Sephiroth: *playfully bites on Jennah’s leg, then backs up from her as she flicks his nose* It’s not that bad, mother. *scratches irritably at the side of his head, then moves away from her, snorting* I’m going to get changed now. *bounds out of the room again*
Ramiel: Fold…? *blinks for a moment, then holds up the clothing he picked up, offering it up to her* No’me…
Jennah: Sure it isn’t, Seph. Sure it isn’t. *chuckles then kneels down before the pile of clothing. She picks up a shirt and begins to fold it before she looks over at Ramiel* Well, I can teach you if you want me to. Then you can help me. Or, you can just tell me when you see something you want to wear. You can’t spend all day in a robe, after all.
Ramiel: *silently nods and dumps the clothing at his feet again, then curiously watches her, picking up a shirt to clumsily fold, glancing up at her again afterwards, wanting to be attentive to her feedback*
Sephiroth: *just finishes drying himself off and changes into some of his new clothing, then pulls out his drawers so he can pick out the old and damaged clothing he had in therm before* *”What did you do with that big pile of clothing I picked out?”*
Jennah: *At first, she is occupied with folding clothing, so she doesn’t initially notice Ramiel’s look. However, she eventually glances over at him and gives him a small grin* Yes, that is good. Thank you. *sighs at Seph’s question* Seph, if you had been paying intention instead of just whining when I called you “Rat Hair”, you would have noticed a big pile of clothes on the floor here. You know, you can come out here and help if you are so concerned about your new clothes.
Ramiel: *clumsily folds the clothing, adding it to the pile Jennah is currently folding herself. After some time, he is just picking up the clothing, folding it up whichever way he can, and tosses it onto the pile, grinning*
Sephiroth: *”Oh, right… sorry mother.”* *moves back out into the bedroom to begin picking up the larger sized clothing, carrying it out of the room again*
Jenna: *grins at Ramiel as she watches him fold. She nods in approval from time to time, not minding that his job is not perfect. For now, she’s just happy that the boy has gotten so accustomed to her that he wants to help, willingly. Soon enough, though, the two of them get through the pile* Well, time for you to pick out some clothes to wear for today, Ramiel. *glances toward Seph’s room* Do you need any help in there, Seph?
Ramiel: *grins with pride and happiness at Jennah’s encouragement, seeming pleased when the pile is folded. He nods at her words, then picks up a blue shirt, shaking the robe off so he can slip into the shirt. he puts one arm through the neck hole, then tries to put his head through the sleeve, beginning to struggle and weakly growl in frustration at the shirt*
Sephiroth: *calls out to her* I’m fine, mother. Thanks, though.
Jennah: Alright, Seph. Don’t hesitate to call for me if you change your mind. *Groans as she realizes that Ramiel must not have the slightest clue on dressing himself. She then grips onto the shirt and speaks in a gentle tone* Slow down, boy. You’ve got it all wrong. *pulls the shirt up so that she can get his one arm out of the collar. Soon after, she begins to guide the young boy’s arms through the sleeves before pulling the shirt all the way down* See, that’s how it’s done.
Ramiel: *raises his arms and stays still so Jennah can dress him properly. When she speaks to him again, he slowly nods his head, silently expressing that he understands what she has said. He then picks up a pair of pants, holding them up for her* Mmm…
Jennah: *Sighs at Ramiel then glances down at Ramiel’s lower section. After a moment, she takes the pants, but calls out for her elder son* Seph, don’t you males prefer having something called boxers or briefs on?
Sephiroth: *chuckles for a few moments, then calls out to her* They’re called underpants, mother! *moves out of his room again, carrying a very tired sleepy cat with him, who yawns as he approaches Jennah again* Why do you ask?
Jennah: *looks up at Sephiroth then tilts her head* When did Cairo go to your room? I thought she was still drying herself off on the heating rocks. Hrmph, sneaky kitten. *Shakes her head then looks at Ramiel then at the pants he choose* I was asking because your brother seems to want pants without this “underpants” thing.
