly pushes herself up a bit, she then crawls over to Kalysto’s body before narrowing her eyes in thought* “Maybe this will look less strange to your brother… I don’t know.” *she then lowers herself down to kiss Kalysto’s corpse*
Kalysto: *”Yeah, that’s not going to be perceived as weird. At all.”* *phase shifts out of her body, perhaps leaving behind a rather blank feeling. His spirit joins the Astral plane shortly thereafter, and within the next few minutes, his corpse’s chest begins slowly breathing on the floor*
Rhyderi: *stares at Desiree, then down at the corpse, though he never removes his boot*
Desiree: *frowns at the numb feeling that Kalysto leaves behind. As soon as she feels his breath against her face, though, she pulls away from him. She then tries to stand up. However, due to all the things that have affected her recently, she is so tired out, disoriented, and uncoordinated that she just crumbles down onto the ground instead*
Kalysto: *at first, he does nothing. Very slowly though, he begins to come around. The first sound he makes is a groan, and then he tries to push Desiree off him, wanting to sit up. He doesnt get very far though, with his brother’s plated-boot resting on his chest*
Rhyderi: *just stays still for the time being, very mistrusting of the entire scene*
Desiree: *wouldn’t be too hard to push off since she’s not even bothering trying to move at all at the moment. In fact, she would appear to be rather pale at the moment since she’s so drained. After a moment though, she flinches a bit and mutters* Shut up..
Rhyderi: *nudges Kalysto with his boot, then finally removes it, glancing down at Desiree* I didn’t say anything. Do you require assistance? *reaches down to grab her arm with his own hand, then tries to pull her to her feet*
Desiree: *is rather limp and languish when Rhyderi pulls her to her feet. However, rather than trying to stand, she just falls into him. Meanwhile, her eyes blindly stare ahead, for at the moment, her thoughts are on Jenova’s call since she’s so tired out that she can’t put up many defenses against it* I don’t want to go… *In addition, her pupils have slit to a nearly invisible then line, almost looking like a frightened kitten’s eyes*
Rhyderi: *quietly sighs at Desiree’s behaviour. He picks her up with almost no effort despite her size, then lays her down on the bed, pulling the covers over her* Nothing is going to happen here while I am around. *furrows his brow* You should sleep, and relax, if you can.
Desiree: *gives Rhyderi no resistance as he lays her down. However, as soon as she’s on the bed, she curls up and whimpers. She also softly mutters under her breath, however, few of the words are intelligible*
Rhdyeri: *sighs at Desiree’s behaviour and pulls up a chair, sitting down on it. He folds his arms and turns his attention toward the doorway, keeping an eye on things while Sephiroth and Jenna are off doing their thing*
Dimitri: *has wandered away from the stairs and is currently standing next to Kalysto and staring at him, mostly because the elf is still on the floor. After a moment, he reaches down to nudge his shoulder*
Jenna: *happily keeps her grip on Sephiroth, whether he complains about it or not, as she flies up to the Northern Crater. As she approaches the crater, though, she spreads open her wings in order to slow her progress* So…?
Sephiroth: So, what? *has since cuddled up against her partially for warmth and partially to be close to somebody. He has also tried to streamline with her body to lessen the effects of wind burn and to make her flight easier* What do you want me to do? I am comfortable here, don’t make me move just yet.
Kalysto: *Is still in the process of waking up after his ‘death’ and so does nothing for the time being, save for a pathetic groan when poked*
Jenna: *flaps her wings from time to time in order to keep herself hovering above the crater. She then looks down at him and chuckles* Some warrior you are. *she gives him a lopsided grin as she reaches with her right hand to gently massage the back of his scalp. She then turns her attention toward the crater and frowns* Well.. I see at least one of those clones.
Dimitri: *flaps his wings in frustration as Kalysto refuses to move. He then leans in to cup his hands over Kalysto’s nose and mouth*
Sephiroth: *makes a gentle contented sound as Jenna massaged his scalp, grunting shortly thereafter* This is a rather unusual thing to do over a giant gaping crater, don’t you think. So… *glances down at the clone, trying to determine whom it is exactly* What do we do now?
Kalysto: *makes a soft coughing noise and flails his arm, reaching up to shove Dimitri’s hand away from his mouth* St.. stop it…
