I’m posting this here so that I can easily access it as needed. I’m not fully certain if this will work, but if it does, great!
Anyway, been toiling away at making a master sheet for all the words and expressions that I’ve learned in my Japanese classes up to date. Well, I might have missed a few. Also, this reference sheet is not completely finished. I have not fully inputted what I want for the Kanji.
Anyway, It definitely helped me refresh my memory some, so that much was useful. Now… I should get to studying for my upcoming quizzes.
Edit: the embed was much too small, so I’m trying the link instead.
Most people can ignore this post. I’m just posting up my self-study tool for my next chapter’s vocabulary so that I can work on memorizing the words before the next quiz.
I can’t say that I have much more of a reason for posting at this point in time. I’ve been busy with the start of this semester, so gaming has been set to the side. I’d much rather get a good grade than play a game at the moment, after all.
However, there has been one development worth noting. I’m likely to nab the Playstation TV so that I’d have a means of streaming Monster Hunter Freedom Unite. I know that it’s an outdated game. However, it’s fun to go back to the classics from time to time.
I’m once again creating a set of self-study tools on my site to help myself prepare for the upcoming vocabulary quizzes. I’ve recently started my 2nd year Japanese classes, so I am in need of studying once more.
Yay for self-study that is easy to obtain.
In other news, I have no idea how this is happening, but I seem to have a somewhat popular video on youtube that I have barely publicized or anything. In fact, it was just a video that was created as a test to see how my new capture card and PS3 set-up worked. While the video that I created was of great quality, I had not created the video in any attempt at gaining anything other than a test. The time that I obtained in the video isn’t even close to the top scores online.
It boggles the mind.
I may post more on this game later. However, for now, it is late and I am currently fighting off a cold. So, I do not feel like thinking.
Recently, two new sets of plushes were released, Teostra and Gravios. As with the last set of Monster Hunter plushes that have been released, each of these guys came in both a standard “UFO Catcher” size plush and a keyring variety. Now, since they are approcimately the same, I’m going to focus on the larger ones.

I spent most of yesterday working on this site again. I really should not let myself get so distracted by my hobby, but I enjoy it too much and pride myself on the work I’ve done on this site over the years.
After all, this site has changed drastically since I first said “I’m going to make a website because that’s cool!” when I was about 16 years old. I may have been 15, I don’t remember exactly when I bought my huge book of html code and took an online class on basic html… However, I digress!
This past day, I took some time on a little project to rid this site of a possible database hole. There was a phpbb which had existed for years on this website. For the most part, it was ok, but it had not listed an update for years, on coding side. So, I felt that it would be better placed as the forums on this wordpress-based part of the site. So, I merged them with the main part of the site. It took a few tries, but I did manage to bring them over.
Which brings up to the “oops”. There were previously a set of forums on this side, “The Maw”. I may or may not have overwritten them.
I completely did. So, those few posts are slightly, just a bit, completely AWOL. I think the only thing of interest was the listing of games that we were sharing. So, not too much lost…
Now, I need to do stuff, which is important. It also happens to be stuff.
I have a tendency to admire the sky whenever I’m outside. Often, nature creates such wonders that I cannot even imagine ever being able to reproduce with art or anything else. I just love how the sun and shadows can play with clouds to create majestic works of art.

Well, I lost a bit of sleep last night fighting with this site to get the gallery working like I wanted it to. If there happened to be anyone who was trying to do something… like maybe a classmate wanting to use my self-quiz to practice for the quiz today… Sorry, I think my attempts to get the gallery working in a way that I wanted it to had brought this site down a lost last night.
I am contacting my host to see if there are ways to improve the stability of this site. I would rather not fight with this site like that again.
Anyway, I now have a gallery that hosts a ton of the pictures that I’ve taken through the last year. I don’t really have many pictures from before that time, though. So, feel free to browse it. A fair warning, I never properly went through the ton of pictures I took when on my 30th birthday trip. So, there are a number of nighttime shots that I still need to hunt down and delete, for they blurred to the point of uselessness. Thus, sorry in advance.
Now, I’m actually rather liking the new theme. So, there’s a large chance that this change might be a permanent new look.
There are things that I’ve noticed in need of extra tweaking. For instance, there’s an “Older Posts” button that shows up on my iPad which does not show up on any of my desktops. That part is not too big of a deal, but I would rather like to get rid of all the green from the original theme. So, I must hunt down the css coding for this button and eliminate it.
I also am not fully certain why my iPad automatically switches to a mobile phone version when it is viewing the site. It works, though, so I don’t really mind that.
Overall, I am content with the work I’ve put into this new theme. However, if anyone encounters any problems or suggestions, please feel free to let me know.
Oh, one last thing to take notice of. I’ve added a Gallery page to the tabs. I might need to tweak that page a bit more in the future, but I currently like how that worked out.
There are only four endings to Drakengard 3, not five. So, my prior statement of having four more endings to find was incorrect.
However, I am still having fun unlocking the other endings. Tonight, I endeavored to find endings B and C. They are definitely as strange as I have come to expect from the series. Unfortunately, in the trek for these endings, I did die a number of times. I am in no means a perfect gamer. Anyway, the deaths are always fun for me.
Anyway, if you missed the stream and are interested in watching it, please check it out below.

I’ve been having some fun streaming my blind run of Drakengard 3 since it came out. Sadly, I haven’t been able to play it every day, so it’s been a bit slow going. However, I’ve managed to be pretty stable at whacking it bit by bit.
However, I have come to the end of the first branch tonight. There were a few bumps in the road, but I didn’t die quite as much as I expected to. I might continue on and try to get all five endings in the upcoming weeks.
Anyway, if you are interested in watching the recording of what occurred please click on the more. If not, please listen to this song and try to not say that it is not awesome.