Sephiroth: *grins* I think she just moves anywhere she wants to. *sets the kitten down on the ground, then begins to sift through Ramiel’s folded clothes* I got underwear for him already. There should be some in here… *frowns and picks up a pair after a few minutes* There. *hands them to Jennah*
Jennah: *nods as she examines the underwear then tosses it over to Ramiel* Here, boy. Place this on. *looks over at Seph and nods to him* And thank you, Seph. I appreciate all the help that you are providing. I hope you know that.
Ramiel: *blinks as he is given the pair of underpants, then takes them, holding onto them to examine them, pondering what to do with them. After another moment of staring at them, he giggles and begins to wave them around like a flag, bounding around the room, then into the stairwell with them* Wheeee!! *pulls the pants onto his head, giggling louder*
Sephiroth: *happily grins at Jennah’s words, soon distracted by the noise Ramiel is making* Uh… I think you might need to teach him how to dress himself, mother…
Jennah: *Groans at Seph’s assessment then slowly nods her head* It seems like it… *rises up to her feet then strolls over to Ramiel* Stop that, little one. That is not what you are supposed to do with those. *reaches over to take the underpants off Ramiel’s head then tries to grab onto the boy’s shoulder* Now, stay still.
Ramiel: *squeaks and freezes on the spot as Jennah grabs onto his shoulder, tensing up, assuming she is about to punish him for his playfulness and running around* Sorry… *stays still for her, keeping his attention on the pants for now*
Sephiroth: *folds his arms and shakes his head* Just don’t misbehave and disrespect her, Rammy.
Jennah: *cocks her eyebrow and glances over at Seph* I shall have to figure out where you keep on getting these “cutesy” phrases. They are certainly not from me. *kneels down in front of Ramiel then gently nudges him* Sit down, little one. This will be easier on you if you are not standing. *glances back at Seph* Can you bring me the pants that he had picked out as well?
Sephiroth: It’s not a cute phrase. It’s a nickname. Rammy. Ram-head. I’m sure you could think of more. *heads back into Jennah’s bedroom to pick up the pants as requested of him*
Ramiel: *nods, seeming to relax again as he figures out that Jennah is not getting angry. He slowly sits down on the stairs, cringing slightly at the chilly cold feel of the stone stairs on his bare buttocks*
Jennah: *rolls her eyes at Sephiroth’s explanation then coldly smirks* Oh, so I suppose that it would not be a problem if I started calling you Sephy? After all, that is how the first two syllables of your name are pronounced. *examines the underpants for a second, soon determining which is front and which is back then she slides them over Ramiel’s leg and toward his crotch*
Ramiel: *keeps close attention on what Jennah is doing, then obediently rises to his feet, reaching out towards her shoulder to grab onto and keep balance while she dresses him* Mmm.. *stumbles slightly, not seeming terribly happy or comfortable now*
Jennah: *Finishes getting the underpants on Ramiel. So, she turns around and moves to take the pants from Sephiroth. She then nods at her elder son* Thank you, Sephy. *smirks at him then glances over at Ramiel. Sit down again, we need to do something similar to get these on you. *holds out the pants* Or.. you can try stepping into them, but that might take more work..
Ramiel: *glances up at Jennah, slightly confused at her words. He leans against her after another moment, raising one leg as if agreeing to her latter suggestion*
Sephiroth: *grins and steps back again* Have you get everything now? If so, good. I need to go outside and kill something to feed my cat with, soon. She’ll get hungry before too long.
Jennah: *takes the hint as Ramiel raises his leg and begins to guide his one pants leg into it. She then glances back at Sephiroth* Yes, I think I have everything. Just be careful, understand? I don’t want to go out there and find that some creature has made a lunch of my precious son. *grins at him then looks back at Ramiel* Alright, now the other leg.
Ramiel: *makes an acknowledging grunt, then swaps legs, raising the other one, holding onto her firmly now* Okay… *tries to hug onto Jennah’s neck now*
Sephiroth: Phh… *grins and bounds up the stairs, calling back to her* Not me, mother! I’m too agile and fast! *chuckles and bounds all the way up to the top in a few moments, then opens the door, running outside, banging it shut behind him* *”Besides, I’ll send you the standard distress beacon if I’m in trouble.”*
