Miles shrugged and shook his head. “I’m fine. I just have a lot to get through today. A lot of work, and I am not looking forward to some of the unfavorable questions I will receive from the new folk moving into the town over the next week.”
He sighed. “I am arranging their move here, yet I am in no position of power and they are likely to tell me how they want things done from now on.”
