Zulmire: *frowns at Jenna’s description* So yeh just want me to watch over dem den? What am I supposed to do when something happens to them? I dunno what to do wif dem. Are they gonna get sick?
Sephiroth: *”I can catch him, but…”* *sighs in irritation and flies after Rhyderi* *”The children are more important.”*
Jenna: *gives Zulmire a saddened look then shakes her head* No, I do not believe they will get any more sick than what they already are… You’ll see. *She moves toward the doorway* Please, just follow me. Sometimes, seeing a situation is easier than hearing someone try to explain it. ~Desiree is one of our children, though. Did you not want that elf out of her?~
Zulmire: Okey-dokey. *moves out of the room, following Jenna down the stairs shortly thereafter* If you know of it, why can’t you do any’tin for it? Surely y’ can fix it if you know what the cause o’ teh problem is. Surely. No?
Sephiroth: *”I do, but… the children are more important than one selfish teenager. Wouldn’t you agree?”*
Jenna: *groans in frustration. She then furiously shakes her head* ~Seph, you are wasting more time arguing with me than you would just going out and assisting that elf. How much trouble could those elves gotten into?~ *she then snorts* We are going to kill the source of the problem. However, I need someone to watch over the children while we do that.
Zulmire: Well I c’n do it, but I don’t reckon you picked th’ right one for th’ job, mon. Kids an’ me… we get along, but is mostly ‘dem pushin me over. I ain’t got it in meh to be very forceful wif ‘dem.
Sephiroth: *”If one of them got their soul stuck in Desiree, I can’t even picture what happened to the other one. Or the first one’s body for that matter. Who cares, I am following the other one like you wanted me to. I don’t know how long his issue is going to take so I cannot give a time estimate.”*
Jenna: Hrmph, with luck, all you’ll need to do is sit there and wait. *she enters her bedroom. She then looks about the area* It seems like they are still in their rooms, so there should be no issue. ~I am not expecting one, Seph.~
Sephiroth: *”Good because I can’t give you one.”* *continues to follow Rhyderi, catching up to the dragon and the rider. He grabs onto the dragon’s tail, making it loudly screech in surprise, causing the trio to fall otu of the sky*
Rhyderi: *yelps in a panic* What are you doing!?
Sephiroth: I am coming with you.
Zulmire: *glances around the area, then nods his head* I’ll be keepin’ ‘dem occupied. *raises a hand and morphs himself back into his wolf form, then wanders after Dimitri* *”Go do what you need to.”*
Dimitri: *blinks and stares at the wolf as he’s heading toward him. He then yelps and flares out his wings* No tasty. Go away.
Jenna: *nods in approval* Good. And I shouldn’t say occupied. Just need to make certain that they don’t get themselves into trouble.
Seferia: *was scouting the ocean for fish to eat at the time that Sephiroth and Rhyderi begin to fall out of the air. At first, she only turns her head to look at them. However, she soon soars over to them before gliding under the dragon to help right its position* ~Foolishness.~
Zulmire: *lowers his head, trying to wordlessly convey that he’s neither a threat, nor is he going to eat the boy. Once close enough, he sits on his haunches and gently sniffs the boy’s feet, wagging his tail*
*the bronze dragon seems freaked out at the larger dragon being nearby but adjusts its flight trajectory with its wings* *”The only foolish one is the man that grabs my tail and takes me off balance! I can only handle one passenger at a time!”*
Rhyderi: *stares at the giant dragon and yelps* A member of the Black Dragonflight is here!? Move! *pokes the drake, trying to get her to fly faster*
Dimitri: *slowly relaxes his wings. After staring at Zulmire for several moments, he sneaks over to the wolf before gently tugging at his fur* Soft..
Seferia: ~Hrmph… Passengers.~ *she then tilts her head as she hears Rhyderi’s comments. Narrowing her eyes, she snorts* ~I am a black dragon. However, I have never heard of anything called a dragonflight. No matter. You are no longer diving into the water.~ *with that, she veers off to continue looking for fish*
Zulmire: *sits very still, allowing Dimitri to poke and prod at him to satisfy his curiousity* *”I should hope so. I feed myself very well.”* *wags his tail* *”I won’t bite you, mon. Go ahead and pat me if you want. I’m going to take care of you for a while. Would you like that?”*
Rhyderi: *taps the drake, steering her towards Seferia* Thank you! Who are you and what is your name? And can I help you at all? Seems only right.
Sephiroth: Stop wasting time and get on with finding this other stupid elf!!
