Sephiroth: MOM!!
Ramiel: *blinks* Why is that…? *moves to his feet* Why am I… developing faster than Seph? *looks at him, then quickly looks away again, afraid of his rage* Is there something wrong with me? Or him? Or… both of us?
Jennah: I don’t think so. All the books on children simply state that boys go into puberty at various ages and times. Sephiroth is just more on the late side, and you seem to be more on the early side. *She then ruffles up Sephy’s hair* Oh, settle down.
Sephiroth: What-what..but… zghfff! *shoves her hand away and growls* I am NOT late! You should see me, I’m taller than him, and I have more muscle mass! And you know what? *narrows his eyes* I’m growing a beard so there! *turns his back to her*
Ramiel: Whats the big deal about that…? *rubs the side of his head*
Jennah: Growing a beard now? *chuckles and shakes her head* Well, perhaps you are just about to start. However, I have not heard your voice crack yet, Seph. *She then moves to Ramiel and pats the top of his head* Seph just wants to be the best at everything.
Ramiel: He wants to… be the best at starting puberty before me…? *stares at Jennah, then at Sephy. He smothers a giggle, before bursting into a peel of laughter, hugging his sides as he falls onto the floor*
Sephiroth: *his left eyelid visibly twitches before he snarls, turning his back on the two*
Jennah: *moves up behind Seph before wrapping her arms about his torso. She then pulls him in for a hug* I love you no matter what, Seph. *she then leans down to kiss the top of his head* I’m certain you’ll hit puberty soon.
Sephiroth: *twitches and tries to shove her away* Get lost! *scowls at her, stumbling back, not wanting to be nearby* Yuck… *glares, turning his back on her again*
Jennah: *softly chuckles* You are lucky that I know you don’t mean that, Seph. *she then lets go of him before wandering back over to Ramiel* Do you want to watch a movie tonight, boy?
Ramiel: Movie…? Why would I wanna go see a movie for? *wrinkles his nose* Can’t we just watch one in the base, yes? Like, get out blankets and watch the screen that Centra makes…
Sephiroth: See I told you we shoulda gone without him.
Jennah: *sighs at Seph’s comments. She then kneels down and gently pats the top of Ramiel’s head* All right. Gather up your blankets and stuff. You know that private theater that I set up for you two? Go ahead in there. *pauses then frowns* What movie do you two want to watch?
Ramiel: Something fun.. or scary. I don’t know.. *thinks* What’s a good movie?
Sephiroth: No movie is a good movie if it’s being played here. *hisses in annoyance* I wanted to, you know, LEAVE the base and see a movie properly, a proper movie, in a proper theater. And eat popcorn and watch with other people. I don’t want some half-assed attempt at what is real.
Jennah: *sighs at Seph* Perhaps… We watch one movie at home. Then, when Ramiel is asleep, you and I go out to a movie, Seph? How does that sound? *Frowns, not certain if her attempt to pacify the older boy would work at all*
Sephiroth: *glances at Ramiel, then back at Jennah, narrowing his eyes in suspicion. He then nods, seeming alright by the idea* Yeah, OK. We’ll go along with that idea. *pokes his tongue out at Ramiel* Because I’m special.
Ramiel: *looks a little offended* Why does he get to do that and not me?
Jennah: *Groans at Ramiel* You said you wanted to watch a movie here in the base with a blanket. Anyway, it’ll be your bedtime by the time one movie is done. ~Not to mention, Seph is likely to be falling asleep as well by that time.~ *crosses her arms* So, either you boys agree on a place and movie, or we do it this way.
Ramiel: *”Its not fair. You think that because I’m younger, you get to treat me worse.”* *crosses his arms in reply* I vote the bed in the main room. That way we can snug up together and get warm. I like that idea…
Sephiroth: Phh, you and closeness. Wuss.
Jennah: *Stares at Ramiel, completely not understanding what he wants* ~But… you want to stay in the base to snuggle. Seph wants to watch a movie with humans. I can’t be in two places at once.~ *shakes her head* The bed is a smaller screen than that theater that I’ve had set up.
Ramiel: *”I know. But I can still complain that you’re taking Seph out later and not me…”* *sighs and moves out of the room, heading down to Jennah’s quarters. He goes into his room and picks up his blanket, pulling it around himself before sitting on Jennah’s bed*
Sephiroth: Very well. I’ll watch a movie there.
Jennah: *Sighs then moves over to Sephiroth and whispers to him* Go and access Centra’s databanks. Pick out whatever movie you want, dear. *she then flicks his bangs* But no porn. That stuff is hardly entertaining and usually horribly acted out anyway.
Sephiroth: Heh, I’m even allowed to watch porn? I tried once. Centra said I wasn’t old enough.. so I gave up. *glances at Ramiel, then picks out an action film with a lot of explosions and fire* You should all like this one. Just don’t try to tell us the effects are cheap.
Jennah: Heh, I try not to comment much on the human movies much at all, Seph. *Shrugs* As long as you boys enjoy them, that’s all that matters. *she reaches down to remove her boots. She then slides up to lay down in the middle of her bed*
*Sephiroth moves up against Jennah, cuddling her side as he relaxes, wanting to watch the film. Meanwhile, Ramiel does the same thing on Jennah’s other side. Sephiroth sees this, and is rather quick to react to it, snuggling up against Jennah even more, trying to look as comfortable as possible, and also trying to outwardly show off to Ramiel, indicating that he’s gotten the better spot. This upsets the younger brother, who just clings onto Jennah’s arm, saying nothing*
Jenna: *is quite used to the two boys fighting over her by now. So, she doesn’t pay much attention to their war at all. Instead, she just leans back and wraps an arm about each of them. She then allows herself a content grin before leaning back on the bed. Since she is not really interested in the movie, she falls asleep about half-way through*
Ramiel: *watches the film from his side, but doesn’t do very much other than drift off to sleep. Despite the action scenes in the film, he is warm and full of food, and hardly excitable. He snuggles up against Jennah in his sleep and stays very still*
Sephiroth: *seems engrossed in the picture. He chuckles as things blow up, excited by the plot. When the film draws to a close, he seems dissapointed. And even moreso when he finds Jennah and Ramiel asleep* Phh… *slides away from her and gets to his feet, heading up the stairs so he can venture outside*
Jenna: *only releases a very faint snore as Seph leaves her side to wander upstairs. After a moment, she shifts over to wrap her arms about Ramiel and embrace him as she sleeps*
