“Times are hard. Not everybody is as fortunate as you, you know… there are still many people out there waiting for houses. They can’t build them fast enough. Worse, more people keep trying to come here to add to the list.” Zach rubbed the back of his head. “They’re beginning to arrive here in boats now. Or by any means they can.”
Kalysto chuckled at the half-elf and moved his hand away again, resuming his tv-watching hobby. “Good boy. I can’t wait until you’re big enough to get me a beer.”
