Kalysto: *”I think I will do that… I don’t really want excrement everywhere every couple of hours.”* *frowns* *”I don’t know what the troll did. I’m assuming he just let her run around and go anywhere. Considering they were outside and everything…”*
Desiree: *shivers once more and closes her eyes* ~Yea, that’s likely. I’m certain you’ll figure out something, Kalysto. You’re rather smart.~ *curls up, trying to keep warm. She then concentrates on watching the waves as she waits, as she said she’d do in the letter*
Kalysto: *”Indeed, I will.”* *grabs some of the cloth diapers out of the closet and carries them to his room so he can begin working on them* *”Just what are you doing right now, anyway?”*
Desiree: ~Oh… Nothing. I’m just having some alone time. Don’t worry. I’ll come back home before it gets too late. Enjoy the time, Kalysto. I know how much you like having time just for yourself.~ *sighs before glancing down at the staff she’s still holding. Soon enough, she brings it up to her face so she can inspect it and try to occupy her mind away from the cold of the night*
Kalysto: *”Seriously though, what are you doing?”*
Droozun: *suddenly begins to try and pull on Desiree’s life force, loudly shrieking at her to try and get her attention. The demon seems rather distressed and upset, and because Desiree is closer, she is being pulled at right now*
Desiree: ~I’m just enjoying the scenery. Seriously, Kalysto. Don’t worry about me. Go, do your own-~ *she frowns at Droozun’s sudden pulling. She then frowns* ~What’s wrong with you?~
Droozun: *pulls at her life energy again, aggitated. He also seems confused, as he can sense two Kalystos nearby at the same time and telepathically communicates such*
Desiree: *sighs* ~You’re really not going to stop at all?~ *glances toward where she’s feeling the tugging coming from, even though there’s technically nothing there* ~Listen, everything’s fine. Unless there’s something wrong over on that side… Is there something wrong there?~
*A dark blue panther-like creature whose skin constantly produces a smoke or mist sits above Droozun’s location on the astral plane. It soon opens a quartet of red eyes to look down at Droozun before releasing a slightly hissing laugh. It then pounces at the demon dog*
Droozun: *sends Desiree another panicked signal then begins to flee from the blue panther demon. Once far enough away it does a 180 and raises it’s fel-stalkers, slowly walking back on it’s attacker, snarling for all he is worth*
*the demon kitty pulls back its rather large pointed ears. It then bares its fangs and roars at Droozun. It then bunches up its rear muscles as it prepares to spring*
Desiree: *groans* Damn it… You really are going to keep doing that, aren’t you? Can’t I have some alone time? *shakes her head. She then opens a rift to the astral plane to allow Droozun through. However, she gets tackled by a pouncing demon cat instead*
Droozun: *immediately springs onto Desiree and attempts to bite the cat, also attempting to smack it hard in the face with it’s felstalkers*
Future-Kalysto: *glances down at the note he has in his hands, pried out of Droozun’s mane hairs. He wanders out into the open and heads onto the beach north of the house in Mideel as instructed. He moves to sit down on a rock, then leans back on it and begins to wait*
Desiree: *Since she had already been waiting at the beach, she isn’t far away from the rock that the elder Kalysto moved to wait on. However, she is currently obscured by a couple of things. First, she’s sprawled out on the ground from being pounced, so the fallen tree trunk that she had been sitting on now looms over her. Then, there’s a fel hunter barking over her location. Lastly, the panther creature is hissing as it leaps onto the trunk to loom over both of them*
Future-Kalysto: *hears the ruckus and begins to move toward the source of the noise. When he sees the demon cat and Droozun nearby, he claps his hands loudly* Hie, stop that! *raises his hands up and attempts to suspend both the demon dog and the kitty-cat in the air* Desiree. Move.
Desiree: *rubs the right side of her head and groans in frustration. She slowly stumbles to her feet then mutters* Make the world stop spinning.. Father.. *shaking her head, she frowns at the two demons* Damn you two.. *She’s yet to notice the elder Kalysto at all*
Future-Kalysto: *a little louder and more commanding* Desiree. Move, please! Move out of the way so I can fix this… *attempts to fling both the cat and Droozun into the ocean* Move out of the way before you get pinned.
Desiree: *finally focuses on Kalysto. Her eyes widen for a moment and she quickly leaps out of the way before frowning* So… Even after your visit earlier.. You’re still without me? *sighs and shakes her head*
Kalysto: *now that Desiree it out of the way, he very casually flicks a hand at the tree trunk, blasting it with a large plume of fire, disintergrating it to ash within seconds* What in the world are you talking about?
Desiree: *Frowns* You’re not my Kalysto.. I can tell by the color of your hair. *shakes her head* I gave Droozun instructions to give you that note if and when you no longer had me.. *sighs and looks at him* I’m sorry. *she then glances at the cat creature* What is that..?
Kalysto: *glances at the cat* What is that…? That is…. a Fel-line. *smirks in amusement* But it’s disabled now. It can’t hurt you while subdued. *flicks a hand at Droozun, sending him back to the nether* You should keep it. They are rare, and make good pets once properly tamed. *glances down at the note and tries to hand it to her* I wanted to talk to you about this.
Desiree: A fel-line? That sounds like a dumb name. *she moves closer to the demon and examines it, trying to figure out what to do with it. She also ponders Kalysto’s suggestion of taming it. However, she freezes as he mentions the note. So, she reaches up to brush some stray hairs out of her eyes before turning to face him* Yes?
Future-Kalysto: *attempts to give her the note again, frowning* I am not understanding… I found this, and Droozun gave it to me – it was in his fur. But… *turns the paper over and back again, looking down at it* You were never not there for me. Even when we were apart and fighting over things like how to raise the children – you were always there. What was the real intention of this letter?
Desiree: *blinks in confusion at what Kalysto is telling her. She then shakes her head and mutters* Maybe you were given it too soon? *she glances at the staff that she was given* Umm… A different future you said that he wasn’t with me any more. I’m certain I mentioned that when he hit you in the head and told you to take Milena..
Kalysto: Oh, that… *lowers his head in thought* No, that happened. I remember it. I just…. *thinks* Never really remember us being apart. Did I say you were gone before? *glances up, thinking hard* Something must have changed…
Desiree: *grins slightly* I hope so. You looked so very miserable.. I didn’t want to have your future be like that, no matter how much you want an eternal hell.. *she glances at the feline demon again* Umm… Are you going to be able to hold that thing for long?
Future Kalysto: *moves his hand, waving the cat through the air like somebody with telekinesis would move any object* Of course I can hold her. Him.. it. *smirks* Where would you like it, my sweet? *sets the kitty on the ground near her, then releases his hold over it* You should tame it. They don’t come by often.
