Yea, though I think the most common form of bathing was sponge-baths at that time. As for boiling water, that’d depend on how back-water of a town they are in, which is probably pretty backwater. I’d say the way that inn has would be litterly boiling water over a stove then filling up a bathbub which can be inside.
