Kadaj: *Growls in irritation as Sephiros resists against him. He even falters to the ground for a moment as Sephiros lashes back at him. Still, he remains focused on his goal and continues trying to break Sephiros’s mind*
Sephiros: *growls* *”Bite… me…”* *snarls and stumbles back as the last of his resistances begin to faulter. Soon enough he would be a mindless passive slave of Kadaj*
Kadaj: *stumbles up to his feet, clutching onto his forehead. He then looks over at Sephiros and grins* Mother needs us, big brother. Help us free her. *grinning, he move closer to the older man* Release her from the Planet’s guardian, and we will release your mind.
Sephiros: *says nothing as he pushes out at Kadaj, trying to shove him away. He pays the younger male no further regard as he moves into the air, flying off towards the Northern crater*
Kadaj: *grunts as he’s shoved to the side. He then shakes his head before grumbling* At least he’s loyal now. *with that, he leaps into the air and begins to follow after Sephiros*
Yazoo: *taps his foot against the rock that he’s been sitting on as he ponders over his situation. After another moment, he raises his gun before firing at the lifestream again. This time, he does it in a manner that should make some of the green liquid splash up on the elf’s feet and legs*
Sephiros: *does not pay Kadaj any attention as he flies north towards the crater. Unless he is specifically disrupted, he would not stop*
Kalysto: *makes the demonic rumbling sound again* *”Do not make me break forth from my phsycal vessel and destroy you.”* *flares out his wings, materializing them now*
Yazoo: *tilts his head at the wings that are appearing on Kalysto* Hmm… Intersting indeed. *shrugging, he fires at the lifestream once more before casting a ensuna spell on Kalysto in an attempt to wake up the elf* Asleep or awake, you’ll still be bait.
Kalysto: *is rather groggy as he wakes up. He blearily stares ahead of him, then frowns as he discovers that he can’t move very much. He looks down at the Lifestream, then over at Yazoo, narrowing his eyes as he takes note of the male, and his species* What are you doing to me…?
Yazoo: Hmm…? *looks over at Kalysto then chuckles* Oh, I’m not doing much of anything. *he stands up and hops over to another rock* Your energy is quite unique. Haven’t felt anything like it before. *he then shrugs* Doesn’t matter much. As long as the planet thinks you’re a threat.. *he then fires once more at the lifestream in order to splash a bit more of the liquid on Kalysto*
Kalysto: Why the fuck are you trying to do that to me…? *glares hard at the male, then turns his head away, flicking his ears back. He glances back at his hands, pondering a way to escape* And what do you think tying me up here will do?
Yazoo: *releases a faint chuckle at Kalysto’s questions* Oh, don’t worry, I’m not about to harm you. All I want is for this planet to concentrate its defenses on a source of corrupted energy. Something that isn’t myself or my brothers. *he grins* Then, we can free mother from this planet’s guardian while it busies itself with you.
Kalysto: *glances down at the liquid* You know an overabundance of that stuff will kill me, right? Then you won’t acheive anything. *narrows his eyes* Come on. I have no respect for the harmony and balance between the darkness and the light. I’ve seen hell. I’m a damn Warlock for godsakes. Surely I’m more useful to you while alive.
Yazoo: Actually, no. You’re nothing. *he grins and charges up one of his materia orbs. Soon enough, he fires an energy spell off at the lifestream, making the orb created by the spell explode on the lifestream right below Kalysto*
Kadaj: *finally makes it back to the Northern Crater. He then grunts and looks toward Sephiros* ~Find that WEAPON that is holding mother captive. Free her by whatever means necessary.~ *He then looks at Loz* Where is Yazoo?
Kalysto: What makes you think that’s going to do anything? If you want the planet to get aggrivated with you, what do you think a couple of bullets and some pissy little explosions are going to do? *slowly shakes his head* And what makes you think your actions are going to make it angry with me? Hm?
Sephiros: *”I don’t take orders from you.”* *smirks and flies over the crater, stopping as he scans out the location. He dips down, descending to the area where the WEAPON has gone dormant, and then he raises a hand, charging a large psychic blast at it’s face*
Yazoo: Ah, this planet is known to be quite idiotic. I have little doubt that it’ll concentrate on the nearest threat. *he then fires at the wire that is keeping Kalysto suspended, which makes him dip a few inches closer to the lifestream* Of course, I could just do that.
