War info for 8/9 – Mercenaries

Well, another day, another war.  Many will note that this war is considerably easier than the last ones.

So, let’s get onto the line-up.

Base #1

We are starting with a simple level 8 base. There is not much danger to this base. Take out the beam and mortars then take out the base. Have fun!

Base #2

So, this little base decided to feed anyone coming in from the left side. Perhaps we should take the invitation, hm? Also, his beam and mortars are nearly touching each other, so an AOE attack can take them out. I used my fliers against this base, which is also a very effective strategy.

Base #3

Do not be fooled! This is barely a level 11 base. There is no launcher, for instance. Instead, treat it like a level 10 base. I used my A team, which involves the use of distance strikes of AOE nature. Fliers are probably a better option because of the spread. Good luck.

Base #4

So, onto a level 12 base. I hope you all have been taking notes on how to deal with these bases. So, the good news, the beams are both level 4s, relatively weak. While there is a space bridge to the right, I would suggest going in from the left to give yourself time to take out that missile launcher. Good luck!

So, after actually facing the base, I can say that right can actually be a valid strategy as well. There is a very strong prime on the left side. Be careful if you go that way.

A level 11 is our finishing base. I feel if you could get past the fourth base, the prize is yours. I did not spot any defenses that were too strong. There is a decent spread to his layout though. Direction does not appear to be an issue.
