The wetnurse nods at Zack and gently takes Jenna from him. She spends some time coddling the girl before figuring out that Jenna had soiled herself. So, she takes Jenna to the back of the room and prepares to place a clean cloth on her lower region and set the soiled one someplace where it can be cleansed.