Kadaj: *grunts at Sephiros’s statement. Still, he is more than glad to summon another Bahamut to assist with the assault*
Kalysto: *glances down at the Lifestream* You know, if you’re trying to scare me, it’s really not working. *turns his attention up to the wire* If you want to just cut it, do it now. *shrugs his shoulders and turns his attention away again, looking unimpressed* It makes little difference to me if you kill me or not. But whatever you’re trying to do, I don’t think it’s working.
*there is a loud roar deep within the crater nearby as Sephiros’s blast awakens the dormant WEAPON. It promptly stomps out of the place it burrowned into and leaps into the air, fanning out it’s massive wings*
Yazoo: *Glances down at the lifestream and narrows his eyes* Yes.. I suppose you are right. Idiotic Cetras.. *shrugging, he raises his gun once more, focusing his aim on the wire that is suspending Kalysto. Just as he fires off his shot, the entire area shakes due to the movements of the WEAPON up above. Thus, the wire is not cleanly severed by the bullet. Still, the bullet does hit the wire and weaken it even further. Meanwhile, Yazoo grunts and then rushes out to try to find the now active WEAPON*
Kadaj: *Grins as he watches the WEAPON become enraged. Soon enough, he commands his summon to start blasting at the creatures back while he charges a fire spell to send at the beast*
Kalysto: *watches Yazoo run out of the area and rolls his eyes, glancing off to the side* Amateur. *begins to rock his head back and forth to create a pendulum movement with his body in the rope. Once he has enough momentum, he begins to do it with his entire self*
Sephiros: *while the WEAPON is rising, he concentrates another large blast at it’s eyes, attempting to blind it*
*The WEAPON makes a loud screech as it’s eyes are attacked and it rears back, opening it’s maw to charge it’s large beam-breath weapon*
*the wire that is holding Kalysto suspended barely has any threads left at all. So, each time he swings, it threatens to drop him even closer into the lifestream. In fact, probably by the time that he’s fully moving, he’d basically be dunking himself into the lifestream with each swing, if not skimming it*
Kadaj: *hisses and quickly strafes to the side in order to avoid any of the beams coming from the weapon. He then narrows his eyes* ~Mother, do you have any suggestions as to where to attack this beast?~
Kalysto: *continues to swing the rope back and forth, attempting to reach the edge of the Lifestream. His plan backfires though as the last of the rope gives, causing him to fall into the Lifestream*
Jenova: *”At it’s joints – it’s armored hide is thicker than you could comprehend, you stupid pathetic child.”* *hisses*
Kadaj: *grits his teetch at Jenova’s insults toward him. However, he quickly barks at Sephiros* Concentrate your attacks on the joints! *with that, he fires off a lightning spell at the WEAPON’s left shoulder joint. Meanwhile, he continues to command the summoned Bahamut to attack the WEAPON’s head and torso*
Desiree: *Sighs to herself, getting rather bored. At this point, she’s spending more time glancing at the doorway than looking at her book or any of the spirits that are chattering away near her*
Sephiros: *”I don’t take orders from you.”* *flies at the stomach of the WEAPON, trying to breach a hole in it’s armor*
Kadaj: *grits his teeth in annoyance. He then growls* At least he’s helping mother.. *he then flings a fire-spell at the WEAPON’s right eye*
Desiree: *groans wtih boredom* Damn.. *sighing, she decides to push herself out of bed. After a moment of fighting back the slight wave of pain from this movement, she begins walking to Kalysto’s new laboratory room* Kalysto?
*there is no sign of the Blood Elf in the alchemical laboratory. However, there are vague signs of a struggle, and remnants of fel-blood are on the floor*
*the WEAPON screeches in torment and blasts it’s maw-beam off in the first direction that it’s head faces after the Fire spell is launched on it*
Sephiros: *snarls* You idiot! We want to kill it, not murder everything here in the process! *rises up once the WEAPON has been essentially blinded and begins trying to pry open it’s jaw*
Desiree: *blinks and squints as she tries to look for a sign of anything moving in the darkness. She then shakes her head* Kalys- *she then yelps as she steps into the spilt felblood* What..? *frowning as her eyes finally focus enough for her to notice the signs of the struggle, she shakes her head and whimpers* ~Kalysto??~
Kadaj: *hisses and quickly drops from his previous position in order to avoid the blast. He then glares at Sephiros* I do not need to hear you criticize how I fight. *he then moves off to the other side and focuses another fireball on the WEAPON’s second eye*
