Desiree quickly shook her head in defense. “No, no. I meant them, not you. I’d rather have you stay here around where we are,” she explained. “It’s rather nice that our entire family is within walking distance.”
She then pouted at Zach’s other words. “Yea, I wouldn’t want the woods to be cut down. They are quite nice. And the monsters might be annoying, but they are unique.”
Desiree then shot Kalysto an agitated glare before she responded, “We are not selling this house. We’ve gotten it fixed up pretty nicely. And you are not teaching our toddler about beer!”