Seferia: *flares out her wings to stop her progression in the air. She then twists to face Rhyderi as she hovers in the air* ~My name is Seferia. I need no assistance.~ *she then focuses on Sephiroth* ~I would dare say that your partner wishes for you to move on.~
Rhyderi: I can see that, but he is an impatient cranky person and he can wait while I talk about you. *grins* If you do not need assistance, perhaps you would like to help me? I am in persuit of my brother… or my brother’s corpse anyway. A demon is parading around with it and he must be stopped.
Sephiroth: Will you shut up and move?!
Seferia: ~And… this issue with your brother and a demon concerns me? For what reason should I abandon my duties to my queen to assist you?~ *she narrows her eyes* ~Are you not the useless elf that was with us when we attacked the soul-drainer?~
Rhyderi: Useless? Not I… I stayed to help. We were successful in our assault – how could you call me useless? *lowers his head, looking saddened* So you do not want to help?
Sephiroth: *growls* No she does not, she’s a stupid selfish dragon. Now get moving!
Seferia: *Growls at Sephiroth’s words. She then spits out a small fireball toward him, thought it’s mroe of a warning than an actual attack.* ~Your contributions were minimal at best. Hence, yes, of little use.~ *she narrows her eyes* ~Hrmph, very well, I shall assist you. However, do not make me regret this choice.~
Rhyderi: *gives Sephiroth a very smug victorious smirk, then lightly chuckles and shakes his head* You needn’t continue with your hostile anger. The light and politeness shall always prevail. *pats his drake and continues to lead the way with her*
Sephiroth: *just continues to hold onto the dragon’s tail as Seferia spits fire at him. He glares hard at her when the fireball strikes him and loudly snarls* Moron. Dragons… all of you are stupid. *snorts*
Seferia: *growls then swoops in the bite down on Sephiroth, though it’s more of a move to hold him in his mouth. Upon clamping down on him, she follows after Rhyderi. For the most part, she has no intentions of eating Sephiroth, yet, but she does fully intend to have her teeth pressed up against his spine for the remainder of the trip*
Sephiroth: *growls heavily at Seferia and attempts to attack her jaw and gums with his fists, punching her as best as he can manage while restricted in his movements* Let go of me! Your breath smells even worse than your attitude!
Rhyderi: *softly chuckles to himself at Sephiroth’s predicament and his complaint* Mind you don’t eat him, Black Dragon. I don’t imagine that humans taste very nice. They certainly haven’t got a good odour about them… *continues to guide the bronze drake north, soon approaching the Northern Continent* He’s here, I can feel it in my blood…
Seferia: *releases seferal warning growls as Sephiroth punches her gums. She then tightens up her jaw to press her teeth against Sephiroth even more* ~Humans do not have a disagreeable taste. However, in most cases, they do not have enough flesh to be worth more than a snack.~
Rhyderi: Fortunately for me, my armor prevents me from being chewed up by any dragons of your size and calibre. *guides the dragon to the ground, then dismounts it, patting the drake’s snout before telling her to return to where she came from* He’s close… I’d wager he is in the small town ahead.
Sephiroth: Go to hell!
Seferia: *Swoops down as she spots the elf’s descent. A bit before she would have landed, she rears her head back before violently spitting Sephiroth down onto the ground. She also makes a point of sending some saliva with him as she ejects him from her mouth. She then thumps onto the ground and shakes herself off* ~Vermin.~
Sephiroth: *once he has been spat out onto the ground, he immediately swings around to face her, loudly growling in anger. He raises a hand and flings a destructive ball of energy at her maw, very much wanting to blow her up at the moment*
Rhyderi: *yells at Sephiroth for his behaviour and very quickly pushes him to the ground in order to stop him* Hey, stop that! You’re not here to start fights! I’m very grateful for the help and you are not going to ruin it!
Seferia: *jerks back as the ball strikes her jaw. She then furiously shakes her head before loudly growling at Sephiroth. She spreads out her wings and hisses at him* ~Putrid human.~ *despite her anger, she holds back upon noticing that Rhyderi is trying to intervene*
Sephiroth: *growls at Rhyderi and sweeps a leg at him, tripping him up, causing him to crash down into the snow* Ungrateful moron. *moves to his feet, dusting himself off* I am not a piece of meat that can be just carried around. If I’m going to be treated like that, then you can forget it. *turns his back on them and begins to storm off*
Rhyderi: *spits snow out of his mouth after falling over. He sits up again and quietly sighs as he watches the other depart, lowering his head before moving to his feet again*
